Storage Wars returns for a new season June 7 on A&E featuring hour-long episodes. Netflix has announced new series. All the Sinners Bleed is an adaptation of S.A. Cosby’s novel. A Star Search reboot will air live on the streamer. Coming of age series The Body has been ordered. An Untitled Dan Levy series will air on the streamer. Additionally, The Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders, and Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings will stream live on Netflix this Christmas. 

Big Brother returns with its biggest season ever, airing the most original hours of programming in 25 years since its 2000 debut through extended 90-minute Wednesday episodes and the launch of Big Brother: Unlocked on Friday nights throughout the season. The new season kicks off with a 90-minute premiere July 10 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) followed by a 90-minute Sunday episode July 13 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT). Julie Chen Moonves returns as host. Paramount+ subscribers and Pluto TV viewers can continue to catch all the action on the Big Brother Live Feeds. The new season welcomes an all-new group of Houseguests into the Big Brother House. Expect the unexpected with more hours than ever this summer, and a season full of twists and turns. After its premiere, the series will air Wednesdays (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/delayed PT) expanded from its regular 60-minute episodes, followed by hour-long shows on Thursdays – featuring live evictions – and Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/delayed PT). In Big Brother: Unlocked three BB All-Stars offer never-before-seen broadcast footage from the house, exclusive interviews, surprise guest appearances and unprecedented behind-the-scenes access. Max’s The Pitt will get a run on air. The first season will air on TNT ahead of the second season premiere on HBO Max. The medical drama’s first season ran for fifteen episodes. 

Game of Thrones prequel series A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms will now make its debut on HBO in 2026. The series was initially set to premiere in 2025. 

CNN has announced renewals and new series. Eva Longoria: Searching for France will follow Longoria sampling French cuisine and culture. Tony Shalhoub Breaking Bread will follow Shalhoub around the world. New Orleans will highlight the city featuring interviews with Emeril Lagasse, Wendell Pierce, Malcolm Jenkins, Trombone Shorty and James Carville. Decades of Sports will look back on major sports moments. Have I Got News For You has been renewed for a third season which will premiere September 6. 

Back to the Frontier premieres July 10 on Magnolia Network. The series from Chip and Joanna Gaines follows three American families as they reimagine their lives as 1880s homesteaders, challenged to forgo the comforts of the present day for a more analog life on the frontier. Three families hailing from across the country join together in the wilderness surrounded by ten thousand acres of nature, without the modern conveniences of technology, running water, or electricity. The Lopers (Alabama), Hanna-Riggs (Texas), and Halls (Florida) must live on the frontier for eight weeks, reinforcing their own shelters, raising livestock, collecting food, and rationing their supplies. Through this immersive experience, the families will have to reflect on their relationships and navigate the challenges that come with an 1880s lifestyle.

Dancing With Sharks, a Shark Week special hosted by Tom Bergeron will air on Discovery Channel. An untitled Vanity Fair/Dick Wolf Series will air on ID. They Know What They Did narrated by Jennifer Love Hewitt will air on ID. Renovating the Bachelor Mansion will air on HGTV. Heart & Hustle: Houston will air on OWN. Scripted miniseries High Value Target will air on TNT. 90 Day: Hunt For Love will air on TLC starting May 26.

Streamer Max will be rebranded HBO Max this summer. The streamer was initially called HBO Max before the name was changed. Too Much premieres July 10 on Netflix. Fallout has been renewed for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of its upcoming second season, which is set to premiere in December 2025. Limited series Untamed premieres July 17 on Netflix. The series is a character-driven mystery-thriller that follows Kyle Turner, a special agent for the National Parks Service who works to enforce human law in nature’s vast wilderness. The investigation of a brutal death sends Turner on a collision course with the dark secrets within the park, and in his own past. 

Peacock’s The Paper will premiere this September. The mockumentary from Greg Daniels and Michael Koman is set in the same universe as NBC’s The Office, and features the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch. The crew is in search of a new subject when they discover a historic Toledo newspaper, The Truth Teller, and the eager publisher that is trying to revive it. The series stars Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and The Office star Oscar Nuñez. 

Lupin will return for Part 4 on Netflix. Omar Sy reprises his iconic role as Assane Diop, the gentleman thief, inspired by the work and character ‘Arsène Lupin’ created by Maurice Leblanc. 

Apple TV+ today announced it has landed Wild Things, a new limited series that will Jude Law and Andrew Garfield as renowned showmen Siegfried & Roy. The eight-episode, hour-long series, tells the wild ride relationship tale of two of the greatest showman-magicians in history who, along with their white tigers, are tasked with turning Sin City into a family-friendly destination. The duo push the concept of illusion versus reality to the extreme, personally and professionally, until tragedy reframes and opens a mystery surrounding their last fateful Las Vegas show. Law will star as Siegfried and Garfield will star as Roy, and the series is set to go into production this fall.

Prime Video has ordered Delphi to series. The series is the first live-action series extension of the Creed Universe, focused on young boxers at the Delphi gym. 

Spider-Noir will premiere on Prime Video in 2026. The series is a live-action series based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. It tells the story of an aging and down on his luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero. The series will be available in both black and white and color. 

Apple TV+ has ordered Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars. The eight episode docuseries will be hosted by Jesse Burgess. Exploring the high-stakes world of international fine dining with exclusive Michelin Guide access over the course of the year-long Michelin Guide season, it follows the fates of elite chefs at some of the world’s most unique and celebrated restaurants to determine if they will win, maintain or lose that precious Star. From attempting to gain their first, tirelessly working to secure their distinction, or striving to gain a second or an elusive third star – each chef faces a deeply personal challenge. A Barbershop series is coming soon to Prime Video. Starring Jermaine Fowler, the television adaptation of the franchise revolves around Travis “Trav” Porter, who endeavors to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, a legendary barber at the iconic “Calvin’s” barbershop in Chicago. Mike “The Miz” Mizanin will join as host of the action-packed U.S. reboot of the iconic competition series American Gladiators for Prime Video. Originating as a weekly U.S. syndicated show, American Gladiators burst onto screens in 1989 and quickly became the #1 watched sports entertainment show in the world. The show returns with an exciting new take, and an All Star cast of Gladiators for the modern era. The competition will feature brand new events, as well incorporate some classics from the original series like “Gauntlet,” “Hang Tough,” and “The Eliminator.”

Season 27 of NBC’s competition series The Voice will conclude during the live show on Tuesday, May 20 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT). NBC and Peacock will welcome 2026 with a high-energy, star-studded celebration as hip-hop icon, entrepreneur and entertainment mogul Snoop Dogg hosts Snoop Dogg’s New Years Eve live from Miami on Dec. 31 at 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. ET/PT. Bringing his signature style and larger-than-life presence, Snoop Dogg will headline a night packed with unforgettable music, iconic performances and surprise artist collaborations. This once-in-a-lifetime New Year’s Eve event will include showstopping performances all night long leading up to midnight. Get ready to ring in the new year, Snoop Dogg style. 

Prime Video greenlit two new sports documentaries from Skydance Sports and NFL Films. A six-part series following six New York Jets players and their partners throughout the 2024-’25 regular season and a feature-length documentary about Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens. 

Michael Jordan will join NBC Sports’ coverage of the NBA as a special contributor when the 2025-26 season begins in October. NBC Sports has already announced that Jamal Crawford and Reggie Miller will serve as game analysts, Carmelo Anthony as a studio analyst, and Mike Tirico and Noah Eagle as play-by-play voices.

The Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards will stream on Prime Video for the next three years, taking the show through its 63rd ceremony in 2028. Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running Country Music awards show and made history in 2022 as the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream, in collaboration with Prime Video. 

Filmmaker Lynn Novick will direct and produce a new, three-part series on the history of New York City’s Central Park for PBS. The series is expected to air on PBS in 2028. It will follow the evolution of the Park from its inception in the mid-19th century as the rapidly growing city expanded northward, through competing ideas about park use and controversy over “encroachments” in the 20th century, to the near demise of the Park during New York’s fiscal crisis of the 1970s, and finally, to its preeminence today. It will examine evolving ideas about urban development and the social purpose of public spaces, with a focus on the Park as a naturalistic environment conceived, created, and maintained by and for people. Over three episodes Novick will introduce viewers to the remarkable individuals who designed and built the Park, as well as many people who have shaped it – for better and for worse – over the decades. The filmmakers also examine bitter conflicts about access and development, contrasting the pressures of greater commercialization and development with those who have sought to restore and preserve the Park. 

Prime Video announced that it has ordered an untitled docuseries featuring prominent, multi-hyphenate female CEOs whose business ventures move center stage in their lives. Primary featured CEOs include legendary athlete and businesswoman Serena Williams, award-winning artist and “Queen of Latin Pop” Thalia; former model and fashion designer Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger; Market America | SHOP.COM CEO Loren Ridinger; supermodel, beauty entrepreneur, and founder of Cay Skin Winnie Harlow; founder of Conteur Capital and wellness expert Hannah Bronfman; and fashion and jewelry designer Isabela Rangel Grutman. 

FOX Sports will strengthen its football roster with a pair of exclusive broadcast windows for this coming NFL season. The doubleheader, featuring Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears, is set for Week 16 on Saturday, December 20 and is set to be preceded by a one-hour pregame show. The added doubleheader slate sets a record for most-ever by any network (11) and makes FOX the home of the most NFL windows this season (31). 

The 2025 holiday season begins and ends on Prime Video in grand fashion, with two of the most anticipated NFL matchups of the year. Festivities commence on November 28 with the streamer’s third edition of Black Friday Football, when the Super Bowl champion Eagles take on Caleb Williams and the Bears to kick off a daylong celebration of top-tier sports and great shopping deals. Twenty-seven days later, the merriment culminates with a prime-time Christmas night gathering of the Broncos and Chiefs in Kansas City that may determine the fate of the AFC West crown. 

Peacock will be the exclusive national home of an NFL Week 17 game in primetime, streaming live on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025. The Peacock Holiday Exclusive will be selected from a pool of key NFL Week 17 Saturday matchups. 

FOX has unveiled the name of its new streaming service, FOX One. FOX One will bring all of FOX’s leading News, Sports and Entertainment branded content together in one dynamic streaming platform.

ABC has renewed five unscripted series for new seasons. Returning for the 2025-2026 season are America’s Funniest Home Videos (season 36), American Idol (season 24), Celebrity Jeopardy! (season 4), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (season 6), and Shark Tank (Season 17). 

Fox has ordered medical drama series Best Medicine. The series is based on the British series Doc Martin and will star Josh Charles. The series centers on Martin Best, a brilliant surgeon who abruptly leaves his illustrious career in Boston to become the general practitioner in a quaint East Coast fishing village where he spent summers as a child. Unfortunately, Martin’s blunt and borderline rude bedside manner rubs the quirky, needy locals the wrong way, and he quickly alienates the town, even though he’s all they’ve got. Although Martin can expertly address any medical ailment or mystery in this idiosyncratic town, he’s really just desperate to be left the hell alone. Instead, he keeps getting dragged right smack into the middle of their personal chaos, feuds and fantasies. What the locals don’t know is that Martin’s terse demeanor masks a debilitating new phobia and deep-seated psychological issues that prevent him from experiencing true intimacy with anyone. But tenacity is the creed of everyone in their small village, and the people who live there may be exactly what the doctor ordered. 

Peacock has ordered Ted: The Animated Series. The animated series picks up after the Ted films. Seth MacFarlane is set to reprise the voice of the iconic and loveable foul-mouthed teddy bear “Ted.” Original film franchise stars return as series regulars to voice their roles include Mark Wahlberg as “John,” Amanda Seyfried as “Sam,” and Jessica Barth as “Tami-Lynn. Additional series regulars include Kyle Mooney as “Apollo” and Liz Richman as “Ruth.” 

Season two of Peacemaker premieres August 21 on Max. The new season follows Christopher “Chris” Smith, aka Peacemaker, the vigilante Super Hero as he struggles to reconcile his past with his newfound sense of purpose while continuing to kick righteous evil-doer butt in his misguided quest for peace at any cost. The series stars John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick. New cast members include Frank Grillo, David Denman, Sol Rodriguez, and Tim Meadows. 

Walton Goggins is set to host Saturday Night Live May 10. Arcade Fire will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

Prime Video has canceled On Call after one season. The series is being shopped to other outlets. The series is an adrenalized and visceral police drama that follows a rookie and veteran officer duo as they go on patrol in Long Beach, California. Incorporating a mixture of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage to create a cinema verité effect, the innovative series explores the morality of protecting and serving a community. 

Fox has ordered limited event series The Faithful. The six episode series will be presented over three consecutive weeks during next Easter and Passover season – is based on The Old Testament’s Book of Genesis and told through the eyes of the courageous and passionate, yet flawed women whose descendants would shape three of the world’s great faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Dimensional, dramatic, intimate, even shocking, The Faithful is about discovering and losing love, the challenges of marriage, the joys and heartbreak of children, confronting temptation and finding faith. The episodes will be told through the lens of five of The Bible’s most legendary women: Sarah and her former slave Hagar, Sarah’s great-niece Rebekah, and Rebekah’s nieces, sisters Leah and Rachel. 

Peacock has announced a compelling, heartwarming and villainous slate of new unscripted series. New series include Nelly & Ashanti: We Belong Together, Tiffany Haddish Goes Off, Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks, Gilgo Beach Killer: The House of Secrets, and season three of House of Villains which moves to the streamer from E!. Previously announced returning series include Love Island USA, Love Island: Beyond The Villa, Love Island Games, Married at First Sight, and The Traitors. 

Season two of Netflix’s A Man on the Inside has begun. The new season will see Charles going undercover at a college. Ted Danson stars in the series. 

Production on season two of hulu’s Rivals has begun. The drama returns with an extended season of twelve episodes, up from eight, and even more wit, desire, and dramatic twists. Set against the backdrop of the stunning Cotswolds countryside and the glamorous, high-stakes world of 1980s British television, the second installment will see the return of the all-star cast that won the hearts of fans and critics alike as well as introducing brand new faces. 

Netflix has ordered its first Nordic medical drama starring Sara Khorami in the lead role. At the emergency ward, it doesn’t matter who you are – rich or poor, influencer, carpenter, or minister. If you’ve broken something, if you’re bleeding, or if you need help, you’ll get it. Despite low staffing, little time, perhaps one too many cups of coffee, and a demanding crowd of patients, a team of exhausted but resilient doctors and nurses are ready to help. Sofia (Sara Khorami), a surgeon with more talent than patience, is sent into this chaotic environment to save her own career – the last place she wants to be. One of the most influential voices in radio, daytime television, and pop culture, Wendy Williams built a storied career over her decades in the entertainment industry. The guardianship eventually revealed Williams was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, and she was placed in a memory care facility in New York City. Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death The Movie will be released in theaters in North America July 16. The film will be released in both English Dub and Japanese with English subtitles. The two powerful sorcerers are tasked with protecting Riko Amanai, a student who has been designated to be sacrificed as the Star Plasma Vessel, until she can fulfill her duty. Pursued by a religious cult and other curse users, they are the only sorcerers capable of carrying out such a difficult task – but this mission will set their destinies, and challenge the two sorcerers in ways unimaginable. Jersey Shore Family Vacation premieres May 29 on MTV. The English dub of mono premieres May 3 on Crunchyroll. Satsuki Amamiya was feeling down due to the graduation of the high school Photography Club’s president. However, her best friend and fellow member An Kiriyama encourages Satsuki to dedicate herself to the newly merged Cinephoto Club. Join Satsuki and An as they set out to track down a missing camera, meet new faces, and capture stunning photos and videos along the way.

CBC has renewed blue sky procedural Wild Cards for two seasons. The series airs on The CW in the US. The Canadian broadcaster has also renewed Saint-Pierre for season two, Allegiance for season three, Heartland for season nineteen, and Murdoch Mysteries for season nineteen. 

Rosa Salazar has exited Einstein following CBS deciding to shift the series to the 2026-2027 season. Matthew Gray Gubler remains as the remaining series regular. 

Link Click will return for a third season in 2026. A prequel series, Link Click: Bridon Arc, aired earlier this year. Using superpowers to enter their clientele’s photos one by one, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang take their work seriously at “Time Photo Studio,” a small photography shop set in the backdrop of a modern metropolis. Josh Hutcherson has joined HBO’s Rachel Sennott comedy series. He takes over the role Miles Robbins was originally cast in. The series follows a codependent friend group who reunites, navigating how the time apart, ambition, and new relationships have changed them. 

Season two of Human Footprint premieres June 25 on PBS. The 78th Annual Tony Awards will air live on CBS June 8. The show makes its return to the legendary Radio City Music Hall in New York City. CBS and Pluto TV will present The Tony Awards: Act One, a pre-show of live, exclusive content leading into the main show. Additional details will be available at a future date. 

CNN has announced premiere dates for its summer series. American Prince: JFK Jr. premieres August 9. Live Aid: When Rock ‘n’ Roll Took On the World premieres July 13. Billionaire Boys Club premieres July 13. 

Paramount+ announced the gag-worthy lineup of celebrity guest judges who will join host RuPaul and mainstay judges Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews, TS Madison and recurring judge Law Roach for the tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. The star-studded lineup of guest judges includes Ice Spice, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Colman Domingo, Kate Beckinsale, Susanne Bartsch, Adam Shankman, Jamal Sims, Mayan Lopez, Devery Jacobs and Sarah Michelle Gellar. For the first time ever, the series will introduce a brand-new format across twelve episodes: the Tournament of All Stars. The queens will be divided into three groups of six, each competing in their own bracket across three episodes. At the end of each bracket, the top three queens with the highest point totals will advance to the semi-finals, where they’ll go head-to-head with the top queens from the other groups in another round of fierce competition over two episodes. The tournament will then culminate in an epic Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown grand finale episode, where the finalists will battle it out for a grand prize of $200,000 and a place in the coveted Drag Race Hall of Fame. The season premieres May 9 with two episodes. 

The season two Vanderpump Villa Reunion premieres May 8 on hulu. After an Italian summer of high stakes, scandal, and celebration at Castello Rosato, Lisa Vanderpump reunites her staff for one final night of reckoning – only this time, she’s handing the hosting reins to her VIP guest, the one and only Stassi Schroeder.

Limited series Hell Motel premieres June 17 on Shudder. The series sees a group of 10 true crime obsessives invited to the opening weekend of the newly renovated Cold River Motel, the site of a 30-year-old unsolved Satanic Mass Murder. History repeats itself when the guests get stranded and start getting knocked off one by one during a murder spree that grows exponentially more gruesome than the original with each kill. 

Peacock announced four new emerging artist-led series, each concept developed and executed by next-gen creators – Charlie Curtis-Beard, Katie Florence, Serena Kerrigan, and Daren Vongirdner – successful self-made social media stars with passionate followings and thriving businesses. The Warehouse Phase, The Kouncil, Older Hotter Wiser, and People Like Me will premiere May 19. 

Art Detectives premieres June 9 on Acorn TV. Art-loving DI Mick Palmer and straight-talking DC Shazia Malik together solve murders connected to the world of art and antiques, from Old Master paintings, to Banksy street art, medieval manuscripts and collectible vinyl. Each episode follows Mick and Shazia as they navigate a rich and colorful world driven by greed, obsession, lust and revenge. Docuseries Sherri Papini: Caught In the Lie premieres May 26 on ID. Netflix has renewed Devil May Cry for a second season. In this animated adaptation of the popular Capcom game and from the vision of Adi Shankar, sinister forces are at play to open the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon-hunter-for-hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck.

Prime Video has ordered a Carrie series based on the book by Stephen King. The eight episode series comes from Mike Flanagan.

Prime Video has ordered a new documentary series which will follow Birmingham City Football Club’s promotion in a defining season. The untitled documentary series will premiere Summer 2025. Embedded camera crews have followed the First-Team players, coaching staff and key ownership figures from pre-season to promotion, including Birmingham City’s Chairman Tom Wagner, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of Knighthead Capital Management, LLC (“Knighthead”), and American football legend, Tom Brady, as the club fights to instil a winning culture and climb the English football pyramid. Beyond the day-to-day football operations, the documentary will also explore the unique cultural heritage of Birmingham City and a supporter base who have remained loyal despite a sustained period without success or silverware. The documentary will shine a spotlight on this community’s resurgence, illustrating how the football club plans to drive its transformation.

Fox has ordered a new unscripted series, Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service, set to premiere May 21. Restaurateurs who are looking for a quick fix or social media glow-up are in for the surprise of their lives when famed culinary titan Gordon Ramsay trades his signature chef knives for a state-of-the-art surveillance vehicle and cutting-edge spyware. In a Gordon Ramsay series first, Chef Ramsay will venture into struggling restaurants under the cover of night. Southern Fried Lies premieres April 27 on Oxygen. Battle Camp premieres April 23 on Netflix. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes premieres on Crunchyroll April 7. The series will be available in both Japanese with English subtitles as well as an English dub. Koichi Haimawari is a dull college student who aspires to be a hero but has given up on his dream. Although 80% of the world’s population has superhuman powers called Quirks, few are chosen to become heroes and protect people. Everything changes for Koichi when he and Pop☆Step are saved by the vigilante Knuckleduster and get recruited to become vigilantes themselves! 

Hallmark Channel has renewed The Chicken Sisters for a second season. The series is based on the novel by KJ Dell’Antonia. The series is a family drama dipped in southern charm and served up with a saucy side of romance. The setting is the fictional town of Merinac, where a generations-old rift between dueling fried chicken restaurants – Mimi’s and Frannie’s – has left the founders’ families fractured and the locals taking sides. When the popular cooking competition show Ultimate Kitchen Clash comes to town, it could be the recipe for ending this feud once and for all. But things are fixing to heat up both inside and outside of the kitchen as the reality show spotlight causes sparks to fly as secrets are spilled and feathers get ruffled. 

Logan Lerman is set to appear in the upcoming fifth season of Only Murders in the Building. He will recur in the hulu series joining Renée Zellweger, Christoph Waltz, Tea Leoni and Keegan-Michael Key. 

Overcompensating premieres May 15 on Prime Video. The series is a college-set ensemble comedy about the wild, chaotic journey of Benny, a closeted former football player and homecoming king, as he becomes fast friends with Carmen, a high school outsider on a mission to fit in at all costs. With guidance from Benny’s older sister and her campus-legend boyfriend, Benny and Carmen juggle horrible hookups, flavored vodka, and fake IDs. Deeply funny and personal, the show explores the lengths to which we all overcompensate while on the path to finding out who we really are. 

Shudder has ordered an unscripted horror-based competition series, Guts & Glory, from the mind of Greg Nicotero. The six-episode series flips the script on the traditional competition show – thrusting players into an immersive horror experience full of unexpected challenges.

Fox is making a small change to its Sunday schedule. Krapopolis will now air at 9, flipping timeslots with The Great North, which will now air at 9:30. 

Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out premieres May 13 on Food Network. Host Brian Malarkey dishes out the unpredictable and diabolical culinary challenges that will test four chefs on their cooking prowess, strategic thinking, and ability to innovate under pressure. With a starting bank of $25,000 each, the chefs will have opportunities to spend that money on advantages for themselves or on sabotages for their competition. The last chef standing walks away with the money they have left in their bank. Each episode will feature one judge who will determine the winner of each round, tasting and evaluating the dishes before they know what challenges and sabotages were endured. Judges joining the fray across the season include Maneet Chauhan, Scott Conant, Alex Guarnaschelli, Aarti Sequeira and Jet Tila. 

Acorn TV has ordered Allie & Andi to series. Set in a quaint New England colonial town, the series starring Brooke Shields is a six-episode murder mystery series following a bestselling novelist who forms an unlikely alliance with an aspiring writer and influencer to find the killer of a close friend. The series will go into production this fall and premiere in 2026. 

Thomas Doherty is set to appear in the upcoming second season of Paradise. Doherty will recur in the hulu political series. 

Season eleven of New Zealand crime drama The Brokenwood Mysteries premieres April 21 on Acorn TV. The series sees Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Shepherd and Detective Kristin Sims investigate crimes in the sleepy and secret-filled town of Brokenwood, New Zealand. From seemingly supernatural incidents in the idyllic community of Brokenwood to mysterious murders with hidden motives, the new season sees Shepherd and his team plunge into a web of deception, greed and dark secrets, using less than conventional methods to tackle their most perplexing cases yet. 

Docuseries The Bakersfield 3: A Tale of Murder and Motherhood premieres May 11 on ID. In the spring of 2018 over the course of just 34 days, a young woman and man went missing, and another young man was murdered in Bakersfield, California. While initially thought to be tragic but unconnected events, a string of coincidences unearthed by the victims’ mothers led to the realization that these three cases were entangled with one another. Desperate for answers, they banded together in their unyielding quest for the truth, dubbing their children’s death and disappearances as “The Bakersfield 3.” Now, this three-part docuseries charts the mothers’ journey as they navigate through a labyrinth of clues, dead ends, and unexpected revelations to find out what really happened to their children – and how exactly they were connected. The second installment of WondLa premieres April 25 on Apple TV+. This futuristic coming-of-age story follows 16-year-old Eva 9 as her epic journey continues and she uncovers startling truths about her past and the world she calls home. Picking up from season one’s shocking cliff-hanger, Eva is drawn toward the promise of home – but new discoveries only lead to more unanswered questions. Anime series To Be Hero X premieres April 5 on Crunchyroll. The series will air both in Japanese with English subtitles and an English dub the same day. This is a world where heroes are created by people’s trust, and the hero who gains the most trust is known as X. In this world, people’s trust can be quantified through data, and these values are reflected on everyone’s wrist. As long as one gains enough trust points, an ordinary person can possess superpowers and become a superhero who saves the world. However, the constantly changing trust values make the path of a hero full of uncertainties. While the previous two series in the franchise, To Be Hero and To Be Heroine stream on Crunchyroll in Japanese with English subtitles, the new series stands on its own.

A new season of Grantchester premieres June 15 on PBS. Stars Robson Green and Rishi Nair will both return as DI Geordie Keating and Reverend Alphy Kottaram, in another season of crime solving in the picturesque village.

Screenings in North America will have both Japanese with English subtitles and English dub showtimes. The series streams on Crunchyroll, hulu and Netflix.

Rotten Legacy premieres May 16 on Netflix. Federico is forced to step away from his communication companies to recover from an illness that kept him sidelined for two years. The Testaments has been officially ordered to series at hulu. The series is a followup to The Handmaid’s Tale which will be ending with its upcoming final season. It is based on the book of the same name by Margaret Atwood. 

Rick and Morty returns for season eight May 25 on adult swim. The network announced the premiere date and released a first look at the new season as part of today’s traditional April Fools’ Day broadcast special. The network surprised fans with a 22-minute anthology special featuring fan favorite “Rick and Morty” moments re-told through an Adult Swim lens of absurd, live-action, theater-based genres. 

Season two of Tires premieres June 5 on Netflix. Will, the nervous and unqualified heir to an auto repair chain, attempts to turn his father’s business around despite constant torture from his cousin and now employee, Shane. After the unexpected success of their big marketing idea, Will and Shane rush to grow personally and professionally without fully realizing the cost of doing business. 

Season three of The Playboy Murders premieres May 5 on ID. Holly Madison reprises her role as host, recounting the shocking intersections of murder and mystery within the world of the iconic adult men’s magazine, Playboy. Madison, renowned for her intimate knowledge of the Playboy empire and her compelling storytelling, brings a unique perspective to the series, providing an empathetic voice to the untimely deaths of those connected to the brand.

Trevor Jackson is set to recur in the final episodes of this season of Grey’s Anatomy. Jackson could become a series regular should the show be renewed for a 22nd season. 

Primetime concert special An Evening with Elton John and Brandi Carlile will now air for 90 minutes on CBS April 6. Filming on March 26 at London’s iconic Palladium Theatre and accompanied by a live band, Elton John and Brandi Carlile will perform songs from their new album, Who Believes in Angels? which is available on April 4 via Interscope Records. The musicians will also play a selection of their individual greatest hits, including timeless classics from Elton’s catalogue and a very special performance of an unreleased track by Carlile. Between these electrifying solo and duo performances, Elton and Brandi will also invite the audience into an intimate sit-down conversation on stage that will pull back the curtain on their 20-year friendship, the profound journey behind their latest collaboration and share intimate footage from their process. Additionally, throughout the evening, those closest to Elton and Brandi will pay emotional tributes to the artists’ illustrious careers. 

MSNBC has rounded out the hosts for its The Weekend: Primetime lineup. Antonia Hylton and Elise Jordan will be joining Ayman Mohyeldin and Catherine Rampell. The morning edition is set to be hosted by Jonathan Capehart, Eugene Daniels and Jackie Alemany. Additionally. Steve Kornacki will be leaving the network once parent company NBC spins off the network. Kornacki will move over to NBC.
