Task will premiere this September on HBO. Set in the working class suburbs of Philadelphia, an FBI agent heads a Task Force to put an end to a string of violent robberies led by an unsuspecting family man. 

Season 27 of Law & Order: SVU will see Kelli Giddish return as a series regular. Giddish left the series as a regular in season 24, but made appearances on the series since. The news comes after the announcement that Juliana Martinez and Octavio Pisano would be leaving the series. 

The English dub of Go! Go! Loser Ranger! premieres May 18 on hulu. With their old hideout and bosses wiped out, the surviving Dusters make a secret agreement with the Ranger Force to engage in the weekly Sunday Showdown – one where they will always be defeated. Tired of this charade, Fighter D finally steps up to make a change once and for all!

Ryan Kiera Armstrong has joined the cast of the upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot pilot, set to be directed by Chloé Zhao. She joins the returning Sarah Michelle Gellar in the potential hulu series. Armstrong’s character will be a new slayer. 

HIDIVE has announced premiere dates for two anime English dubs. Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho Cour 1 will premiere June 4. I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? premieres June 25. In Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho, in the Edo period, there was a shrine maiden called “Itskihime” in the mountain village of Kadono. Jinta, a wandering orphan who, along with his younger sister Suzune, drifted into the village and grew up to become the shrine maiden’s guardian, ventures into the forest to defeat a mysterious demon who speaks to him of the far future and the threat of a Demon God. So begins this epic supernatural historical fantasy series that follows a demon hunter through his century-spanning journey from the Edo to Heisei periods – all-the-while questioning his wielding of a sword. In I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? in order to protect an ordinary businessman, Tsukasa Atsumi, from demons, a genius kunoichi, Shizuri Ideura, signs a master-servant contract with him on the condition that she stays with him. Despite her cool appearance of defeating demons, Shizuri is an otaku NEET who spends all her time playing video games. While Shizuri is spoiled by Tsukasa and leads a lazy cohabitation life, the quirky Kunoichi gather together.

Michael J. Fox has been cast in the upcoming series on Shrinking. He will play a major guest-starring role in the Apple TV+ series. 

Raid the Cage returns for five episodes starting May 28 on CBS. Damon Wayans Jr. hosts the action-packed game show where strategy, teamwork and nerve are key to winning big every Wednesday night. In the series, co-hosted by Jeannie Mai, two teams of two face off to grab-and-go prizes from the “cage” before their time runs out and the doors close. Correctly answering trivia questions adds seconds to the clock, giving teammates more time to grab prizes ranging from cool trips to electronics and even a new car! After three lively rounds, the team that banks the highest total dollar value in prizes wins the game, keeps what they grabbed and plays the final round to try and “beat the cage” for an even bigger cash prize.

James Van Der Beek has been cast in the upcoming Legally Blonde prequel series Elle. He will recur in the Prime Video series as a mayoral candidate. 

Soccer drama series 90 Minutes premieres May 22 on Peacock. When Las Navajas, a once-legendary amateur soccer team, is shaken by a scandalous brawl, their aging owner recruits washed-up local legend “Veneno” Montoya to coach the underdogs through a tournament filled with bitter rivalries, mafia threats, and impossible odds – igniting a wild journey to reclaim their honor and restore their neighborhood’s pride. 

Comedy powerhouse and internet sensation Kountry Wayne is set to release his sophomore comedy special on Prime Video. The new special will be taped on October 4, 2025, at The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Hulu will be adding English dubs of anime series this June. I’ve Somehow Gotten Stronger When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Complete Season 1, So I’m a Spider, So What?, Wise Man’s Grandchild, and Yuri on Ice will premiere June 3. Beyblade X: Season 1B will premiere June 9. Helck, My Instant Death Ability is Overpowered, and My Isekai Life will premiere June 23. 

Hey Beautiful: Anatomy of a Romance Scam premieres May 20 on hulu. There’s big money in the lonely-hearts business with online scammers primed to take advantage of vulnerable women around the world. In the wild west of online dating, how much do we really know about the people behind the profiles? The new true crime series, from Anchor Entertainment in association with Trinoculus Films and produced for ABC News Studios, follows the story of three women – Annette, Roxy and Gaby – who fall head-over-heels in love with the same handsome man, only to discover they have been swindled out of their money in an elaborate romance scam. Heartbroken and furious, they fight back to uncover the scammer’s true identity. Their shocking search leads them to a man with more secrets than they could have imagined. As they begin to seek justice, they learn that escaping the scam may become a matter of life and death. 

Nickelodeon is doubling down on Paw Patrol with a brand-new slate of five original hour-long specials. Each of the animated specials center on a different pup, with the first featuring jungle rescuer Tracker set to premiere this fall, followed by a pup-tacular holiday event focusing on construction-savvy Rubble. The remaining PAW Patrol specials will roll out in 2026. This news comes on the heels of the previously announced episode cycle order, marking seasons 12 and 13 for the award-winning series.

Blake Shelton, Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani, Reneé Rapp, Benson Boone and Lainey Wilson are set to perform at the 2025 American Music Awards. The world’s largest fan-voted awards show, hosted by Jennifer Lopez, airs live coast to coast from Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Memorial Day, May 26 at 8:00 PM, ET / 5:00 PM, PT on CBS. 

Crime thriller Mafia premieres June 19 on Viaplay. In the powerful six-episode crime series drawing inspiration from actual events, the series charts the transformation of Sweden in the 1990s, evolving from a relatively tranquil nation untouched by organized crime into a land marked by intense gang conflicts and violent shootouts. The series follows the life of the notorious gangster and criminal visionary Radovan “Jakov” Jakovic, chronicling his journey from poverty to wealth. Against Jakov is police officer Gunn Thörngren, the lone cop who sees the looming Mafia menace, hidden in the shadow of cigarette smuggling. As the story begins, both Gunn and Jakov are underdogs, forced to play a daring game to circumvent their superiors. It’s not long before they develop a connection with each other. Each is convinced they are using the other for their own benefit, but their connection will have devastating consequences for both of them. The plot spans nine years during the 1990s, coinciding with the period when the Yugoslav Wars were happening – when borders were redrawn, even in the underworld of Europe and Sweden. As the millennium approached, some of these criminals established a cigarette smuggling operation that generated billions. Greed accelerated, internal conflicts escalated, and soon Sweden witnesses its first gang war, whose consequences still echo today. The cynical political game is also depicted, where the profits from smuggling help finance various factions in the Yugoslav civil war.

The CW has picked up two seasons of Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent. The 10-episode first season based on the classic series format created by legendary producer Dick Wolf and starring Aden Young and Kathleen Munroe will premiere on The CW in Fall 2025. The first season follows the Specialized Criminal Investigations Unit’s detective duo, Detective Sergeants Henry Graff and Frankie Bateman, as they investigate high-profile homicides in Canada’s largest metropolis. Their unique investigative skills are showcased through psychological tactics, with a heavy focus on the motives and actions of the criminals. These cases delve into the worlds of high finance, politics, real estate, media, and more. 

Chad Powers premieres September 30 on hulu. When bad behavior nukes hotshot QB Russ Holliday’s college career, he disguises himself and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers. The series starring Glen Powell is based on the sketch that aired on ESPN+ as part of the Eli’s Places series. 

Krysten Ritter will reprise her role as Jessica Jones in the upcoming second season of Daredevil: Born Again. Ritter first played the role in Netflix’s Jessica Jones. The first season saw many stars from the Netflix Marvel series reprising their roles in the new Disney+ series. 

F1: The Academy premieres May 28 on Netflix. This adrenaline-fueled docuseries, from Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, follows female drivers as they battle it out in the 2024 F1 Academy racing series. Acorn TV has renewed Inspector Ellis for a second season. The series will once again follow the tenacious DCI alongside her right-hand man, DS Harper, both of whom are parachuted into failing investigations across the north of England.

Janet Jackson will receive the prestigious Icon Award at the 2025 American Music Awards, an honor bestowed upon an artist whose music has had undeniable cultural and global influence over the music industry. Vince Carter will join NBC Sports as a studio analyst when the NBA returns to NBC and debuts on Peacock this October. When Carter joins for the start of the 2025-26 NBA season, he will be in studio one or more nights per week through the playoffs, often working alongside Carmelo Anthony.

Fans will have two ESPN DTC plans from which to choose, including an unlimited package that delivers the entire suite of ESPN networks and content. Designed to give fans more choice, flexibility and access to all of ESPN via the enhanced ESPN App, the plans will cost $29.99/month for the unlimited package and $11.99/month for a select option. There will also be bundling opportunities for the ESPN unlimited plan with Disney+ and Hulu, including a special offer at launch for $29.99/month for the first 12 months. It was previously announced that the direct-to-consumer offering will launch in early fall and that ESPN will continue to be available through traditional MVPDs and DMVPDs.

Too Much premieres July 10 on Netflix. Fallout has been renewed for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of its upcoming second season, which is set to premiere in December 2025. The series is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind – and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them. 

Limited series Untamed premieres July 17 on Netflix. The series is a character-driven mystery-thriller that follows Kyle Turner, a special agent for the National Parks Service who works to enforce human law in nature’s vast wilderness. The investigation of a brutal death sends Turner on a collision course with the dark secrets within the park, and in his own past. 

Peacock’s The Paper will premiere this September. The mockumentary from Greg Daniels and Michael Koman is set in the same universe as NBC’s The Office, and features the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch. The crew is in search of a new subject when they discover a historic Toledo newspaper, The Truth Teller, and the eager publisher that is trying to revive it. The series stars Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and The Office star Oscar Nuñez. 

Lupin will return for Part 4 on Netflix. Omar Sy reprises his iconic role as Assane Diop, the gentleman thief, inspired by the work and character ‘Arsène Lupin’ created by Maurice Leblanc. 

Apple TV+ today announced it has landed Wild Things, a new limited series that will Jude Law and Andrew Garfield as renowned showmen Siegfried & Roy. The eight-episode, hour-long series, tells the wild ride relationship tale of two of the greatest showman-magicians in history who, along with their white tigers, are tasked with turning Sin City into a family-friendly destination. The duo push the concept of illusion versus reality to the extreme, personally and professionally, until tragedy reframes and opens a mystery surrounding their last fateful Las Vegas show. Law will star as Siegfried and Garfield will star as Roy, and the series is set to go into production this fall.

Prime Video has ordered Delphi to series. The series is the first live-action series extension of the Creed Universe, focused on young boxers at the Delphi gym. 

Spider-Noir will premiere on Prime Video in 2026. The series is a live-action series based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. It tells the story of an aging and down on his luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero. The series will be available in both black and white and color. 

Apple TV+ has ordered Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars. The eight episode docuseries will be hosted by Jesse Burgess. Exploring the high-stakes world of international fine dining with exclusive Michelin Guide access over the course of the year-long Michelin Guide season, it follows the fates of elite chefs at some of the world’s most unique and celebrated restaurants to determine if they will win, maintain or lose that precious Star. From attempting to gain their first, tirelessly working to secure their distinction, or striving to gain a second or an elusive third star – each chef faces a deeply personal challenge. The Michelin Star is the most prestigious culinary award in the world, recognizing the finest ingredients cooked to the highest possible standards. A Barbershop series is coming soon to Prime Video. Starring Jermaine Fowler, the television adaptation of the franchise revolves around Travis “Trav” Porter, who endeavors to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, a legendary barber at the iconic “Calvin’s” barbershop in Chicago. Mike “The Miz” Mizanin will join as host of the action-packed U.S. reboot of the iconic competition series American Gladiators for Prime Video. Originating as a weekly U.S. syndicated show, American Gladiators burst onto screens in 1989 and quickly became the #1 watched sports entertainment show in the world. The show returns with an exciting new take, and an All Star cast of Gladiators for the modern era. The competition will feature brand new events, as well incorporate some classics from the original series like “Gauntlet,” “Hang Tough,” and “The Eliminator.”

Season 27 of NBC’s competition series The Voice will conclude during the live show on Tuesday, May 20 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT). The episode will feature special performances from Alicia Keys with Amanda Reid, Blake Shelton, Chance the Rapper, Foreigner, James Bay with Sheryl Crow, Joe Jonas, Kelly Clarkson and Season 22 winner Bryce Leatherwood.

NBC and Peacock will welcome 2026 with a high-energy, star-studded celebration as hip-hop icon, entrepreneur and entertainment mogul Snoop Dogg hosts Snoop Dogg’s New Years Eve live from Miami on Dec. 31 at 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. ET/PT. Bringing his signature style and larger-than-life presence, Snoop Dogg will headline a night packed with unforgettable music, iconic performances and surprise artist collaborations. This once-in-a-lifetime New Year’s Eve event will include showstopping performances all night long leading up to midnight. Get ready to ring in the new year, Snoop Dogg style. 

Prime Video greenlit two new sports documentaries from Skydance Sports and NFL Films. A six-part series following six New York Jets players and their partners throughout the 2024-’25 regular season and a feature-length documentary about Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens. 

Michael Jordan will join NBC Sports’ coverage of the NBA as a special contributor when the 2025-26 season begins in October. NBC Sports has already announced that Jamal Crawford and Reggie Miller will serve as game analysts, Carmelo Anthony as a studio analyst, and Mike Tirico and Noah Eagle as play-by-play voices.

The Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards will stream on Prime Video for the next three years, taking the show through its 63rd ceremony in 2028. Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running Country Music awards show and made history in 2022 as the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream, in collaboration with Prime Video. 

Filmmaker Lynn Novick will direct and produce a new, three-part series on the history of New York City’s Central Park for PBS. The series is expected to air on PBS in 2028. It will follow the evolution of the Park from its inception in the mid-19th century as the rapidly growing city expanded northward, through competing ideas about park use and controversy over “encroachments” in the 20th century, to the near demise of the Park during New York’s fiscal crisis of the 1970s, and finally, to its preeminence today. It will examine evolving ideas about urban development and the social purpose of public spaces, with a focus on the Park as a naturalistic environment conceived, created, and maintained by and for people. Over three episodes Novick will introduce viewers to the remarkable individuals who designed and built the Park, as well as many people who have shaped it – for better and for worse – over the decades. The filmmakers also examine bitter conflicts about access and development, contrasting the pressures of greater commercialization and development with those who have sought to restore and preserve the Park. 

Prime Video announced that it has ordered an untitled docuseries featuring prominent, multi-hyphenate female CEOs whose business ventures move center stage in their lives. Primary featured CEOs include legendary athlete and businesswoman Serena Williams, award-winning artist and “Queen of Latin Pop” Thalia; former model and fashion designer Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger; Market America | SHOP.COM CEO Loren Ridinger; supermodel, beauty entrepreneur, and founder of Cay Skin Winnie Harlow; founder of Conteur Capital and wellness expert Hannah Bronfman; and fashion and jewelry designer Isabela Rangel Grutman. 

FOX Sports will strengthen its football roster with a pair of exclusive broadcast windows for this coming NFL season. The doubleheader, featuring Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears, is set for Week 16 on Saturday, December 20 and is set to be preceded by a one-hour pregame show. The added doubleheader slate sets a record for most-ever by any network (11) and makes FOX the home of the most NFL windows this season (31). 

The 2025 holiday season begins and ends on Prime Video in grand fashion, with two of the most anticipated NFL matchups of the year. Festivities commence on November 28 with the streamer’s third edition of Black Friday Football, when the Super Bowl champion Eagles take on Caleb Williams and the Bears to kick off a daylong celebration of top-tier sports and great shopping deals. Twenty-seven days later, the merriment culminates with a prime-time Christmas night gathering of the Broncos and Chiefs in Kansas City that may determine the fate of the AFC West crown. 

Peacock will be the exclusive national home of an NFL Week 17 game in primetime, streaming live on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025. The Peacock Holiday Exclusive will be selected from a pool of key NFL Week 17 Saturday matchups. 

FOX has unveiled the name of its new streaming service, FOX One. FOX One will bring all of FOX’s leading News, Sports and Entertainment branded content together in one dynamic streaming platform. 

Nine Puzzles premieres May 21 on hulu. Ten years ago, Yoon Ena came home to a nightmare – her uncle murdered and a lone puzzle piece by his side. Season two of Such Brave Girls is coming soon to hulu. The series follows Josie, her sister Billie and their mother Deb, risking everything they’ve got for a single scrap of love and adoration. True crime series Fatal Destination premieres on ID June 3. ABC has renewed five unscripted series for new seasons. Returning for the 2025-2026 season are America’s Funniest Home Videos (season 36), American Idol (season 24), Celebrity Jeopardy! (season 4), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (season 6), and Shark Tank (Season 17). 

Fox has ordered medical drama series Best Medicine. The series is based on the British series Doc Martin and will star Josh Charles. The series centers on Martin Best, a brilliant surgeon who abruptly leaves his illustrious career in Boston to become the general practitioner in a quaint East Coast fishing village where he spent summers as a child. Unfortunately, Martin’s blunt and borderline rude bedside manner rubs the quirky, needy locals the wrong way, and he quickly alienates the town, even though he’s all they’ve got. Although Martin can expertly address any medical ailment or mystery in this idiosyncratic town, he’s really just desperate to be left the hell alone. Instead, he keeps getting dragged right smack into the middle of their personal chaos, feuds and fantasies. What the locals don’t know is that Martin’s terse demeanor masks a debilitating new phobia and deep-seated psychological issues that prevent him from experiencing true intimacy with anyone. But tenacity is the creed of everyone in their small village, and the people who live there may be exactly what the doctor ordered. 

Peacock has ordered Ted: The Animated Series. The animated series picks up after the Ted films. Seth MacFarlane is set to reprise the voice of the iconic and loveable foul-mouthed teddy bear “Ted.” Original film franchise stars return as series regulars to voice their roles include Mark Wahlberg as “John,” Amanda Seyfried as “Sam,” and Jessica Barth as “Tami-Lynn. Additional series regulars include Kyle Mooney as “Apollo” and Liz Richman as “Ruth.” 

Season two of Peacemaker premieres August 21 on Max. The new season follows Christopher “Chris” Smith, aka Peacemaker, the vigilante Super Hero as he struggles to reconcile his past with his newfound sense of purpose while continuing to kick righteous evil-doer butt in his misguided quest for peace at any cost. The series stars John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick. New cast members include Frank Grillo, David Denman, Sol Rodriguez, and Tim Meadows. 

Walton Goggins is set to host Saturday Night Live May 10. Arcade Fire will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

Prime Video has canceled On Call after one season. The series is being shopped to other outlets. The series is an adrenalized and visceral police drama that follows a rookie and veteran officer duo as they go on patrol in Long Beach, California. Incorporating a mixture of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage to create a cinema verité effect, the innovative series explores the morality of protecting and serving a community. 

Fox has ordered limited event series The Faithful. The six episode series will be presented over three consecutive weeks during next Easter and Passover season – is based on The Old Testament’s Book of Genesis and told through the eyes of the courageous and passionate, yet flawed women whose descendants would shape three of the world’s great faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Dimensional, dramatic, intimate, even shocking, The Faithful is about discovering and losing love, the challenges of marriage, the joys and heartbreak of children, confronting temptation and finding faith. The episodes will be told through the lens of five of The Bible’s most legendary women: Sarah and her former slave Hagar, Sarah’s great-niece Rebekah, and Rebekah’s nieces, sisters Leah and Rachel. 

Peacock has announced a compelling, heartwarming and villainous slate of new unscripted series. New series include Nelly & Ashanti: We Belong Together, Tiffany Haddish Goes Off, Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks, Gilgo Beach Killer: The House of Secrets, and season three of House of Villains which moves to the streamer from E!. Previously announced returning series include Love Island USA, Love Island: Beyond The Villa, Love Island Games, Married at First Sight, and The Traitors. 

Season two of Netflix’s A Man on the Inside has begun. The new season will see Charles going undercover at a college. Ted Danson stars in the series. 

Production on season two of hulu’s Rivals has begun. The drama returns with an extended season of twelve episodes, up from eight, and even more wit, desire, and dramatic twists. Set against the backdrop of the stunning Cotswolds countryside and the glamorous, high-stakes world of 1980s British television, the second installment will see the return of the all-star cast that won the hearts of fans and critics alike as well as introducing brand new faces. 

Netflix has ordered its first Nordic medical drama starring Sara Khorami in the lead role. At the emergency ward, it doesn’t matter who you are – rich or poor, influencer, carpenter, or minister. If you’ve broken something, if you’re bleeding, or if you need help, you’ll get it. Despite low staffing, little time, perhaps one too many cups of coffee, and a demanding crowd of patients, a team of exhausted but resilient doctors and nurses are ready to help. Sofia (Sara Khorami), a surgeon with more talent than patience, is sent into this chaotic environment to save her own career – the last place she wants to be. There, she encounters disorder, resistance, and something she never expected: warmth, community… and love. Noir action series Mercy for None premieres June 6 on Netflix. The series follows Ki-jun, a former underworld figure who severed his own Achilles tendon to leave that life behind 11 years ago. When his brother Ki-seok, once the second-in-command of their organization, is found dead, Ki-jun returns to uncover the truth behind his brother’s death. 

Sports comedy docuseries Sports Gone Wrong premieres June 18 on Vice TV. The series narrated by Joey Mulinaro features commentary from four-time NBA Champion and TV host John Salley, comedian and actor Godfrey, podcaster and media personality Jessica Smetana, and comedian Paul Virzi. Each episode blends comedic commentary with archival footage to break down jaw-dropping sports debacles – from controversial rule-breaking athletes and over-eager fans stealing home runs to infamous on-air moments, out-of-control fights, public scandals, unlikely injuries, and more. Salley, Godfrey, Smetana, and Virzi react to questionable NFL team theme songs; test Michael Jordan’s cologne; play “Shaq Fu;” give their take on the infamous 1996 Orioles-Yankees Jeffrey Maier playoff game; pick sides in the 1984 Copa del Rey final brawl; and much more. 

Trapped: What Is Happening to Wendy Williams? premieres May 19 on ID. One of the most influential voices in radio, daytime television, and pop culture, Wendy Williams built a storied career over her decades in the entertainment industry. In 2022, following the end of her eponymous talk show and speculation around her mental and physical health, Williams entered into a guardianship. The guardianship eventually revealed Williams was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, and she was placed in a memory care facility in New York City. Despite the guardianship’s claims about Williams’ current state, her fanbase has activated a #FreeWendy movement calling for Williams to have the opportunity to regain control of her life. The special goes inside this push for Williams’ release, provides info into her rise to fame and influence on pop culture and chronicles the personal and professional struggles leading to her guardianship. 

Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death The Movie will be released in theaters in North America July 16. The film will be released in both English Dub and Japanese with English subtitles. Before they were enemies, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were high school classmates and friends. The two powerful sorcerers are tasked with protecting Riko Amanai, a student who has been designated to be sacrificed as the Star Plasma Vessel, until she can fulfill her duty. Pursued by a religious cult and other curse users, they are the only sorcerers capable of carrying out such a difficult task – but this mission will set their destinies, and challenge the two sorcerers in ways unimaginable. The series streams on Crunchyroll.

Season four of BMF premieres June 6 on Starz. Season four of Resident Alien premieres on USA Network and Syfy June 6. The new season starts with Harry and his baby Bridget stuck in prison on the Grey Moonbase, while a shape-shifting Alien called a Mantid has taken over his body on Earth passing himself off as the real Harry Vanderspeigle. Harry manages to escape the Greys and arrives back on Earth for a showdown with the Mantid Alien, but soon finds he may not have what he needs to finish the job. Asta and D’arcy struggle to keep a secret from Ben and Kate, who are both desperate to find answers to what has been happening to them. Sheriff Mike and Deputy Liv attempt to solve some mysterious deaths in Patience that Sheriff Mike is beginning to think aren’t caused by anything human. 

Jersey Shore Family Vacation premieres May 29 on MTV. This season marks the 15th anniversary since the crew’s first wild summer in Seaside Heights – and includes an epic reunion at the OG shore house! Angelina embarks on her lifelong dream of pop stardom, going into the studio to record a debut album. Deena confronts her biggest fears, also becoming the newest standout PTA member. The English dub of mono premieres May 3 on Crunchyroll. Satsuki Amamiya was feeling down due to the graduation of the high school Photography Club’s president. However, her best friend and fellow member An Kiriyama encourages Satsuki to dedicate herself to the newly merged Cinephoto Club. Join Satsuki and An as they set out to track down a missing camera, meet new faces, and capture stunning photos and videos along the way.

CBC has renewed blue sky procedural Wild Cards for two seasons. The series airs on The CW in the US. The Canadian broadcaster has also renewed Saint-Pierre for season two, Allegiance for season three, Heartland for season nineteen, and Murdoch Mysteries for season nineteen. 

Rosa Salazar has exited Einstein following CBS deciding to shift the series to the 2026-2027 season. Matthew Gray Gubler remains as the remaining series regular. 

Link Click will return for a third season in 2026. A prequel series, Link Click: Bridon Arc, aired earlier this year. Using superpowers to enter their clientele’s photos one by one, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang take their work seriously at “Time Photo Studio,” a small photography shop set in the backdrop of a modern metropolis. Each job can be full of danger, but nothing is more important than fulfilling every order, no matter the scale…or peril involved!

Josh Hutcherson has joined HBO’s Rachel Sennott comedy series. He takes over the role Miles Robbins was originally cast in. The series follows a codependent friend group who reunites, navigating how the time apart, ambition, and new relationships have changed them. 

Season two of Human Footprint premieres June 25 on PBS. The 78th Annual Tony Awards will air live on CBS June 8. The show makes its return to the legendary Radio City Music Hall in New York City. CNN has announced premiere dates for its summer series. American Prince: JFK Jr. premieres August 9. Live Aid: When Rock ‘n’ Roll Took On the World premieres July 13. Billionaire Boys Club premieres July 13. 

Paramount+ announced the gag-worthy lineup of celebrity guest judges who will join host RuPaul and mainstay judges Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews, TS Madison and recurring judge Law Roach for the tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. The star-studded lineup of guest judges includes Ice Spice, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Colman Domingo, Kate Beckinsale, Susanne Bartsch, Adam Shankman, Jamal Sims, Mayan Lopez, Devery Jacobs and Sarah Michelle Gellar. For the first time ever, the series will introduce a brand-new format across twelve episodes: the Tournament of All Stars. The queens will be divided into three groups of six, each competing in their own bracket across three episodes. At the end of each bracket, the top three queens with the highest point totals will advance to the semi-finals, where they’ll go head-to-head with the top queens from the other groups in another round of fierce competition over two episodes. The tournament will then culminate in an epic Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown grand finale episode, where the finalists will battle it out for a grand prize of $200,000 and a place in the coveted Drag Race Hall of Fame. The season premieres May 9 with two episodes. 

The season two Vanderpump Villa Reunion premieres May 8 on hulu. After an Italian summer of high stakes, scandal, and celebration at Castello Rosato, Lisa Vanderpump reunites her staff for one final night of reckoning – only this time, she’s handing the hosting reins to her VIP guest, the one and only Stassi Schroeder. 

Season seven of FBI True premieres May 20 on Paramount+. Limited series Hell Motel premieres June 17 on Shudder. The series sees a group of 10 true crime obsessives invited to the opening weekend of the newly renovated Cold River Motel, the site of a 30-year-old unsolved Satanic Mass Murder. History repeats itself when the guests get stranded and start getting knocked off one by one during a murder spree that grows exponentially more gruesome than the original with each kill. 

Peacock announced four new emerging artist-led series, each concept developed and executed by next-gen creators – Charlie Curtis-Beard, Katie Florence, Serena Kerrigan, and Daren Vongirdner – successful self-made social media stars with passionate followings and thriving businesses. The Warehouse Phase, The Kouncil, Older Hotter Wiser, and People Like Me will premiere May 19. 

Art Detectives premieres June 9 on Acorn TV. Art-loving DI Mick Palmer and straight-talking DC Shazia Malik together solve murders connected to the world of art and antiques, from Old Master paintings, to Banksy street art, medieval manuscripts and collectible vinyl. Each episode follows Mick and Shazia as they navigate a rich and colorful world driven by greed, obsession, lust and revenge. Throughout the season, the artfully astute detectives encounter a fake Vermeer, Viking gold, a rare Chinese vase and items rescued from the Titanic. Docuseries Sherri Papini: Caught In the Lie premieres May 26 on ID. The docuseries will revisit Papini’s case, layering in her perspective and offering new insights with potential answers to the questions that still swirl around the case nearly a decade later. It retraces Papini’s case from the days leading up to her disappearance into her alleged abduction, her shocking return to her family, and the subsequent aftermath that led to her 2022 arrest by federal authorities. The 60th Academy of Country Music Awards airs live from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX on Thursday, May 8 at 8 p.m. EDT / 7 p.m. CDT / 5 p.m. PDT on Prime Video. Hosted by Reba McEntire, the milestone show will open with a 12-minute ‘Songs of the Decades’ performance featuring ACM Songs of the Year from six decades performed by Clint Black, Dan + Shay, Wynonna Judd, Reba McEntire, LeAnn Rimes, and Sugarland. The series is set in the animal world starring a cast of bears, raccoons, deer, foxes and a host of other horny, lovable forest critters, as they navigate love, sexual relationships and the universal need to hook up and find a partner. 

Limited series The Better Sister premieres May 29 on Prime Video. Based on the book by bestselling author Alafair Burke, the  8-episode electric thriller limited series about the terrible things that drive sisters apart and ultimately bring them back together. Chloe, a high-profile media executive, lives a picturesque life with her handsome lawyer husband Adam and teenage son Ethan by her side while her estranged sister Nicky struggles to make ends meet and stay clean. When Adam is brutally murdered, the prime suspect sends shockwaves through the family, reuniting the two sisters as they try to untangle a complicated family history to discover the truth behind his death. 

Duster premieres on Max May 15. Set in the 1970s Southwest, the series explores the life of a gutsy getaway driver for a growing crime syndicate that goes from dangerous to wildly, stupidly dangerous when a tenacious young agent comes into town hellbent on taking his crime family down.

Season seven of The Real Housewives of Miami premieres June 11 on Bravo. This season loyalty is a luxury as friendships test their furthest limits. SK8 the Infinity EXTRA PART premieres April 30 on Crunchyroll. The special slice-of-life episode comes ahead of the upcoming second season. The new season of BBQ Brawl premieres June 1 on Food Network. Bobby Flay is ready to defend his title against two new captains coming to town to take him down: Maneet Chauhan and Antonia Lofaso. The three culinary heavyweights will mentor teams of the country’s most respected barbeque pitmasters as they go head-to-head in a series of expert grilling challenges. It is the most primal season yet, with everything from live fire cooking to an all-night cook and shocking surprises around every corner. Over ten episodes, the Brawlers battle it out to impress returning judges Carson Kressley, Rodney Scott and Brooke Williamson, who determine which pitmaster will be crowned the “Master of ‘Cue” and have their BBQ skills featured on Food Network social platforms. 

Shōgun, based on the novel of the same name by James Clavell, is scheduled to begin physical production for season two in January in Vancouver. In the first season, Lord Yoshii Toranaga fought for his survival as his enemies in the Council of Regents united against him. When a mysterious European ship was found marooned in a nearby village, its English pilot John Blackthorne shared vital strategic secrets with Toranaga that tipped the scales of power in his favor to win a century-defining civil war. Part two of is set ten years after the events of the first season and continues the historically-inspired saga of these two men from different worlds whose fates are inextricably entwined. 

The CW Network announced it has entered into a multi-year broadcast agreement with the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA). Beginning in 2026, the CW will air ten action-packed live professional bowling events annually in dedicated, two-hour windows on consecutive Sunday afternoons. The CW’s national reach and consistent scheduling will amplify bowling’s accessibility to both casual and devoted fans.

Quinta Brunson hosts Saturday Night Live May 3 on NBC. Benson Boone will serve as musical guest on the late night series. 

Dark comedic series Bad Thoughts premieres May 13 on Netflix. Step into Tom Segura’s twisted world, where he spins his signature dark humor into wildly unexpected and laugh-out-loud tales – and lets his intrusive thoughts win. 

Danish dramedy Chaos premieres May 22 on Viaplay. Alone returns for season twelve June 12 on The History Channel. Comedy series Overcompensating premieres May 15 on Prime Video. Newly announced guest stars includ guest stars Lukas Gage, Megan Fox, Bowen Yang, Matt Rogers, James Van Der Beek, Didi Conn, Rachel Matthews, Danielle Perez, Boman Martinez Reid and Yasmine Sahid. The series is a college-set ensemble comedy about the wild, chaotic journey of Benny, a closeted former football player and homecoming king, as he becomes fast friends with Carmen, a high school outsider on a mission to fit in at all costs. With guidance from Benny’s older sister and her campus-legend boyfriend, Benny and Carmen juggle horrible hookups, flavored vodka, and fake IDs. Deeply funny and personal, the show explores the lengths to which we all overcompensate while on the path to finding out who we really are. 

Dexter: Resurrection premieres July 11 on Paramount+ with Showtime with the first two episodes. It will make its on air debut July 13. Remaining episodes will premiere weekly. Continuing from Dexter: New Blood, the series takes place weeks after Dexter Morgan takes a bullet to the chest from his own son, as he awakens from a coma to find Harrison gone without a trace. Realizing the weight of what he put his son through, Dexter sets out for New York City, determined to find him and make things right. But closure won’t come easy. When Miami Metro’s Angel Batista arrives with questions, Dexter realizes his past is catching up to him fast. As father and son navigate their own darkness in the city that never sleeps, they soon find themselves deeper than they ever imagined – and that the only way out is together. 

Season two of Nine Perfect Strangers premieres May 21 on hulu. Nine new strangers connected in ways they could never imagine are invited by mysterious guru Masha Dmitrichenko (Nicole Kidman) to join a transformational wellness retreat in the Austrian Alps. Over the course of a week, she takes them to the brink. Will they make it? Will she? Masha is willing to try anything in the interest of healing everyone involved, including herself. 

Aoashi will return for a second season in 2026. The first season of the anime series streamed on Crunchyroll. After a loss in his last junior high school soccer tourney, Ehime Prefecture’s ace player, Ashito Aoi, is devastated but in every loss there’s a victory. Tatsuya Fukuda, manager of an organization that trains students for one of the leading clubs in the J-League, sees Ashito’s raw talent and offers a tryout to his group. Together they’ll bring the youth club and Aoshi’s talents to new heights!

Einstein, which was recently ordered at CBS originally for the 2025-2026 season, will now premiere during the 2026-2027 season. Brilliant but directionless, the great grandson of Albert Einstein spends his days as a comfortably tenured professor until his bad boy antics land him in trouble with the law and he is pressed into service helping a local police detective solve her most puzzling cases.

Match Game will return on ABC with Martin Short as host. Alec Baldwin hosted the most recent reboot which wrapped four years ago. The series is expected to premiere this summer.

A new premiere date for A&E’s Duck Dynasty: The Revival has been announced. The ten one-hour episode first season will now premiere on June 1, instead of the previously announced date of May 28. The series reunites audiences with the Robertson family as they balance life, family, and the future of their Louisiana-based business. The series will feature Willie and Korie Robertson alongside beloved family members Miss Kay, Uncle Si, and the next generation of Robertsons.

Sam Elliott will join the second season of Paramount+’s Landman as a series regular. The series is set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas and is a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the podcast “Boomtown”, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics. 

A collection of Alfred Hitchcock films are coming to Netflix. Starting June 1, the collection features some of Hitchcock’s most iconic works including Vertigo, Rear Window, Frenzy, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Family Plot, The Birds and more. The collection will also include films inspired by his lasting influence, such as Us and Barbarian, as well as a narrative feature about the filmmaker himself, Hitchcock, directed by Sacha Gervasi. And for those who can’t wait Psycho, is available now on Netflix in the US! 

Comedians Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang, co-hosts of the popular “Las Culturistas” podcast, will host the fourth annual Las Culturistas Culture Awards, airing August 5 at 9 -11 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Televised for the first time, The Las Culturistas Culture Awards celebrates culture’s most iconic and consequential moments of the year. With more than 100 unique award categories, live musical performances and unexpected celebrity guests, this show brings culture’s most crucial moments to life. The show will be taped on July 17 in Los Angeles. A full list of categories will be announced at a later date. 

Netflix has ordered a mystery horror fantasy series titled Perfect Job. The series follows Hyuk-jun, a young man who takes on a seemingly perfect part-time job offering 50 times the usual hourly wage through a mysterious employment agency called Spyder Human Resource Center. However, the job quickly becomes a nightmare as he encounters strange and terrifying phenomena. 

The CW Network has renewed its agreement with the Pac-12 conference to broadcast nine college football games in 2025. The CW will provide full national coverage to showcase the strength of the Oregon State and Washington State football programs and their student-athletes. The season will kick off on Saturday, August 30 with Idaho at Washington State at 10:00pm ET / 7:00pm PT. 

Conan O’Brien: The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor premieres May 4 on Netflix. On Sunday, March 23, the 26th Mark Twain Prize for American Humor celebrated Conan O’Brien at the Kennedy Center. April 29, ABC will push its new episodes of Will Trent and The Rookie an hour later to accommodate an ABC News special at 8. Will Trent will follow at 9, with The Rookie at 10. 

The CW has pushed the season finale of Wild Cards a week from April 30 to May 7. A new episode of Sherlock & Daughter will air after. In doing so, the season three premiere of Sullivan’s Crossing will now air May 14, followed by a new episode of Sherlock & Daughter. 

Season two of Kaulitz & Kaulitz premieres June 17 on Netflix. The Party Must Go On, even when dark clouds loom over paradise. Germany’s favorite twins are once again opening the doors to their world. The all-day event puts the spotlight on 13 powerhouse performances from some of music’s most iconic artists, kicking off with Country star Trisha Yearwood’s intimate set featuring enduring favorites such as “How Do I Live,” “XXX’s and OOO’s,” and “She’s In Love With The Boy.” Other highlights include hit-heavy shows from Southern Rock trailblazers ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd; AC/DC’s audio assault on Argentina during their landmark “Black Ice Tour;” and an all-star salute to Willie Nelson, boasting unforgettable performances from Keith Richards, Bob Dylan, Merle Haggard, and more; as well as the acclaimed rock doc Shania Twain: Not Just A Girl, featuring appearances by Twain, Lionel Richie, Avril Lavigne, and Kelsea Ballerini; Kid Rock’s raucous takeover of Graceland and the Presley Motors Automobile Museum; and Tom Petty’s homecoming for the ages, headlined by a stunning duet with friend and fellow legend Stevie Nicks, among many others. 

Season two of Dan Da Dan premieres July 3 on Netflix. When Momo and Okarun’s beliefs clash, they’re thrown into a world of ghosts, aliens, and awakened powers. 

Prime Video has acquired web series Helluva Boss from the world of Hazbin Hotel. The network also picked up the series for a third and fourth season. The first two season will premiere on Prime Video this fall, with episodes continuing to be available on YouTube. Subsequent seasons will have an exclusive window on Prime Video. Set in Hell, the series follows the hell-born imp Blitzo (the “o” is silent), the eccentric leader of I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), a small, chaotic assassination business able to run thanks to a magic grimoire, and a complicated situationship with the demon prince Stolas. Alongside his equally chaotic ragtag crew – Moxxie, a by-the-books marksman; Millie, a fiery and skilled assassin; and Loona, their snarky, hellbound receptionist – Blitzo takes on contracts to kill targets in the human world. Balancing their work with personal lives, the team constantly finds themselves in absurd, violent and darkly comedic situations. 

Investigative genealogy series Relative Secrets premieres June 2 on BBC America and Acorn TV. Hosted by Jane Seymour, each episode in this suspenseful new series will investigate an everyday American family’s darkest mystery, aiming both to solve the mystery and explore how it shapes that family today. Colorful characters, rich cultural context and dramatic twists and turns abound in every tale, each of which connects the American family to their UK heritage. Along the way, we’ll meet charismatic heroes and terrifying villains, ranging from a 99-year-old World War II veteran who worries his absence led to the murder of his grandmother, to the daughter of a serial killer desperate to carve out her own identity from her father’s sordid past to a mother who abandoned her three children to start a new secret life. Host Seymour oversees the overall investigation in each episode, which is led by archaeologist Natasha Billson. 

Rotten Legacy premieres May 16 on Netflix. After a serious illness, a media mogul discovers that his children’s schemes threaten the empire he has worked so hard to build, and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to save it.
