CBS has renewed daytime drama series Beyond the Gates for a second season. Since its debut, the series has improved the time period +48% in broadcast viewership. Additionally, it is up +67% in multiplatform viewership from last years’ time period and beats ABC’s General Hospital by +7% among W25-54 on broadcast. The series is set in a leafy Maryland suburb just outside of Washington, D.C., in one the most affluent African American counties in the United States; a posh gated community with winding tree-lined streets and luxurious mansions to call home. At the center of this community are the Duprees, a powerful and prestigious multi-generational family that is the very definition of Black royalty. But behind these pristine walls and lush, manicured gardens are juicy secrets and scandals waiting to be uncovered. And those who live outside these gates are watching closely. These are the places where our characters live, love, work and play. Those who have “made it” and those who haven’t are all trying to navigate life … and some with more grace than others.

Too Much premieres July 10 on Netflix. But when she meets Felix – a walking series of red flags – she finds that their unusual connection is impossible to ignore, even as it creates more problems than it solves. Now they have to ask themselves: do Americans and Brits actually speak the same language?

Limited series Untamed premieres July 17 on Netflix. The series is a character-driven mystery-thriller that follows Kyle Turner, a special agent for the National Parks Service who works to enforce human law in nature’s vast wilderness. Having built and maintained a brick wall between his two worlds, Angelo has seamlessly juggled and compartmentalized for years. But now that’s all about to change. Because Alzheimer’s is a foe he can’t outrun, and he knows too well how this ends, as his older brother is already lost to the condition. Angelo is exceptionally resourceful and talented, the best of the best. But he’s about to be tested like never before – and now every minute counts. This is only made more difficult when he discovers that his wife’s recent death may not have been an accident. So, when someone comes after his daughter – who is pregnant – it’s clear the wall between his lives has been breached. Angelo must stop whoever’s coming for his family by searching his past hits for clues, and the list is very long. Now Angelo must hunt down his mortal enemy while continuing to carry out hits without giving away his diagnosis and still making it home in time to cook dinner for his daughter. It will examine evolving ideas about urban development and the social purpose of public spaces, with a focus on the Park as a naturalistic environment conceived, created, and maintained by and for people. Over three episodes Novick will introduce viewers to the remarkable individuals who designed and built the Park, as well as many people who have shaped it – for better and for worse – over the decades. ABC has renewed Station 19 for season seven. In Seattle, all firefighters are also trained EMTs and the crew at Station 19 is second to none. Working in 24-hour shifts, these professionals spend so much time together that they build relationships unlike any others. The Grey’s Anatomy spinoff series joins Grey’s Anatomy, Abbott Elementary, The Rookie, Will Trent, and The Good Doctor returning for next season.

Netflix has ordered a new sci-fi supernatural mystery series The Boroughs from The Duffer Brothers, Jeffrey Addiss & Will Matthews. In a seemingly picturesque retirement community in the New Mexico desert, a group of unlikely heroes must band together to stop an otherworldly threat from stealing the one thing they don’t have… time. The first season will consist of eight episodes.

Lessons in Chemistry premieres on Apple TV+ this fall. Set in the early 1950s, the series follows Elizabeth Zott, played by Brie Larson, whose dream of being a scientist is put on hold in a patriarchal society. When Elizabeth finds herself fired from her lab, she accepts a job as a host on a TV cooking show, and sets out to teach a nation of overlooked housewives – and the men who are suddenly listening – a lot more than recipes.

Season eight of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars will premiere on Paramount+ May 12. In this new season, 12 fan-favorite queens will return for a chance to compete for a spot in the “Drag Race Hall of Fame” along with a cash prize of $200,000. Additionally, new episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars: Untucked will be available to stream, bringing viewers behind the scenes to the backstage drama as the queens anxiously await their fate each week.

Season six of Selling Sunset premieres on Netflix May 19. New agents mean new drama. The realtors of The Oppenheim Group return with sleek penthouse listings, personality clashes, and pregnancies – and throw enough shade to cover every cabana in Los Angeles.

Tiny Toons Looniversity will premiere on Cartoon Network and Max this fall. The animated comedy series reboots Tiny Toon Adventures for a new generation, following Babs, Buster, and the rest of the crew to Acme Looniversity. At the esteemed institution of higher hijinx learning, they form long-lasting friendships and perfect their cartoony craft while studying under the greatest cartoon characters in history, the Looney Tunes.

Apple TV+ will ring in the holidays with Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham and new holiday special, Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas. The BBC is developing a TV series based on the book Lord of the Flies. The series had previously been adapted as a film twice. This will be its first TV adaptation.

As Edward and a diverse ensemble of others affected by the tragedy try to make sense of life after the crash, unexpected friendships, romances and communities are formed.
