Monday nights will again feature NFL Football in the fall.

Dancing with the Stars will kick off Tuesdays from 8-10. Sophomore series High Potential will air again at 10.

Wednesday’s comedy lineup returns with Shifting Gears at 8 followed by Abbott Elementary at 8:30. The Golden Bachelor returns for a second season at 9, followed by Shark Tank at 10, moving to a new night.

9-1-1 will kick off the night again on Thursday, followed by new spinoff series 9-1-1: Nashville at 9. Grey’s Anatomy will follow at 10.

Celebrity Jeopardy moves to a new night on Fridays at 8. Two hours of 20/20 will follow at 9.

Saturday will feature College Football.

America’s Funniest Home Videos will lead off Sunday nights at 7, followed by The Wonderful World of Disney at 8, featuring an assortment of Disney films.

Held for midseason are American Idol, Celebrity Jeopardy!, The Rookie and Will Trent. The network has also yet to make a decision on the fate of Doctor Odyssey.

Season two of Nine Perfect Strangers will premiere May 21 on hulu. Season two of FUBAR premieres June 12 on Netflix. Luke Brunner is a veteran CIA operative who, up until recently, was on the verge of retirement. After his last mission in saving another operative – who just so happened to be his daughter – he’s back and face to face with new villains. This one is an old flame from Luke’s past who threatens to destroy the world…if she doesn’t destroy his life first. Phineas and Ferb returns June 5 on Disney Channel. The first 10 episodes of the season will premiere on Disney+ June 6. In the new season, Phineas, Ferb and the crew tackle another 104 days of summer and are set for exciting new adventures featuring some unforgettable milestones. The boys will break several world records, Candace will take her driver’s license test, and Perry will finally make a trip to the vet! 

Nominations for Crunchyroll’s Anime Awards have been announced. The leading yearly awards program honoring the creators, musicians, and performances powering the global love of anime will return to Tokyo, Japan, on May 25, 2025. Brazilian drag pop icon and musician Pabllo Vittar will appear as a celebrity presenter, alongside voice actress and idol Sally Amaki and entertainer Jon Kabira, who will return as co-hosts.

Yes, Chef! premieres April 28 on NBC. José Andrés and Martha Stewart are inviting a crop of skilled chefs from all over the country to join them on NBC’s new competition series. From big egos and hot tempers to confidence issues, these chefs have all been nominated by colleagues and loved ones who are hoping this competition will soften their sharp edges and help them reach their full potentials. Sarah Silverman will return to Netflix with her new special PostMortem, premiering May 20. Following the recent death of both of her parents, comedian Sarah Silverman finds comedy in the darkest corners of life. She hilariously navigates the absurdities of death with her signature wit, from unexpectedly finding the “deal of a lifetime” while planning their funerals to cherishing the bittersweet experience of hearing her mother’s last words. The special was filmed at The Beacon Theater in NYC.  

Castle Impossible premieres April 29 on HGTV. High school sweethearts and married couple, Daphne Reckert and Ian Figueira, will abandon their plans of living in a California tiny home when Daphne inherits her late grandfather’s 500-year-old chateau on a 130-acre estate just outside of Paris, France. While the main floor of the sprawling property – which once welcomed guests like King Louis XIII – provides a steady income stream hosting weddings, the young couple will take on the incredibly daunting task of restoring the remaining dilapidated floors and buildings on the grounds, utilizing their carpentry, conservation and landscaping expertise, as well as their families’ backgrounds in construction, design and renovation. With passion, determination and grit, Daphne and Ian will confront budget constraints, battle bug infestations, hunt for rumored hidden treasure and tackle a seemingly endless list of projects head-on to breathe new life into the historic estate and preserve her grandfather’s legacy. 

HBO’s Like Water for Chocolate has begun filming its second season, which will continue to tell the story of love and struggle, rich in traditional flavors, set during the Mexican Revolution. The series is based on the novel by Laura Esquivel. 

CBS will air the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) for the first time, airing live from UBS Arena, Sunday, Sept. 7 (8:00-11:00 PM, ET/5:00-8:00 PM PT), and streaming on Paramount+. Three-hour CBS broadcast to simulcast on MTV; one-hour live pre-show to air across Paramount Media Networks. Nominations, performers and additional details will be announced closer to the show. 

Jack Black is set to host Saturday Night Live April 5. Elton John and Brandi Carlile will perform as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

The Gardener premieres April 11 on Netflix. Elmer’s mother used his lack of feelings to turn him into a hitman. But when he falls for his next victim, their cover as calm local gardeners wavers.

Season three of Jane will premiere on Apple TV+ April 18. The mission-driven series for kids and families is inspired by the work of world-renowned ethologist and conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, founder of the Jane Goodall Institute and a United Nations Messenger of Peace. Goodall will also make a special, first-time appearance in the upcoming season. Ava Louise Murchison stars as Jane Garcia, a 9-year-old budding environmentalist on a quest to save endangered animals. Doctor Odyssey returns March 6 on ABC with a two part jaw-dropping event. Something is lurking below deck. 

Peter Dinklage has joined the cast of Showtime’s Dexter: Resurrection. Dinklage will play the series regular role of Leon Prater, a billionaire venture capitalist. To the world, Leon is a generous philanthropist, but behind his polished exterior lies dark intrigue. Previously announced cast included Michael C. Hall, Uma Thurman, David Zayas, James Remar and Jack Alcott. The series will premiere this summer. 

Jay Leno will appear as himself in an upcoming episode of Shifting Gears. The episode will see Leno bring his car into the shop owned by Tim Allen’s character. 

AXS TV has partnered with Azuki’s Anime.com to present the all-new original series Anime.com Hour, set to premiere February 13 at 10P ET. The series puts the spotlight on two of the genre’s most popular offerings, airing episodes of Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] and My Hero Academia [Season 1-2]. Curious new viewers and diehard anime fans alike will have the chance to experience some of these classic moments for themselves when Anime.com Hour launches on AXS TV.

Amy Adams has joined the cast of Apple TV+’s Cape Fear. She joins Javier Bardem in the adaptation of Nick Antosca’s classic thriller. 

Jackie Tohn has been promoted to series regular on Nobody Wants This. Tohn recurred in the first season of the Netflix series. 

Matthew Rhys will star in Widow’s Bay. The Apple TV+ series will consist of ten episodes. 

Sean Bean has been cast in MGM+’s Robin Hood as Sheriff of Nottingham. Bean joins Jack Patten in the modern take on the classic story. 

John Ross Bowie is attached to The Big Bang Theory followup project. Also attached to the potential spinoff at Max are Kevin Sussman, Brian Posehn and Lauren Lapkus. All four appeared in the original CBS series. 

Marcia Gay Harden will appear in Margo’s Got Money Troubles based on the novel by Rufi Thorpe. She will guest star in the Apple TV+ series alongside Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Pfeiffer and Nick Offerman. 

Season four of Married to Real Estate premieres March 12 on HGTV. Home renovation power couple Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson will keep it fun and prove working with your spouse is never boring in 12 new episodes. Egypt, a real estate broker and designer, and her husband Mike, an expert builder, will return to help more Atlanta families either buy a dream fixer upper or add equity to their current house – all while they run a successful property business, manage their own home and raise three daughters. Egypt will engage her extensive real estate and financial knowledge to find clients affordable options in their ideal neighborhoods that can be reimagined with her custom design plans. Mike and his team will then maximize the budget and troubleshoot any construction issue to deliver breathtaking renovations that increase the homes’ value and return on investment. 

Jessica Kirson: I’m the Man premieres April 25 on hulu. The standup comedy special is a fast-paced and sharp-tongued special that showcases Kirson’s searing perspective on everything from TikTok girls to her bizarre time at a trauma center. 

HBO has completed filming on the second season of City of God: The Fight Rages On. The series is a sequel to the award-winning 2002 film. The new season begins with a dramatic, investigative tone, exploring the complex power dynamics within the community. After the death of drug lord Curió, a war for control of City of Gods erupts between Geninho, his heir, and Matarrindo, his right-hand man. Meanwhile, newly elected councilwoman Berenice battles against political corruption and militias, and Jerusa, a lawyer with a dark past, seeks revenge against those who destroyed her family. Amidst this turmoil, the community unites through funk culture, led by Leka, who strives to transform the favela into a place of hope and resistance. 

Production on One Hundred Years of Solitude Part 2 has begun. The new episodes of the Netflix series will complete the visual adaptation of Gabriel García Marquez’ masterpiece novel. 

More presenters have been announced for the upcoming 97th Oscars airing live March 2 on ABC hosted by Conan O’Brien. Halle Berry, Penélope Cruz, Elle Fanning, Whoopi Goldberg, Scarlett Johansson, John Lithgow, Amy Poehler, June Squibb and Bowen Yang are set to present. Previously announced Oscars presenters include Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Emma Stone. Additional talent will be announced in the coming weeks. 

Play-by-Play commentator Karl Ravech, analysts David Cone and Eduardo Pérez and reporter Buster Olney will return for their fourth season as the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball broadcast team. The quartet made its debut in 2022, while Olney has been a part of the franchise since 2011. In addition to 25 editions of Sunday Night Baseball, including the MLB Little League Classic Presented by New York Life, the team of Ravech, Cone, Pérez and Olney will call an Opening Day game and one MLB Wild Card Series matchup as well as other select games throughout the season. The 36th season of Sunday Night Baseball begins on March 30, when the San Diego Padres host the Atlanta Braves at 7 p.m. ET. Play-by-Play commentator Jon “Boog” Sciambi and analyst Doug Glanville will return as the ESPN Radio Sunday Night Baseball broadcast team. The 2025 season marks Sciambi and Glanville’s fourth season together as the national audio team of Sunday Night Baseball. For Sciambi, it’s his 16th season as the national radio voice of Sunday Night Baseball. ESPN Deportes will continue its Spanish-language coverage of the national Major League Baseball game of the week. The veteran team of Ernesto Jerez, Luis Alfredo Alvarez and Guillermo Celis return to provide commentary. Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown will generally precede Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN from 6-7 p.m. Kevin Connors will host most editions of Baseball Tonight with a cast of industry-leading analysts and reporters, including National Baseball Hall of Fame sportswriter Tim Kurkjian, senior MLB insider Jeff Passan and analysts Xavier Scruggs and Jessica Mendoza. The Sunday Night Baseball broadcast team will also make appearances on the show. Jessica Mendoza will continue to join ESPN’s Get Up connected to significant times on the MLB calendar. In addition to Passan and Olney, ESPN has a robust team of reporters contributing MLB coverage across its platforms. Reelz has announced On Patrol: Live Week will start with new live episodes airing Friday and Saturday, Feb. 21 & 22 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT, to be followed by two Fan-Favorite episodes, airing back to back, beginning Sunday, Feb. 23 through Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. The ten Fan-Favorite episodes were chosen via viewer voting. Closing out On Patrol: Live Week are new live episodes airing as usual on Friday and Saturday, February 28 and March 1. 

True crime docuseries The Case of Iwona Wieczorek premieres on Viaplay February 27. The series delves into one of the most famous disappearances and unsolved mysteries in recent Polish history – a 19-year-old woman who went missing without a trace on a summer night near her seaport home. On July 17, 2010, Iwona Wieczorek disappeared on her way home from a party at one of the area’s most popular clubs. She had just graduated from high school and was ready to spend the summer in Spain. The last footsteps of Iwona end just a few minutes from her house in Gdańsk, a seaport located in the far north of Poland. Since then, the case has puzzled and intrigued the whole of Poland. Was it a kidnapping, a murder or maybe even an escape? Over the years, many clues have emerged. This gripping series raises questions about the enigmatic circumstances surrounding her disappearance and the investigation itself – from the policeman who claims the perpetrator can be identified, to the online community and journalists who have formed their own theories – to Iwona’s mother, Iwona Główczyńska, who will never give up her search. It features Iwona’s mother, as well as key figures involved in the case including former Homicide Department Commissioner Marek Siewiert, former Director of the Criminal Bureau of the National Police Headquarters Marek Dyjasz, and Janusz Kaczmarczyk, who served as prosecutor at the time. Scamanda will premiere Thursday, January 30 at 9. hulu’s Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini will follow at 10, making its broadcast debut.

9-1-1, Doctor Odyssey, and Grey’s Anatomy will return to Thursdays beginning March 6 from 8-11.

Season eight of American Idol with new judge Carrie Underwood will premiere Sunday, March 9 at 8. The season premiere of The $100,000 Pyramid will air at 10.

Also set for midseason at a to be announced date are the returns of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Press Your Luck and the final season of comedy series The Conners, which will air sometime in March 2025.

Michael Keaton is set to host Saturday Night Live October 19. Billie Eilish will serve as musical guest. This will be the fourth appearance for both stars on the late night NBC series. 

Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words premieres October 31 on Prime Video. The documentary offers unprecedented access to the multi-faceted woman behind the persona. Follow the Houston native’s journey on the road to stardom as she tenaciously navigates fame, grief, pressure and success. It unpacks Megan’s most vulnerable moments in a powerful way that allows fans to meet the real Megan Pete.

The English dub of TRILLION GAME premieres October 17 on Crunchyroll. Old schoolmates Haru and Gaku will do anything to achieve success. And success to them means earning a trillion dollars! But to do so, they’ll need to take full advantage of their own unique skills. Sophia Bush has been cast in the current season of Grey’s Anatomy. She will play a trauma surgeon in the 21st season of the ABC medical drama series. 

Seann William Scott has been cast in the upcoming ABC comedy series Shifting Gears. He joins Tim Allen and Kat Dennings.

Anime series Planetes is now streaming on Crunchyroll. The series originally aired in 2003-2004 and is available in English subtitles and English dub. In 2075, commercial space travel is commonplace. Anthony Jeselnik celebrates 20 years of delivering witty, boundary-pushing comedy in his new razor-sharp stand-up special, Anthony Jeselnik: Bones And All. The special will premiere November 26 on Netflix.

ABC has picked up its Shifting Gears pilot to series. The multicamera comedy series follows Matt, a stubborn, widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop. When Matt’s estranged daughter and her teenage kids move into his house, the real restoration begins. The series stars Tim Allen and Kat Dennings. 

Prime Video has renewed Betty La Fea, The Story Continues for a second season. Season one sucesfully reintroduced the majority of the original cast, as they faced a myriad of personal and professional challenges. The second season promises to be just as entertaining and unpredictable as ever, while continuing to explore our beloved character’s evolution alongside new characters and navigating unexpected turns and plot twists. 

Phaedra Parks is returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta in season sixteen. Parks last appeared on the Bravo series six years ago and became a favorite on the recent second season of The Traitors. 

Netflix has ordered docuseries Famous Last Words. Based on the highly acclaimed Danish TV format Det Sidste Ord, the series features longform interviews with notable personalities who have spent their lives making significant contributions to humanity and culture. However, the guests and episodes are to be announced and aired only after the passing of the participant, with these interviews being held and preserved by the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. However, with only the interviewee and interviewer present for the private recording session in a studio facilitated by remotely operated cameras, the docuseries results in a time capsule containing intimate conversations that capture the heartfelt reflections of luminaries. This approach not only captures the raw and emotional reflections of the guests, but also creates an intimate and safe space for the guest, knowing that their interview is confidential and will not air until after their death. 

ABC has passed on its comedy pilot Forgive & Forget. The pilot starred Ty Burrell and followed perennial life of the party Hank. After an unexpected diagnosis, Hank reconnects with his responsible adult son Ben in hopes of making new memories together.

Season two of Like a Girl premieres on Fuse August 21. Hosted by MJ Acosta-Ruiz and Joy Taylor, the six-episode season features Diana Flores, Lucero Acosta and Melissa Amaya, Sydney Leroux, Ali Riley and Kennedy Fuller, Taylor Townsend, Flau’jae Johnson and Emma Malabuyuo. Season three of Under the Vines premieres August 19 on Acorn TV. The six episode third season follows Daisy Monroe and Louis Oakley as they continue to run the small vineyard Oakley Wines in Central Otago, New Zealand, while navigating their complicated love lives. Six months on from when we last saw them, Daisy and Louis are trying to oust William, the mysterious stranger who arrived at the end of Season two claiming half of Oakley. True crime docuseries Face to Face with Scott Peterson premieres August 20 on Peacock. The series takes a new look at the notorious case of Scott Peterson and the murders of his wife Laci Peterson and unborn son Conner. The docuseries will also follow the latest developments after the Los Angeles Innocence Project announced they were taking Scott’s case in early 2024. Peterson gives his first on-camera interview since 2003. 

Season two of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory premieres October 17 on Netflix.
