Netflix has renewed a slew of series for new seasons. Bridgerton has been renewed for season five and season six. Forever has been renewed for season two. Love On The Spectrum has been renewed for season four. Million Dollar Secret has been renewed for season two. My Life with the Walter Boys has been renewed for a third season. Survival of the Thickest has been renewed for a third and final season. The Diplomat has been renewed for a fourth season. The Four Seasons has been renewed for a second season. 

Ironheart premieres June 24 on Disney+ with the first three episodes. The Marvel series from Ryan Coogler follows Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, a genius inventor who creates the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. 

Storage Wars returns for a new season June 7 on A&E featuring hour-long episodes. The series features teams of bidders on the hunt for valuable abandoned and repossessed storage units and with only a few moments to glimpse inside, they must decide whether they’ve spotted trash or treasure that they can turn into big profits. Join the bidding frenzy as Dan and Laura Dotson take their place leading the auction as buyers compete to grab the best locker of the day. Brandi Passante, Dave Hester, Kenny Crossley, Ivy Calvin and his sons, Rene and Casey Nezhoda, Lisa Delarios, and Dusty Riach all return as buyers with one ultimate goal – to have their bid be the one to secure the win. It’s a high stakes business where each locker possesses the unexpected and the teams will have to hone their skills to find the diamond in the rough. They’re willing to risk it all in a bidding war, but will they hit the locker jackpot or be left sorting through piles of junk? 

Netflix has announced new series. All the Sinners Bleed is an adaptation of S.A. Cosby’s novel. A Star Search reboot will air live on the streamer. Coming of age series The Body has been ordered. An Untitled Dan Levy series will air on the streamer. Additionally, The Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders, and Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings will stream live on Netflix this Christmas. 

Big Brother returns with its biggest season ever, airing the most original hours of programming in 25 years since its 2000 debut through extended 90-minute Wednesday episodes and the launch of Big Brother: Unlocked on Friday nights throughout the season. The new season kicks off with a 90-minute premiere July 10 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) followed by a 90-minute Sunday episode July 13 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT). Julie Chen Moonves returns as host. Paramount+ subscribers and Pluto TV viewers can continue to catch all the action on the Big Brother Live Feeds. The new season welcomes an all-new group of Houseguests into the Big Brother House. Expect the unexpected with more hours than ever this summer, and a season full of twists and turns. After its premiere, the series will air Wednesdays (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/delayed PT) expanded from its regular 60-minute episodes, followed by hour-long shows on Thursdays – featuring live evictions – and Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/delayed PT). In Big Brother: Unlocked three BB All-Stars offer never-before-seen broadcast footage from the house, exclusive interviews, surprise guest appearances and unprecedented behind-the-scenes access. Former Houseguests share firsthand insight and expertise as they analyze gameplay, assess the competition and give their insider’s perspective every other Friday starting July 25 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). 

Max’s The Pitt will get a run on air. The first season will air on TNT ahead of the second season premiere on HBO Max. The medical drama’s first season ran for fifteen episodes. 

Game of Thrones prequel series A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms will now make its debut on HBO in 2026. The series was initially set to premiere in 2025. 

CNN has announced renewals and new series. Eva Longoria: Searching for France will follow Longoria sampling French cuisine and culture. Tony Shalhoub Breaking Bread will follow Shalhoub around the world. New Orleans will highlight the city featuring interviews with Emeril Lagasse, Wendell Pierce, Malcolm Jenkins, Trombone Shorty and James Carville. Decades of Sports will look back on major sports moments. Have I Got News For You has been renewed for a third season which will premiere September 6. 

Back to the Frontier premieres July 10 on Magnolia Network. The series from Chip and Joanna Gaines follows three American families as they reimagine their lives as 1880s homesteaders, challenged to forgo the comforts of the present day for a more analog life on the frontier. Three families hailing from across the country join together in the wilderness surrounded by ten thousand acres of nature, without the modern conveniences of technology, running water, or electricity. The Lopers (Alabama), Hanna-Riggs (Texas), and Halls (Florida) must live on the frontier for eight weeks, reinforcing their own shelters, raising livestock, collecting food, and rationing their supplies. Through this immersive experience, the families will have to reflect on their relationships and navigate the challenges that come with an 1880s lifestyle. 

Warner Bros. Discovery has announced some upcoming new series. Family Recipe Showdown is coming soon to Food Network. Dancing With Sharks, a Shark Week special hosted by Tom Bergeron will air on Discovery Channel. An untitled Vanity Fair/Dick Wolf Series will air on ID. They Know What They Did narrated by Jennifer Love Hewitt will air on ID. Renovating the Bachelor Mansion will air on HGTV. Heart & Hustle: Houston will air on OWN. Scripted miniseries High Value Target will air on TNT. 90 Day: Hunt For Love will air on TLC starting May 26. 

Lovestuck is coming soon to Netflix. A woman with no memories and a man claiming to be her lover find themselves stuck living together in a quaint village. What could possibly go wrong? The story follows Go Eun-sae, a brilliant prosecutor who wakes up one day with amnesia. She meets Jang Tae-ha, a suspicious man who insists he’s her boyfriend. Their unexpected living arrangement in a countryside village filled with traditional taffy shops kicks off a quirky, sweet, and irresistibly sticky love story. 

Tastemade is firing up the grills this summer with the return of its annual Grill Week, streaming from June 30th through July 4th. For the first time ever, Grill Week will be hosted by culinary icon Andrew Zimmern and will continue to feature around-the-clock programming all about open fire cooking, including five days of exciting new series premieres. The week-long streaming stunt promises a sizzling lineup of live fire cooking, mouthwatering recipes, and unforgettable grilling moments, making it the hottest grilling event of the summer. 

Streamer Max will be rebranded HBO Max this summer. The streamer was initially called HBO Max before the name was changed. HBO Max is the destination for prestigious entertainment brands such as HBO, Warner Bros., Max Originals, DC, Harry Potter, A24 Films, as well as iconic shows like Friends and The Big Bang Theory, all in one place. 

Our Unwritten Seoul premieres May 24 on Netflix. Twin sisters, whose similarities end with their looks, swap identities amid personal struggles – embarking on a journey to rediscover love and life. 

Scarlett Johansson will host the Saturday Night Live season finale May 17. Bad Bunny will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

Trainwreck: The Astroworld Tragedy airs June 10 on Netflix. On November 5, 2021, Travis Scott stepped on stage to perform his set at Astroworld: what would have been the best night of the festival-goers lives quickly turned into a catastrophe that left 10 of them dead. Boarders season two is coming soon to Tubi. The new season sees a new era for St Gilbert’s with the now acting headmistress Carol Watlington-Geese (who also happens to be the mother of Jaheim’s nemesis, Rupert) at the helm – and she wants Jaheim, Leah, Toby, Omar and Femi gone. 

Timothée Chalamet is set to host Saturday Night Live January 25. Chalamet will also serve as the musical guest on the late night NBC series.

Bar Rescue has been renewed for a tenth season on Paramount Network. Season nine will premiere February 23. With over four decades of experience, Taffer is a seasoned expert in transforming struggling hospitality establishments. Season four of Power Book III: Raising Kanan premieres March 7 on Starz. Spring Baking Championship returns for a new season March 10 on Food Network. Host Jesse Palmer transforms the baking studio into The Little Shop of Spring Magic, where anything is possible – from rainbow cheesecakes to dessert deceptions that look like dinner. For the first time ever, a baker’s dozen of 13 contestants will embark on a wonderous journey to make the impossible possible and win over judges Duff Goldman, Nancy Fuller and Kardea Brown. At the end of the competition, only one baker will take the cake and earn $25,000, a feature in Food Network Magazine and the title of Spring Baking Champion.

Bradley Whitford has been cast on Netflix’s The Diplomat. Whitford will recur as the husband of Allison Janney’s character. 

Lazarus will premiere on adult swim this April. The year is 2052. The world looked to be on the verge of an unprecedented era of peace and stability, and the painkiller drug “Hapna” developed by a lauded neuroscientist Dr. Skinner had a lot to do with it. Netflix has renewed Selling the OC for a fourth season. The ambitious agents at The Oppenheim Group attempt to up their real estate game as more personal drama interferes with major professional endeavors.

Caleb Foote has been promoted to series regular on NCIS: Origins. Foote has been recurring in the first season of the CBS series.

Season four of Shoresy premieres February 26 on hulu. The series explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs contend with the distractions of summer in Sudbury. 

Confessions of Octomom premieres March 10 on Lifetime. The six-part documentary series follows Natalie Suleman as she provides an intimate look at her history and her life today as a mom of 14, and her newest role as a grandmother. With her octuplets turning sixteen this January and her other six children ranging from 17 to 23 years-old, Suleman has been out of the public eye for years and now, for the first time, Suleman and her 14 children reveal a much different life than the world has ever been privy to before. The series also follows the octuplets through their challenges and triumphs, growing up in the spotlight and their desire to move beyond their now secluded life. 

Benson Boone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli xcx, Doechii, RAYE, Sabrina Carpenter, Shakira, and Teddy Swims will perform at The 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Hosted by Trevor Noah, “Music’s Biggest Night” will be broadcast live February 2 on CBS from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The rhythm of love is alive on AXS TV this Valentine’s Day, as the Network presents a special Whole Lotta Love lineup packed with rockin’ romance from music’s most iconic artists – airing Friday, February 14 starting at 8A ET. Cupid’s arrows are flying all day long in this sweetheart stunt featuring legendary rock couple Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo on The Big Interview With Dan Rather; as well as a two-part powerhouse performance by electrifying sister duo Heart; a musical journey through the highs and lows of love with themed episodes of The Top Ten Revealed; and Catherine Zeta-Jones as a single mom falling for down-trodden barista Justin Bartha in the May-December romcom The Rebound. 

The English dub of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun season two premieres January 26 on Crunchyroll. Kamome Academy is rumored to have many mysteries, the strangest of which involves the mischievous ghost of Hanako-kun. When occult-loving high schooler Nene Yashiro accidentally becomes bonded to him, she uncovers a hidden world of supernatural beings. Now the two of them are conspiring to keep the peace between student and supernatural—that is, if they can only stay out of trouble themselves.

Danish miniseries Bullsh*t premieres on Viaplay January 30 with all six episodes. The coming-of-age drama tells the powerful story of a group of lost and rebellious youths who find community and belonging in the hardcore biker gang “Bullsh*t,” but leads to a world of brutal conflict. The six-part series delves into the bikers’ darkly exciting, but dangerous world as a passionate love story unfolds.

Love After Lockup returns this March on WE tv. The new season follows a new crop of couples, including fan favorites, from Love During Lockup as they discover more love, new doubts, and encounter unforeseen obstacles in their relationships. Limited series Trial & Error: Why Did O.J. Win? premieres on Court TV February 16. Netflix has renewed The Diplomat for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of the second season premiere, October 31. Production is currently underway, and will take place in London and New York City. Additional Season 3 details and additional information will be shared at a later time. In the upcoming second season, a deadly explosion in the heart of London shatters US Ambassador Kate Wyler’s world. Struggling to rebuild the lives that broke and the team that split apart, Kate’s worst fears unfold: The attack that brought her to the UK didn’t come from a rival nation, it came from inside the British government. As Kate chases the truth, her only real ally is her almost-ex-husband Hal Wyler, very much alive, and very much involved. She faces a fraught marriage, a complex dynamic with British Foreign Secretary Austin Dennison, and a threatening visit from Vice President Grace Penn.

Starz has canceled The Serpent Queen after two seasons.The series is based on the book “Catherine de Medici: Renaissance Queen of France” by Leonie Frieda. A spinoff series focusing on Queen Elizabeth I is in the works. 

Netflix has renewed Nobody Wants This for a second season. An agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi on the rebound walk into a party. When they walk out – together – the unlikely pair, Joanne and Noah, can tell there is something between them. But also potentially between them, with their differing outlooks on life, all of the modern obstacles to love, and their sometimes well-meaning, sometimes sabotaging families – including her sister Morgan and his brother Sasha. The new season will premiere in 2025. 

The fifth and final season of Star Trek: Lower Decks premieres October 24 on Paramount+ with the first two episodes. The crew of the U.S.S. Cerritos is tasked with closing “space potholes” – subspace rifts that are causing chaos in the Alpha Quadrant. Pothole duty would be easy for Junior Officers Mariner, Boimler, Tendi and Rutherford … If they didn’t also have to deal with an Orion war, furious Klingons, diplomatic catastrophes, murder mysteries and scariest of all: their own career aspirations. The upcoming season is a celebration of this underdog crew who are dangerously close to being promoted out of the lower decks and into strange new Starfleet roles.

This new episodic series celebrates the birth of the global Dragon Ball phenomenon— commemorating the 40th anniversary of the original manga created by Akira Toriyama that first launched in 1984 in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” and since then has sold an astounding 260 million copies worldwide and counting. The English dub of the series will premiere in theaters November 10, 11 and 12. 

CBS is ready for spooky season with Halloween themed episodes from fan favorite series. Enjoy special episodes of NCIS, Ghosts, Elsbeth, daytime’s The Price Is Right, The Talk, Let’s Make a Deal and The Bold and the Beautiful. 

Season two of Deal or No Deal Island will return with Joe Manganiello as host and ultimate game master. Included in the crop of players for the new season are TV veterans Parvati Shallow, Dr. Will Kirby and David Genat. These familiar faces are no strangers to the high-stakes challenges and complex mind games they’ll face on the island. All three will bring their A-game, but have their work cut out for them among a cutthroat roster of fellow players. 

Acorn TV has ordered Irish Blood to series. It follows hot-shot Los Angeles divorce lawyer, Fiona Sharpe, who receives a letter from her estranged father and sets out to uncover the mystery of his disappearance. Alicia Silverstone will star in the six episode series. 

CBS made a small change to its schedule. An encore of the second episode of The Summit will air October 11 (9:00-10:30 PM, ET/PT), following the previously scheduled original episode of Big Brother. Ghosts will air a repeat at 10:30-11:00 PM, ET/PT. 

Millennial Money returns October 13 on CNBC. Hosted by Ashton Jackson, the nine episode season puts the “personal” in personal finance. Get an inside look at the lives and finances of millennials to see exactly how much they earn, what they spend it on and how they invest. From starting a business to changing careers, getting in and out of debt, creating an unusual income stream, or casting it all aside to start over again, young people reveal the steps they took to make it happen. Shane Smith Has Questions premieres October 17 on Vice. Host Shane Smith discusses the fascinating fundamental truths (if there are any?) of the most interesting and convoluted social and political issues of today.

Starz and BritBox launched a complementary bundle that allows new customers the ability to access both digital platforms easily from a single subscription through STARZ.com. A first-of-its-kind for the platform, the offering provides customers a seamless way to access the vast, premium libraries of both networks. The season seven Love Is Blind reunion airs October 30 on Netflix. The cast will join hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey to revisit the season’s twists and turns, share reactions to watching their stories unfold on screen, and reveal where their relationships stand today. 

Love & Marriage: Huntsville returns November 2 on OWN. The series will continue to follow the lives of a group of longtime friends and frenemies with strong personalities and opinions who live in Huntsville, Alabama: Melody Rodgers and her ex-husband Martell Holt, Maurice and Kimmi Scott, Marsau and LaTisha Scott, beauty maven Stormi Steele and her husband Courtney Beasley, community pillars Chris and Nell Fletcher, as well as Destiny Payton, plus the newest members to the group, Tricia Reedus and her partner Ken Lee, and Sunni and Moses. 

Cold Case Files: The Grim Sleeper, narrated by Regina Hall, premieres November 8 on A&E. In Los Angeles in the 1980’s, a killer terrorized South Central, murdering African American women and discarding their bodies in the street. Yet, as the victim count rose, there were few suspects leading to fear and anger in a community often overlooked by the LAPD. Eventually dubbed “The Grim Sleeper,” this notorious killer went on to terrorize the neighborhood for decades until DNA technology allowed the LAPD to close in on the perpetrator. Featuring in depth interviews with survivors and victims’ families, many speaking for the first time, as well as rare archival footage, “Cold Case Files: The Grim Sleeper” explores the personal stories of the victims who were all but forgotten by the police, the media and the community at large. 

Bank Under Siege premieres November 8 on Netflix. Martha premieres on Netflix October 30. The documentary on Martha Stewart pulls back the curtain on one of America’s greatest self-made icons, from her start as a teenage model to her stint as a Wall Street stockbroker to her reign as the grand dame of entertaining and good taste. A threat is stirring, and they quickly realize that dark secrets are among them, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery. Late night comedy series It’s Florida, Man premieres October 18 on HBO. Invincible Fight Girl premieres November 2 on adult swim’s Toonami block with the first two episodes. The series is set in Wrestling World, a place where wrestling is more than just sport and spectacle… it’s a way of life. It follows Andy, a young girl who dreams of becoming the greatest pro wrestler of all time. Assuming the wrestler alias: “Fight Girl,” Andy sets out into the bizarre and colorful Wrestling World, determined to make a name for herself. In her journey to wrestling stardom, Andy is joined by cynical retired champ Aunt P; the endearingly innocent wrestling analyst-in-the-making Mikey; and the unscrupulous Craig who is always scheming ways to find a profit from wrestling. United in the goal of helping Andy achieve her dreams of wrestling dominance, this found family embarks on a journey filled with adversity and self-discovery as they chase their dreams, push past their limits, and deliver smackdowns on the toughest wrestlers they can find. Following the premiere, one new episode will premiere every Saturday. New episodes will also stream Sundays on Max. 

Netflix has renewed The Night Agent for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of its second season, which was originally set for late 2024, but will now premiere in winter 2025. Based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, the series is a sophisticated, character-based, action-thriller centering on a low level FBI Agent, Peter Sutherland, whose efforts to save The President in the first season earn him an opportunity to become a Night Agent in season two. But working in the secretive organization of Night Action will propel Peter into a world where danger is everywhere and trust is in short supply. The ten episode third season will begin a production unit in Istanbul at the end of 2024 before returning to film in New York in 2025.

Netflix has canceled Kaos after one season. Having long enjoyed his status as king of the gods, Zeus’s reign has never been truly threatened. That is until he wakes up one morning and discovers a wrinkle on his forehead. Believing it to be the harbinger of an ancient prophecy which foretells his destruction, neurosis sets in: Zeus becomes convinced his fall is coming. As his paranoia takes hold, the god of gods – seeing signs everywhere – starts to dangerously self-destruct. 

Keith Urban will co-host and headline CBS’ New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash live from Downtown Nashville on December 31. Kane Brown and Jelly Roll will join Urban live from the Bicentennial Mall stage. Rachel Smith will return as co-host. The star-studded entertainment special will feature high-energy performances from country music’s hottest superstars

Little Big Town’s Christmas at the Opry airs December 16 on NBC. The two-hour celebration will feature a variety of Christmas favorites and holiday classics, including iconic duets and collaborations. The can’t-miss holiday event, which will take place in front of a live audience at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, will feature performances from an astounding lineup of fan-favorite artists, including Dan + Shay, Kelsea Ballerini, Sheryl Crow, Kirk Franklin, Josh Groban, Kate Hudson and Orville Peck. 

Best Bite Wins premieres October 18 on The Roku Channel. Josh Peck hosts Best Bite Wins, a new competition series where professional chefs are tested as they compete to make the best appetizers and snacks to a wide variety of hungry judges and clientele.

Comedy special Seth Meyers: Dad Man Walking premieres October 26 on HBO. Known for his dry wit and sharp topical commentary as host of Late Night with Seth Meyers, the veteran comedian shifts his focus to his personal life – from the chaos of raising three young kids, to navigating different communication styles in marriage, to the proper way to cross the street in New York City. Taped at The Vic Theatre in Chicago, the special showcases Meyers’ effortless conversational style as he offers up hilarious reflections on family, generational legacies, and why his kids provide the best material for his comedy. 

GAME 7 premieres October 22 on Prime Video. The series brings the two greatest words in sports to life in a new five-part anthology series. With first-hand accounts from both the winning and losing athletes that participated in these high-stakes showdowns, each episode goes behind the scenes to revisit the most iconic moments of the most memorable games in history. From the Chicago Cubs’ drought-shattering 2016 World Series victory to the New York Rangers’ win in the 1994 Stanley Cup Finals, the series will explore how this quintessential test of maximum pressure and extreme intensity weigh on the hearts and minds of the legendary stars at the center of them. 

The Last Night at Tremore Beach premieres October 25 on Netflix. In the most remote places, you might find yourself, or be lost forever. When Álex retreats to Tremor to heal his scars, he never expects the past and future to haunt him like this. 

Docuseries Great Migrations: A People on the Move premieres January 28 on PBS. The series tells the story of African American movement over the 20th and 21st centuries, and how it has shaped our nation by exploring the meaning behind those movements. What political or economic pressures inspire people to move? Is it more often inspired by hope or fear? Is there even such a thing as a promised land?

Season two of Love Village premieres November 5 on Netflix. All four seasons of Coroner are streaming on hulu. The series follows a recently widowed Dr. Jenny Cooper – a coroner who investigates suspicious, unnatural or sudden deaths in Toronto. The series previously aired on The CW. 

One Hundred Years of Solitude premieres December 11 on Netflix. Married against their parents’ wishes, cousins José Arcadio Buendía and Úrsula Iguarán leave their village behind and embark on a long journey in search of a new home. Accompanied by friends and adventurers, their journey culminates with the founding of a utopian town on the banks of a river of prehistoric stones that they baptize Macondo. Several generations of the Buendía lineage will mark the future of this mythical town, tormented by madness, impossible loves, a bloody and absurd war, and the fear of a terrible curse that condemns them, without hope, to one hundred years of solitude. It is based on the book by Gabriel García Márquez. 

Jeff Dunham’s Scrooged-Up Holiday Special premieres November 19 on Prime Video. The special is inspired by Dunham’s vision to recreate the beloved holiday story, A Christmas Carol, with his iconic characters in the classic roles. Walter is obvious – there’s only one man who can play Scrooge! But when Jeff assigns Bubba J, Peanut, Little Jeff and Achmed their thespian parts, they don’t quite agree and his plan spins hilariously out-of-control during this stand-up comedy special. 

“30 Days of Disney” returns this November with themed weeks that make it easy to kick back and enjoy the magic of Disney with friends and family. The programming event features a lineup of beloved films from the entire Walt Disney catalog, including Disney Animated classics like “Lilo & Stitch,” “Aladdin” and “Beauty and the Beast” and Disney-Pixar films like a “Toy Story” movie marathon, “WALL-E,” “Inside Out” and modern fan favorites “Soul” and “Turning Red.”

Landman premieres November 17 on Paramount+. Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, the series is a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast “Boomtown”, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics. 

The second and final season of Arcane premieres this November on Netflix. The animated series is based on the League of Legends game. Voices include Hailee Steinfeld (Vi), Annie Award winner Ella Purnell (Jinx) and Katie Leung (Caitlyn), Reed Shannon (Ekko), Amirah Vann (Sevika), Mick Wingert (Heimerdinger), Ellen Thomas (Ambessa), and Brett Tucker (Singed) among others to be announced. 

Adult Swim’s adaptation of Junji Ito’s supernatural horror manga Uzumaki will premiere September 28 at 12:30am on Toonami, with new episodes airing weekly in Japanese with English subtitles. English dubbed encore airings will debut every Thursday at 12:30am beginning October 3. “Let’s leave this town together,” asks Shuichi Saito, a former classmate of Kirie Goshima, a high school girl who was born and grew up in Kurouzu-cho. Everything from a strange whirlwind, billowing smoke from the crematorium, and the residents is turning into spirals. People’s eyes spin in whirls, a tongue spirals, and the bodies twist unnaturally. In an attempt to escape the curse of the spirals, Kirie decides to flee from Kuouzu-cho, but can she get away from this turmoil? 

Creature Commandos premieres December 5 on Max. The seven episode adult animated series tracks a secret team of incarcerated monsters recruited for missions deemed too dangerous for humans. When all else fails… they’re your last, worst option. The cast includes Steve Agee as Economos, Maria Bakalova as Princess Ilana, Anya Chalotra as Circe, Zoe Chao as Nina Mazursky, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Sean Gunn as GI Robot & Weasel, David Harbour as Frankenstein, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, Indira Varma as The Bride, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. 

Wynonna Earp: Vengeance will premiere on Tubi September 13. The ninety minute special is a followup to the Syfy series Wynonna Earp. Wynonna Earp – spicy, hard-living, demon-slaying anti-heroine and great-great-granddaughter of legendary lawman Wyatt Earp – must return, once again, to her hometown of Purgatory to battle her greatest foe yet: a psychotic villainess hellbent on revenge against Wynonna… and everyone she loves.

9-1-1: Lone Star is officially ending with its upcoming fifth season. The twelve episode season of the Fox series will premiere September 23. Parent series 9-1-1 shifted to ABC for its seventh season and will return for an eighth this fall. A potential new offshoot could be in the works at ABC. 

Peacock has ordered The ‘Burbs, a new series adaptation of the 1989 film of the same name. The series will film in Los Angeles at the same location as the original 1989 film, the backlot of Universal Studios Hollywood. Set in present-day suburbia, the series follows a young couple returning to the husband’s childhood home. Their world is upended when new neighbors move in next door, bringing old secrets of the cul-de-sac to light, and new deadly threats shatter the illusion of their quiet little neighborhood. 

Paramount+ has ordered limited series Jonbenet Ramsey. The series explores the tragic unsolved murder of six-year-old beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey. It follows the Ramsey family, before and after the tragedy as they go through the painful loss of a child while facing intense public scrutiny caused by a media frenzy that caused this case to captivate an entire nation. At the heart of the series, it is the story of Patsy and John Ramsey – exploring the unbreakable partnership of these two complex people – as husband and wife, as mother and father – who had committed themselves and their children to building the narrative of a perfect, privileged life only to have it destroyed one Christmas night in 1996. 

Prime Video has ordered docuseries Glitter and Greed: The Lisa Frank Story. The four episode series penetrates the neon-hued world of Lisa Frank Inc., a brand that defined girlhood for a generation of Americans only to seemingly disappear overnight. Bargain Block New Orleans premieres October 9 on HGTV. Renovation experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas will risk it all to restore rundown houses in yet another iconic city. Keith and Evan will temporarily step away from Detroit for the unfamiliar New Orleans real estate scene with its unexpected construction challenges. To help revitalize neighborhoods in the competitive market, the couple will buy the most dilapidated houses on a block and take them down to the studs. Inspired by the Big Easy’s unique architecture, they’ll stretch their budget and creativity to rebuild affordable, fully furnished homes featuring classic NOLA design elements like wrought iron railings, arched doorways and corbel accents. 

The Real Full Monty premieres December 9 on Fox. Inspired by the beloved, award-winning 1997 film, the two-hour special sees a daring group of male celebrities volunteer to bare all to raise awareness for prostate, testicular and colorectal cancer testing and research. Anthony Anderson will lead Taye Diggs, Chris Jones, Tyler Posey, Bruno Tonioli and James Van Der Beek as they train and rehearse for the most revealing performance of their careers, culminating with a big strip-tease dance, choreographed by Mandy Moore, where they will bare all in front of a live audience. Leading up to the final disrobing, the men will expand their limits, test their modesty and strengthen their bond with a series of rehearsals and experiences, both private and public, designed to build confidence and remove them far from their comfort zone and forge a brotherhood. Along the way, each of the celebrities will share their personal stories of how cancer has impacted their lives. 

Season three of Zatima premieres October 3 on BET+. Zac and Fatima take a huge step to strengthen their bond, but new friends and past actions interfere with their blossoming relationship.

Season two of anthology series Accused premieresOctober 8 on Fox. Cobie Smulders, Vella Lovell, Dina Shihabi and Isabel Arraiza are confirmed to appear in the new season. New Bluey Minisodes premiere October 7 on Disney+. The collection of one-to three-minute episodes are a series of funny and sweet moments featuring Bluey and Bingo. The premiere date for the third and final batch will be announced at a later date. The stories lean into playful interactions and games that further explore the characters and world of Bluey.

Season 23 of Hell’s Kitchen premieres September 26 on Fox. The series is an unscripted culinary boot camp that features the drama of aspiring restaurateurs competing for world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay’s approval and the chance to become America’s next culinary star.

The Penguin premieres September 19 on HBO. Episodes will then premiere on Sundays starting September 29. 

The new season of Crime Scene Kitchen premieres September 26 on Fox. Meet the family and friends baking duos vying for the ultimate prize of $100,000 on the culinary mystery show. The series is hosted by Joel McHale with celebrity judges Curtis Stone and Yolanda Gampp.

Allison Janney has been cast in the upcoming second season of The Diplomat. Janney will play Vice President Grace Penn. The series is a high-stakes, contemporary political drama about the transcendence and torture of long-term relationships, between countries and people.

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live premieres February 25 on AMC. The series presents an epic love story of two characters changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. Season two of Royal Crackers premieres February 29 on adult swim. The English dub of Sasaki and Peeps will premiere on Crunchyroll January 26. Sasaki is a middle-aged office worker living in Japan. Feeling drained by the vapid corporate world, he heads to the pet shop in search of a new companion. There he finds an adorable bird named Peeps and takes him home. But Sasaki quickly learns that Peeps isn’t your average bird…he’s a powerful mage from another world! Together, they embark on a magical adventure filled with swords and sorcery.

James Purefoy, Brooke Smith, Devika Bhise, Felix Solis, Young-Ah Kim, Do Hyun Shin, Sanghee Lee, Omar Maskati, and Alana Hawley Purvis have been cast in the upcoming second season of The Recruit. All will recur in the Netflix series.  

Prime Video has acquired family drama series The Baxters. The series is based on the book series by Karen Kingsbury. The series is a riveting family drama that follows Elizabeth and John Baxter and their five adult children. Season One centers on Elizabeth and John’s daughter, Kari, who learns the shocking truth that her professor husband, Tim, has been secretly having an affair with one of his college students. As her relationship is tested, Kari must seek comfort in her faith and family to discover if love is truly a choice and if her marriage can be redeemed. In this deeply moving faith-based journey, The Baxters must come together as a family to work through the challenges of life. 

The CW has shuffled its Thursday lineup once again. Beginning February 1, repeat episodes of The Conners will air from 8-9. Son of a Critch will now air at 9 followed by Children Ruin Everything at 9:30. 

Ramy Youssef returns to HBO in the new comedy special Ramy Youssef: More Feelings. Ramy will tape this new material in front of a live audience at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey on February 2 and 3. The special will air this March. 

What Would You Do? premieres February 18 on ABC. Season sixteen, hosted by John Quiñones, welcomes guest correspondents Sara Haines, and W. Kamau Bell as they observe how real people react when tricky situations and moral dilemmas arise in public settings. 

Late night series The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and After Midnight will air following late local news on Super Bowl Sunday, February 11. New series Tracker will air immediately following the game on CBS.

Prime Video kicks off its inaugural season of NWSL coverage with 27 exclusive matches throughout the 2024 season. The matches include 25 regular-season games, one quarterfinal playoff game in November, and the 2024 NWSL Challenge Cup. 

Billy Joel is set to perform at The 66th Annual Grammy Awards February 4 live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. He joins previously announced performers Burna Boy, Luke Combs, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Olivia Rodrigo and Travis Scott. The event will be hosted by Trevor Noah.

Season three of escapist crime drama The Madame Blanc Mysteries premieres February 19 on Acorn TV. The series follows renowned and respected antiques dealer, Jean White. Her expertise in the world of antiquities proves to be the key to solving a series of murders and mysteries against the backdrop of the beautiful French village of Sainte Victoire. Fox has canceled 9-1-1 after six seasons. Following the cancellation, ABC has picked up the series for a seventh season. The new season will continue to explore the high-pressure experiences of first responders – including police officers, firefighters and dispatchers – who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. 

Netflix has renewed The Diplomat for a second season. Kate Wyler is the new US Ambassador to the United Kingdom. She was supposed to go to Afghanistan. She’s great in a crisis zone. In a historic home… less so. War is brewing on one continent and boiling over on another. Kate will have to diffuse international crises, forge strategic alliances in London, and adjust to her new place in the spotlight – all while trying to survive her marriage to fellow career diplomat and political star Hal Wyler. 

Fox has renewed 9-1-1: Lone Star for a fifth season. The renewal comes following Fox canceling the mother series 9-1-1 after six seasons. The series was then picked up by ABC for a seventh season.  

Amazon Freevee has renewed Bosch: Legacy for a third season ahead of its second season this fall. The series follows Harry Bosch, a retired homicide detective turned private investigator, as he embarks on the next chapter of his career; attorney Honey “Money” Chandler, who struggles to maintain her faith in the justice system after surviving an attempted murder; and Maddie Bosch, as she discovers the possibilities and challenges of being a rookie patrol cop on the streets of Los Angeles. During Season Two, Bosch and Chandler work together to seek out a killer who just might find them first. As a result of being kidnapped by a masked assailant, Maddie Bosch’s law enforcement career hangs in the balance. While they hunt for Maddie, the FBI scrutinizes Carl Rogers’ murder and places Bosch and Chandler under suspicion. 

Apple TV+ has renewed The Morning Show for a fourth season ahead of its third season this fall. Picking up after the explosive events of season one, season two found The Morning Show team emerging from the wreckage of Alex and Bradley’s actions, to a new UBA and a world in flux, where identity is everything and the chasm between who we present as and who we really are comes into play. The upcoming third season expands its star-studded cast with new additions including Jon Hamm and Nicole Beharie, as well as returning star Julianna Margulies, and recurring stars Tig Notaro, Stephen Fry and Natalie Morales. 

The next Monster anthology will be titled Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. Following the massive success of DAHMER – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, Netflix ordered two additional installments of the anthology series.

The second and final season of Human Resources premieres on Netflix June 9. The Big Mouth spin-off pulls back the curtain on the daily lives of the creatures – Hormone Monsters, Depression Kitties, Shame Wizards and many more – that help humans journey through every aspect of life from puberty to parenthood to the twilight years. It quickly becomes clear that though the protagonists are creatures, they have a lot of humanity themselves. 

Alanis Morissette and Ed Sheeran are set to gust judge American Idol May 7. They will fill in for Katy Perry and Lionel Richie as they are in the UK for the coronation of King Charles. Luke Bryan will remain as a judge as well. Alanis Morissette and Ed Sheeran songs will be performed so they will also serve as mentors for the episode.

Netflix has ordered a new series from Norman Lear titled The Corps. Set in 1990, the series is about Cameron, a bullied, gay high school student who joins the Marine Corps with his straight best friend, Ray – a dangerous move when being gay in the military meant jail time or worse. As these two friends plunge into Marine Corps boot camp, where the landmines are both literal and metaphorical, they join a platoon of young men on a harrowing journey of transformation. Miles Heizer, Vera Farmiga, Max Parker and Liam Oh are set to star in the series. 

Judy Justice has been renewed for two more seasons at Amazon Freevee. The series is a court program presided over by Judge Judy Sheindlin. The streamer has also ordered Justice on Trial from Sheindlin. The new series is a totally new exploration of the American justice system through the vehicle of a docudrama, featuring testimony and reenactments based on actual court transcripts. The series explores the footings of American jurisprudence – including what children are taught in school, police diligence as opposed to overreach, and individual rights versus the greater good. Some of these thought-provoking and controversial topics have been the subject of Supreme Court rulings. Justice on Trial will examine these seminal rulings through a combination of sometimes-heated courtroom debate, lively civil discourse, and common-sense legal analysis. 

The Real Housewives of New York City premieres on Bravo July 16. The upcoming season will follow an all-new group of six dynamic women who run in the same social circles, thriving in one of the most diverse and electric cities in the world. The cast includes Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield. 

Late night comedy series Mock the Week is coming to Amazon Freevee. The half-hour comedy program combines the best elements of panel shows, stand-up comedy, and improvised games, with two teams of comedians taking a satirical swipe at current news, pop culture, and world events. A host will be announced later. 

Hulu’s Drag Me to Dinner premieres on hulu May 31. The series is a riotous, format-busting, fourth-wall-breaking, unapologetic sendup of traditional reality competition shows! Amazon Freevee has ordered competition series The GOAT. The show will feature some of the buzziest names from the last 25 years of reality television, who will take up residence in GOAT Manor, where they will face a series of mental, physical, and social challenges. Fourteen will enter, but only one will win the cash prize and America’s respect as they claim the coveted GOAT title. Daniel Tosh will serve as host. Celebrity competitors are Tayshia Adams, Joe Amabile, Kristen Doute, Reza Farahan, CJ Franco, Wendell Holland, Teck Holmes, Justin Johnson/Alyssa Edwards, Paola Mayfield, Da’Vonne Rogers, Joey Sasso, Jason Smith, Lauren Speed-Hamilton, and Jill Zarin.

Animated series Mech Cadets is set to premiere on Netflix August 10. Daniel Dae Kim, Ming-Na Wen, Brandon Soo Hoo and Debra Wilson will star in the series based on the comic series Mech Cadet Yu. The series is set fifty years in the future, after a terrifying alien species has attacked our planet.

Sydney Chandler has been cast in FX’s Alien series. Set not too far into our future, it’s the first Alien story set on Earth – and by blending both the timeless horror of the first Alien film with the non-stop action of the second, it’s going to be a scary thrill ride that will blow people back in their seats.

Wendell Pierce and Erika Woods have been cast in Power Book III: Raising Kanan. The two will recur in the upcoming third season of the Starz series.

More than 100 Amazon Originals from Prime Video will stream on Amazon Freevee this year. More than 50 movies and TV series – including Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, The Grand Tour, Mozart in the Jungle, Bosch, Modern Love, Savage X Fenty, Sylvie’s Love, Troop Zero, and Late Night – are currently streaming on Freevee, with additional titles launching every month. Starting May 26, customers can stream the first three episodes of Amazon Original The Summer I Turned Pretty for free exclusively on Amazon Freevee. Later this year, Freevee viewers will also be able to stream of the entire first season of Amazon Original Reacher as well as the full first season of The Wheel of Time, prior to its second season premiere this year on Prime Video. Series launching in May also include the first three episodes of A League of Their Own, The Terminal List, and Paper Girls, plus the hit series Goliath and The Tick, full seasons of Homecoming and Upload, and the sci-fi mystery The Vast of Night. Amazon Originals will remain available for ad-free viewing on Prime Video.

Season two of Taste The Nation with Padma Lakshmi premieres on hulu May 5. The ten episode season hosted by Padma Lakshmi takes viewers on a culinary adventure across American soil, exploring the rich and diverse communities who have so heavily shaped what American food is today. Over borscht, cornbread, pasteles and more, Padma uncovers the roots and relationship between our food, our humanity and our history – ultimately uncovering stories that challenge notions of identity, belonging, and what it means to be American. 

The Diplomat premieres on Netflix April 20. Kate Wyler is the new US Ambassador to the United Kingdom. She was supposed to go to Afghanistan. She’s great in a crisis zone. In a historic home… less so. War is brewing on one continent and boiling over on another. Kate will have to diffuse international crises, forge strategic alliances in London, and adjust to her new place in the spotlight – all while trying to survive her marriage to fellow career diplomat and political star Hal Wyler. The eight episode series is a high-stakes, contemporary political drama about the transcendence and torture of long-term relationships, between countries and people. 

The Great American Baking Show premieres on The Roku Channel May 5. The series is the American version of the most beloved baking show on the planet, bringing together passionate, talented bakers from around the country to see who will be named America’s Best Amateur Baker. The series is hosted by Ellie Kemper and Zach Cherry with judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood. 

The Upshaws Part 4 will premiere on Netflix August 17. Bennie Upshaw, the head of a Black working class family in Indianapolis, is a charming, well-intentioned mechanic and lifelong mess just trying his best to step up and care for his family – wife Regina, their two young daughters and firstborn son, the teenage son he fathered with another woman — and tolerate his sardonic sister-in-law, all without a blueprint for success. But the Upshaws are determined to make it work, and make it to the next level, together. In this upcoming part, the Upshaws continue to ride life’s ups and downs, including new jobs, bigger dreams, health struggles and some major life surprises but still hanging on with the love that comes with family.

Showtime has canceled late night series Ziwe after two seasons. The variety series was a no-holds-barred mix of musical numbers, interviews, guest stars and sketches that challenge America’s discomfort with race, politics & other cultural issues.

Apple TV+ has renewed The Big Door Prize for a second season. Based on M.O. Walsh’s novel of the same name, the series tells the story of a small town that is forever changed when a mysterious machine appears in the general store, promising to reveal each resident’s true life potential. Dusty Hubbard, a seemingly content, cheerful family man and high school teacher, watches everyone around him reevaluate their life choices and ambitions – based on the machine’s printouts – and is forced to question whether he is truly as happy as he once thought. While he remains skeptical of the machine, his wife, Cass, indulges in the dream that there’s something bigger out there for her. Like many of Deerfield’s residents, the couple has lived a relatively safe, uncomplicated life, until the arrival of the Morpho machine. However, all of that is about to change when the community is forced to reconcile with their unfulfilled achievements in pursuit of a better future.The ten episode first season is currently airing Wednesdays. 

Showtime has ordered spy drama series Ghosts of Beirut which will premiere May 19. The four episode limited series is based on the manhunt for Imad Mughniyeh, the elusive Lebanese terrorist who outwitted his adversaries in the CIA and Mossad for over two decades. Told from the American, Israeli and Lebanese perspectives, the series traces Mughniyeh’s origins from the Shiite slums of South Beirut to his masterminding of the concept of suicide bombers, a deadly tactic that led to his swift rise as the world’s most dangerous terrorist. 

High Desert premieres May 7 on Apple TV+. The comedy series follows Peggy, an on-again-off-again addict who decides to make a new start after the death of her beloved mother, with whom she lived in the small desert town of Yucca Valley, California, and makes a life-changing decision to become a private investigator.

Showtime has ordered comedy series Seasoned from Mandy Patinkin and his wife Kathryn Grody. The series follows the delightfully tumultuous relationship and life of a successful, gregarious, deeply committed, slightly insane married couple played by Patinkin and Grody – roles they’ve been rehearsing for the last 43 years. The source of their unending magic is the same as their unending woe: that they’ve stayed together all this time. 

Food Network is expanding its seasonal baking franchise with Summer Baking Championship. The series will premiere with back to back episodes May 15 on Food Network. Ten talented bakers from around the country will tackle unique summer-themed baking challenges featuring the flavors, ingredients, and celebrations of the season for a chance to take home a $25,000 grand prize. Host Jesse Palmer puts the bakers’ skills to the test to prove they can create the most delectable desserts to impress judges Duff Goldman, Carla Hall, and Damaris Phillips. The one baker with the best summertime creations will rise to the top, earning the grand prize and the title of Summer Baking Champion. 

Showtime has passed on its pilot The Wood. The series would have an honest look at friendship and dating from the perspective of three young Black males born and raised in the gentrifying L.A. suburb of Inglewood, fondly referred to by locals as the City Of Champions. The trio’s struggles to balance fatherhood, ambition and loyalty force them to question if they are growing apart … or closer together. With a knowing nod back to the characters of the 1999 film on which it is based, this romantic comedy showcases the humor and heart of young Black men and women trying to navigate life, love and likes on the ‘Gram.

Latin American series Journey to the Center of the Earth is now streaming on Disney+. The eight episode series is inspired by Jules Verne’s famous novel of the same name. The new adventure and sci-fi series follows a group of kids on a voyage through a parallel dimension in which they discover a fascinating world and fight to protect the ecological balance of the planet. 

Ryan Michelle Bathé has been cast in CBS’s comedy pilot JumpStart. She joins Terry Crews in the potential series based on the comic strip of the same name. 

Josh Lawson, Kahyun Kim, and Mekki Leeper have been cast in NBC’s comedy pilot St. Denis Medical. They join Wendi McLendon-Covey and David Alan Grier in the mockumentary style potential series. 

Ken Jeong has been cast in Fox’s comedy pilot based on the podcast and book 10% Happier. The single camera comedy project follows a man who realizes he needs to change his life following a panic attack. 

Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, James Remar and Chris Chalk have been cast in HBO Max’s Welcome To Derry. The project is a prequel series to the It film franchise. 

Karim Diané, Kristin Dodson, and Kassandra Lee Diaz have been cast in Onyx Collective’s hulu pilot 1266. They join Gabourey Sidibe in the project which will also see Anna Maria Horsford, Tisha Campbell and Judy Reyes recur. 

Sam Page is set to recur in ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy. He will first show up in the May 4 episode of the long running medical drama series which has been renewed for a twentieth season. 

Amazon is developing a series based on Anderson Cooper’s book Vanderbilt. The book covered the rise and fall of his family over centuries. 

TBS is developing an animated series titled Hellicious. Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers is set to star in the adaptation of the comic book of the same name by Mina Elwell, Alan C. Medina, Kit Wallis, and Simon Oré.

Ana Cabrera Reports will premiere on MSNBC April 10. The series will air at 10AM. Cabrera previously left CNN. 

Brendan Burke has been named the play-by-play announcer for MLB Sunday Leadoff on Peacock. Burke will be joined in the booth by analysts from participating teams of each week’s game. The streamer will debut its slate of 19 live games on April 23.

Molly Shannon will host Saturday Night Live for the second time April 8. The former cast member played many memorable roles from 1995 to 2001. Jonas Brothers will serve as musical guest for the third time. 

Clone High returns this spring on HBO Max. The modern refresh of the Phil Lord, Chris Miller, and Bill Lawrence series is set at a high school for clones of historical figures. After a high school that was secretly being run as an elaborate military experiment to clone the greatest minds in history was put on ice, the clones have been thawed out 20 years later to resume the experiment with new clone classmates – all while navigating a new set of cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships.

Alex Borstein: Corsets & Clown Suits premieres April 18 on Prime Video. The musical comedy special is a deeply personal and wildly fictitious account of one woman’s attempt to f*** with perception. A night of comedy, music, and waxing rhapsodic. A unique comedic special that will lead audiences into Alex Borstein’s mind through a marriage of humor and music, it is equal parts provocative and whimsical. Borstein’s self-penned performance showcases her captivating form of storytelling, with the help of her muse and maestro, Barcelona-native musicians Eric Mills and Salva Rey. 

Showtime’s docuseries Catching Lightning begins streaming April 7 and on air April 9. In the four episode series, infamous mixed martial arts fighter “Lightning” Lee Murray’s voice is heard for the first time since the 2006 Securitas Depot cash heist, in which nearly £53 million in cash (more than $92 million USD at the time) was stolen. Murray addresses the robbery in his own words in the series. In taped recordings provided by his wife Nicola, Murray admits to his involvement in the crime for the first time but denies the assertion that he was the leader of the thieves. 

Funny or Die’s High Science premieres April 20 on discovery+ and HBO Max. The series stars Matt Klinman, and Zack Poitras, featuring Paul Bettany as the voice of futuristic, talking bong “Dr. Oh” who will take Matt and Zack on psychedelic trips of scientific discovery to blow their minds with real facts from the cutting edge of human knowledge.
