ABC has renewed five unscripted series for new seasons. Returning for the 2025-2026 season are America’s Funniest Home Videos (season 36), American Idol (season 24), Celebrity Jeopardy! (season 4), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (season 6), and Shark Tank (Season 17). 

Fox has ordered medical drama series Best Medicine. The series is based on the British series Doc Martin and will star Josh Charles. The series centers on Martin Best, a brilliant surgeon who abruptly leaves his illustrious career in Boston to become the general practitioner in a quaint East Coast fishing village where he spent summers as a child. Unfortunately, Martin’s blunt and borderline rude bedside manner rubs the quirky, needy locals the wrong way, and he quickly alienates the town, even though he’s all they’ve got. Although Martin can expertly address any medical ailment or mystery in this idiosyncratic town, he’s really just desperate to be left the hell alone. Instead, he keeps getting dragged right smack into the middle of their personal chaos, feuds and fantasies. What the locals don’t know is that Martin’s terse demeanor masks a debilitating new phobia and deep-seated psychological issues that prevent him from experiencing true intimacy with anyone. But tenacity is the creed of everyone in their small village, and the people who live there may be exactly what the doctor ordered. 

Peacock has ordered Ted: The Animated Series. The animated series picks up after the Ted films. Seth MacFarlane is set to reprise the voice of the iconic and loveable foul-mouthed teddy bear “Ted.” Original film franchise stars return as series regulars to voice their roles include Mark Wahlberg as “John,” Amanda Seyfried as “Sam,” and Jessica Barth as “Tami-Lynn. Additional series regulars include Kyle Mooney as “Apollo” and Liz Richman as “Ruth.” 

Season two of Peacemaker premieres August 21 on Max. The new season follows Christopher “Chris” Smith, aka Peacemaker, the vigilante Super Hero as he struggles to reconcile his past with his newfound sense of purpose while continuing to kick righteous evil-doer butt in his misguided quest for peace at any cost. The series stars John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick. New cast members include Frank Grillo, David Denman, Sol Rodriguez, and Tim Meadows. 

Walton Goggins is set to host Saturday Night Live May 10. Arcade Fire will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

Prime Video has canceled On Call after one season. The series is being shopped to other outlets. The series is an adrenalized and visceral police drama that follows a rookie and veteran officer duo as they go on patrol in Long Beach, California. Incorporating a mixture of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage to create a cinema verité effect, the innovative series explores the morality of protecting and serving a community. 

Fox has ordered limited event series The Faithful. The six episode series will be presented over three consecutive weeks during next Easter and Passover season – is based on The Old Testament’s Book of Genesis and told through the eyes of the courageous and passionate, yet flawed women whose descendants would shape three of the world’s great faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Dimensional, dramatic, intimate, even shocking, The Faithful is about discovering and losing love, the challenges of marriage, the joys and heartbreak of children, confronting temptation and finding faith. The episodes will be told through the lens of five of The Bible’s most legendary women: Sarah and her former slave Hagar, Sarah’s great-niece Rebekah, and Rebekah’s nieces, sisters Leah and Rachel. 

Peacock has announced a compelling, heartwarming and villainous slate of new unscripted series. New series include Nelly & Ashanti: We Belong Together, Tiffany Haddish Goes Off, Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks, Gilgo Beach Killer: The House of Secrets, and season three of House of Villains which moves to the streamer from E!. Previously announced returning series include Love Island USA, Love Island: Beyond The Villa, Love Island Games, Married at First Sight, and The Traitors. 

Season two of Netflix’s A Man on the Inside has begun. The new season will see Charles going undercover at a college. Ted Danson stars in the series. 

Production on season two of hulu’s Rivals has begun. The drama returns with an extended season of twelve episodes, up from eight, and even more wit, desire, and dramatic twists. Set against the backdrop of the stunning Cotswolds countryside and the glamorous, high-stakes world of 1980s British television, the second installment will see the return of the all-star cast that won the hearts of fans and critics alike as well as introducing brand new faces. 

Netflix has ordered its first Nordic medical drama starring Sara Khorami in the lead role. At the emergency ward, it doesn’t matter who you are – rich or poor, influencer, carpenter, or minister. If you’ve broken something, if you’re bleeding, or if you need help, you’ll get it. Despite low staffing, little time, perhaps one too many cups of coffee, and a demanding crowd of patients, a team of exhausted but resilient doctors and nurses are ready to help. Sofia (Sara Khorami), a surgeon with more talent than patience, is sent into this chaotic environment to save her own career – the last place she wants to be. There, she encounters disorder, resistance, and something she never expected: warmth, community… and love. Suddenly, she faces a choice: continue alone on her path to the top, or become part of something greater – a bond she never knew she needed. A family. 

Noir action series Mercy for None premieres June 6 on Netflix. The series follows Ki-jun, a former underworld figure who severed his own Achilles tendon to leave that life behind 11 years ago. When his brother Ki-seok, once the second-in-command of their organization, is found dead, Ki-jun returns to uncover the truth behind his brother’s death. 

Sports comedy docuseries Sports Gone Wrong premieres June 18 on Vice TV. The series narrated by Joey Mulinaro features commentary from four-time NBA Champion and TV host John Salley, comedian and actor Godfrey, podcaster and media personality Jessica Smetana, and comedian Paul Virzi. Each episode blends comedic commentary with archival footage to break down jaw-dropping sports debacles – from controversial rule-breaking athletes and over-eager fans stealing home runs to infamous on-air moments, out-of-control fights, public scandals, unlikely injuries, and more. Salley, Godfrey, Smetana, and Virzi react to questionable NFL team theme songs; test Michael Jordan’s cologne; play “Shaq Fu;” give their take on the infamous 1996 Orioles-Yankees Jeffrey Maier playoff game; pick sides in the 1984 Copa del Rey final brawl; and much more. 

Trapped: What Is Happening to Wendy Williams? premieres May 19 on ID. One of the most influential voices in radio, daytime television, and pop culture, Wendy Williams built a storied career over her decades in the entertainment industry. In 2022, following the end of her eponymous talk show and speculation around her mental and physical health, Williams entered into a guardianship. The guardianship eventually revealed Williams was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, and she was placed in a memory care facility in New York City. Despite the guardianship’s claims about Williams’ current state, her fanbase has activated a #FreeWendy movement calling for Williams to have the opportunity to regain control of her life. The special goes inside this push for Williams’ release, provides info into her rise to fame and influence on pop culture and chronicles the personal and professional struggles leading to her guardianship. 

Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death The Movie will be released in theaters in North America July 16. The film will be released in both English Dub and Japanese with English subtitles. Before they were enemies, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were high school classmates and friends. The two powerful sorcerers are tasked with protecting Riko Amanai, a student who has been designated to be sacrificed as the Star Plasma Vessel, until she can fulfill her duty. Pursued by a religious cult and other curse users, they are the only sorcerers capable of carrying out such a difficult task – but this mission will set their destinies, and challenge the two sorcerers in ways unimaginable. The series streams on Crunchyroll.

American Dad! will be leaving TBS at the conclusion of its current season. The series is in discussions to return to its original home network, Fox. Repeat episodes will remain at Warner Bros. Discovery networks including adult swim through at least 2030. The animated comedy series was the final scripted series at TBS. 

HIDIVE’s From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated! English dub will premiere April 16. David Costabile is set to appear on NBC’s Suits LA. He will reprise the role of Daniel Hardman from Suits. Costabile joins original stars Gabriel Macht and Rick Hoffman making appearances in the spinoff series. 

Docuseries The Carters: Hurts to Love You premieres April 15 on Paramount+. The series follows bona fide American teen heartthrobs Nick Carter and Aaron Carter, who seemed to have it all, but behind their remarkable gifts was a family dealing with mental health struggles, drug addiction and heartbreaking neglect. Prime Video and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) announced Prime Video will continue to exclusively stream 21 WNBA games this season. Coverage tips off Thursday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. EDT with a star-studded matchup between the Indiana Fever and Atlanta Dream. The return of the WNBA provides Prime members with even more premium sports content, as members enjoy savings, convenience, and entertainment, all in a single membership. Throughout the 2025 WNBA season, Prime Video is set to deliver a lineup of marquee matchups including seven doubleheaders, showcasing the league’s top talent in back-to-back games, and its fifth Championship Game of the Commissioner’s Cup presented by Coinbase. The stacked schedule also includes six Indiana Fever games, allowing fans to watch the 2024 Kia WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark in action; six Las Vegas Aces games featuring 3x Kia WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson; four games showcasing the defending WNBA Champions, the New York Liberty; and three games featuring the WNBA’s newest team, the Golden State Valkyries. 

ESPN and ABC, in conjunction with the WNBA, unveiled their 2025 regular season broadcast schedule. ESPN, which has aired the WNBA since the league’s inception in 1997, will tip off its 29th consecutive season on Saturday, May 17, with expanded coverage across ESPN, ABC, Disney+, ESPN+, and ESPN Deportes (Spanish). During the upcoming season, the WNBA will collaborate with ESPN to present up to 55 possible games beginning with the WNBA regular season Presented by Google and extending through the WNBA Playoffs Presented by Google, which will feature up to 29 games, including the new best-of-seven format for the WNBA Finals Presented by YouTube TV. ESPN Deportes will provide Spanish-language coverage throughout the season. ESPN’s regular-season coverage tips off on Saturday, May 17, with the WNBA Tip Off Presented by CarMax doubleheader on ABC, ESPN Deportes, ESPN+, and, for the second consecutive year, Disney+. The two-time WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces visit the reigning champion New York Liberty (1 p.m. ET, ABC, Disney+, ESPN+). New York will raise its championship banner and hold its ring ceremony at Barclays Center before facing Las Vegas in a rematch of the 2023 WNBA Finals presented by YouTube TV and Semifinals of the 2024 WNBA Playoffs presented by Google. A’ja Wilson, the league’s only active three-time MVP competes in the first game of the doubleheader against the New York Liberty, along with two-time WNBA champion Jewell Loyd who will make her Aces debut after 10 seasons with Seattle. 

ESPN announced an update to its 2024-25 NBA regular-season schedule with a doubleheader featuring both Western Conference and Eastern Conference leaders on April 2. In the first half of the doubleheader, the Eastern Conference leader Cleveland Cavaliers and Donovan Mitchell host the New York Knicks and Jalen Brunson at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN Presented by State Farm. This replaces the previously scheduled Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics matchup. Following the game, at 9:30 p.m., ESPN will televise a matchup Presented by State Farm as the Detroit Pistons and Cade Cunningham visit the Western Conference leader Oklahoma City Thunder and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, which replaces the previously scheduled broadcast of the New Orleans Pelicans vs. LA Clippers and will be subject to local blackout restrictions in the Oklahoma City market.

The sixth and final season of The Handmaid’s Tale premieres April 8 on hulu. In the final season, June’s unyielding spirit and determination pull her back into the fight to take down Gilead. Season five of Law & Order: Organized Crime premieres April 17 on Peacock with the first two episodes, followed by a new episode every Thursday. Reprising the role he originated on Law & Order: SVU, Christopher Meloni stars as Det. Elliot Stabler, who returned to New York after a decade abroad to rebuild his life following a devastating personal loss. As lead detective in Sgt. Ayanna Bell’s Organized Crime Control Bureau, he works to dismantle New York’s most vicious and violent illegal enterprises while fending off dangers that often follow him home. Helping to expose the dark and complex criminal world of their targets are undercover expert Bobby Reyes and tech genius Jet Slootmaekers. While on assignment, Stabler leans on his brother Randall to keep the Stabler family safe and thriving. Season five explores the dangerous worlds of cross-border smuggling, high-tech domestic terrorism and a crime family intent on repaying Stabler for the injury he did them in Rome. As his worlds collide, Stabler will put everything on the line to protect the vulnerable and fight for justice. A special telecast of the season premiere will air on NBC on April 17 at 10, following the Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU crossover event. 

Duster premieres May 15 on Max. Set in the 1970s Southwest, the series explores the life of a gutsy getaway driver for a growing crime syndicate that goes from dangerous to wildly, stupidly dangerous when a tenacious young agent comes into town hellbent on taking his crime family down. 

The final season of The Conners premieres March 26 on ABC. The final farewell will consist of six episodes. 

Max’s The Big Bang Theory spinoff series has been given a title, Stuart Fails To Save The Universe. Reprising their roles from the original series are Kevin Sussman, Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn, and John Ross Bowie. 

Saturday Night Live returns March 29 with three back to back episodes. Mikey Madison will host March 29 with musical guest Morgan Wallen. Jack Black will host April 5 with Elton John & Brandi Carlile as musical guests. Jon Hamm will host the April 12 episode with Lizzo as musical guest. 

Showtime’s The Chi is set to return for season seven May 16 on streaming. It will make its on air debut May 18.  

Crunchyroll has announced its Spring lineup featuring series in Japanese with English subtitles, and few with English dubs. Series include My Hero Academia: Vigilantes (April 7), Fire Force Season three (April 4), To Be Hero X (April 5), WIND BREAKER season two (April 3), The Beginning After the End (April 2), WITCH WATCH (April 6), Anne Shirley (April 5), and Black Butler -Emerald Witch Arc- (April 5). The Apothecary Diaries will continue and One Piece Egghead Arc will return from hiatus. 

Comedy special Brett Goldstein: The Second Best Night of Your Life premieres April on HBO. It will mark Goldstein’s first special. 

100 Day Dream Home returns April 15 on HGTV. Married real estate developers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt will continue to build custom, move-in ready homes from the ground up and design personalized renovations for their Tampa, Florida, area clients in only three months or less. Whether building or renovating, Brian, a construction manager, and Mika, a real estate agent and designer, will take clients on inspiration tours of various properties to select the desired finishes they’ll infuse into each project. They’ll also overcome any obstacle to bring these dream homes to life, including a strong hurricane that hits Tampa and threatens side-by-side builds for sisters. 

The Trigun Stampede followup will premiere on Crunchyroll in 2026. Vash the legendary humanoid typhoon will return in a new adventure. 

NBC will air a marathon of Suits LA encore episodes March 27. Episodes 3-5 will air in place of repeats of NBC’s usual Thursday lineup. 

The Last of Us will be available to stream in American Sign Language (ASL) alongside the show’s episodes each week beginning with the season debut on Max April 13. Season one of the series will be available to stream in ASL starting March 31, just in time to catch up before the debut of season two. This marks the first time that HBO’s original programming will be available to stream in ASL on Max

Mia McKenna-Bruce, Natalie Dormer and Ed Speleers will star in BritBox’s The Lady. The series charts the rise and fall of former royal dresser Jane Andrews, whose rags to riches fairy tale fell apart when she was convicted of murder. Once a young working-class girl, Jane answered an advertisement in a magazine and to the astonishment of her friends and family, became the Duchess of York’s dresser at Buckingham Palace. Moving amongst the highest social circles in Britain, Jane managed to secure a place in the upper-classes, only to lose her job with the Duchess after nine years of service. Still reeling from her fall from grace, Jane went on to meet charismatic businessman Thomas Cressman and fell deeply in love. Soon cracks began to develop in the romance Jane had pinned all her hopes on, with disastrous consequences. 

Season three of The Great American Baking Show premieres April 11 on The Roku Channel. Co-hosts Zach Cherry and Casey Wilson welcome eight talented bakers from all corners of America to the iconic white tent, where they’ll be challenged to whisk, knead, and frost their way to baking stardom. From decadent pastries to showstopping cakes, their baking skills will be put to the ultimate test by legendary judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. Season two of Quarterback will premiere on Netflix this July. Season two of crime drama Black Snow premieres April 24 on AMC+. In season two, Detective Cormack tackles two separate missing persons cases. One is professional, as he investigates the disappearance of Zoe Jacobs, from her own 21st birthday party in 2003. And the other is personal, as Cormack searches desperately for his own younger brother, who went missing when they were children. 

Miniseries The Reserve premieres May 15 on Netflix. When the young Filipino au pair Ruby disappears from one of Denmark’s most affluent neighborhoods north of Copenhagen, the neighbor, Cecilie, becomes convinced that something has happened to her. Cecilie’s au pair, Angel, begins to investigate the rumors circulating, while suspicions of a crime grow. However, the case of the missing foreigner is a low priority for the police, and the newly minted investigator Aicha needs all the assistance she can get. Cecilie and Angel are ready to help, and gradually the power structures and privileges within the beautiful homes start to expose. Boarders season two is coming soon to Tubi. The new season sees a new era for St Gilbert’s with the now acting headmistress Carol Watlington-Geese (who also happens to be the mother of Jaheim’s nemesis, Rupert) at the helm – and she wants Jaheim, Leah, Toby, Omar and Femi gone. 

Timothée Chalamet is set to host Saturday Night Live January 25. Chalamet will also serve as the musical guest on the late night NBC series.

Bar Rescue has been renewed for a tenth season on Paramount Network. Season nine will premiere February 23. Spring Baking Championship returns for a new season March 10 on Food Network. Host Jesse Palmer transforms the baking studio into The Little Shop of Spring Magic, where anything is possible – from rainbow cheesecakes to dessert deceptions that look like dinner. For the first time ever, a baker’s dozen of 13 contestants will embark on a wonderous journey to make the impossible possible and win over judges Duff Goldman, Nancy Fuller and Kardea Brown. At the end of the competition, only one baker will take the cake and earn $25,000, a feature in Food Network Magazine and the title of Spring Baking Champion.

Bradley Whitford has been cast on Netflix’s The Diplomat. Whitford will recur as the husband of Allison Janney’s character. 

Lazarus will premiere on adult swim this April. The year is 2052. Netflix has renewed Selling the OC for a fourth season. The ambitious agents at The Oppenheim Group attempt to up their real estate game as more personal drama interferes with major professional endeavors.

Caleb Foote has been promoted to series regular on NCIS: Origins. Foote has been recurring in the first season of the CBS series.

Season four of Shoresy premieres February 26 on hulu. The series explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs contend with the distractions of summer in Sudbury. 

Confessions of Octomom premieres March 10 on Lifetime. The six-part documentary series follows Natalie Suleman as she provides an intimate look at her history and her life today as a mom of 14, and her newest role as a grandmother. With her octuplets turning sixteen this January and her other six children ranging from 17 to 23 years-old, Suleman has been out of the public eye for years and now, for the first time, Suleman and her 14 children reveal a much different life than the world has ever been privy to before. The series also follows the octuplets through their challenges and triumphs, growing up in the spotlight and their desire to move beyond their now secluded life. 

Benson Boone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli xcx, Doechii, RAYE, Sabrina Carpenter, Shakira, and Teddy Swims will perform at The 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Hosted by Trevor Noah, “Music’s Biggest Night” will be broadcast live February 2 on CBS from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The rhythm of love is alive on AXS TV this Valentine’s Day, as the Network presents a special Whole Lotta Love lineup packed with rockin’ romance from music’s most iconic artists – airing Friday, February 14 starting at 8A ET. The English dub of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun season two premieres January 26 on Crunchyroll. Kamome Academy is rumored to have many mysteries, the strangest of which involves the mischievous ghost of Hanako-kun. When occult-loving high schooler Nene Yashiro accidentally becomes bonded to him, she uncovers a hidden world of supernatural beings. Now the two of them are conspiring to keep the peace between student and supernatural—that is, if they can only stay out of trouble themselves.

Danish miniseries Bullsh*t premieres on Viaplay January 30 with all six episodes. The coming-of-age drama tells the powerful story of a group of lost and rebellious youths who find community and belonging in the hardcore biker gang “Bullsh*t,” but leads to a world of brutal conflict. The six-part series delves into the bikers’ darkly exciting, but dangerous world as a passionate love story unfolds.

Love After Lockup returns this March on WE tv. The new season follows a new crop of couples, including fan favorites, from Love During Lockup as they discover more love, new doubts, and encounter unforeseen obstacles in their relationships. These couples are as vulnerable and raw as ever as they share their emotional journeys and continue to find true love beyond prison walls. 

Limited series Trial & Error: Why Did O.J. Win? premieres on Court TV February 16. Apple TV+ has renewed Your Friends & Neighbors ahead of its series premiere April 11. After being fired in disgrace, Andrew “Coop” Cooper, a hedge fund manager still grappling with his recent divorce, resorts to stealing from his neighbors’ homes in the exceedingly affluent Vestment Village, only to discover that the secrets and affairs hidden behind those wealthy facades might be more dangerous than he ever imagined.

Adult Swim Yule Log 2: Branching Out will premiere on adult swim December 6 at midnight. Get in the holiday spirit with this cozy, crackling fire. The special will run for two hours.The previous Adult Swim Yule Log turned into a surprise comedy horror film where things go off the rails. 

They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce will premiere on ESPN January 3. Airing on Friday nights/early Saturday mornings, the new personality-driven, one-hour program will take its inspiration from traditional late-night television, emphasizing a comedic approach throughout all five scheduled episodes which run in conjunction with the finale of the NFL regular season and playoffs. It will be an immersive experience from Union Transfer in Philadelphia, showcasing the Super Bowl champion’s oversized personality and infectious humor mixed with celebrity guests from the football world and beyond, in front of a live audience of NFL fans. The show’s format will position Kelce and his guests to dissect NFL topics and storylines, mainly focused on that weekend’s games, in both conventional and good-humoredly unconventional approaches including active participation from the fans in attendance. ESPN will televise the Jason Kelce-fronted show, beginning the night and morning of January 3 and January 4, with each episode also available on ESPN+, ESPN YouTube and the Jason Kelce channel on YouTube presented by ESPN. Replays will air on ESPN2. 

Disney has confirmed that it will stream the second season of anime series Go! Go! Loser Ranger! The series streamed on hulu in the US. They also announced that new anime series Wandance and Medalist have also been picked up, likely to stream on hulu.

Norah O’Donnell will anchor CBS Evening News through January 24. O’Donnell announced her departure a few months ago with John Dickerson and Maurice DuBois serving as hosts going forward starting January 27. 

Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Animation is coming soon to Disney+. The anime series is based on the smartphone game and will consist of three seasons. 

ABC and ESPN+ will exclusively present the 2024 Emirates NBA Cup Championship Game on Tuesday, December 17, at 8:30 p.m. ET. In addition, ESPN platforms will exclusively present a semifinal game and a quarterfinal game as part of its 2024 Emirates NBA Cup Knockout Round coverage.

The Artful Dodger has been renewed for a second season at hulu. The eight-episode second season has an all-star returning cast including Thomas Brodie-Sangster as Jack Dawkins aka The Artful Dodger, David Thewlis as Fagin, and Maia Mitchell as Lady Belle Fox. They team up with a full ensemble of Australian and New Zealand cast and several new faces in exciting cameos. It is an irreverent follow-up to Charles Dickens’ “Oliver Twist” exploring his adult double life in the far-flung penal colony of Port Victory, Australia. It is a tale of reinvention, betrayal, redemption, and love with a twist. Jack Dawkins is The Artful Dodger, whose fast, pickpocketing fingers have turned into the skilled hands of a surgeon. Lady Belle, the Governor’s daughter, is a brilliant and captivating woman who captures Dodger’s heart and is determined to make history as the first female surgeon. In the first season, Dodger is torn between the promise of an impossible love in high society, and the instinctive temptation of the criminal underworld he secretly craves. His past returns to haunt him with the arrival of Fagin, luring him back for one last heist. The new season will pick up where the heart’s desires of Dodger, Fagin and Lady Belle left off, promising more cunning thievery, snappy humor, life-and-death surgeries, and romance with a twist. 

Netflix has renewed A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder for a second season. The series is based on the mystery YA novels by Holly Jackson. After solving the Andie Bell case Pip’s world has been transformed by her actions, and not always for the better. Pip is determined to fix the fallout – and stay away from any more investigations. But as Max Hastings’ trial approaches, key witness Jamie Reynolds suddenly disappears and Pip finds herself in a race against time to find him. This new mystery will take Pip to unexpected places as she struggles with the idea of justice, straying even further from the ‘good girl’ she once was. 

Crime Drama Dope Thief premieres March 14 on Apple TV+. Based on Dennis Tafoya’s book of the same name, the series follows long-time Philly friends and delinquents who pose as DEA agents to rob an unknown house in the countryside, only to have their small-time grift become a life-and-death enterprise, as they unwittingly reveal and unravel the biggest hidden narcotics corridor on the Eastern Seaboard. 

A third Star Wars: Visions volume is in the works at Disney+. The nine episodes will be produced by Japanese anime studios, David Production, Kamikaze Douga, ANIMA, Kinema citrus Co., Polygon Pictures, Production I.G, Project Studio Q, TRIGGER and WIT Studio, as was the case in the first volume. The second volume of the anthology series featured assorted international studios. 

FX’s Alien: Earth will stream on hulu summer 2025. When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat. As members of the crash recovery crew search for survivors among the wreckage, they encounter mysterious predatory life forms more terrifying than they could have ever imagined. With this new threat unlocked, the search crew must fight for survival and what they choose to do with this discovery could change planet Earth as they know it. 

Four episode limited series Dream Productions premieres December 11 on Disney+. Taking place in between the events of “Inside Out” and “Inside Out 2”, the series follows the studio inside Riley’s mind where dreams really do come true – every night, on time and on budget. Riley is growing up and when her memories need some extra processing, Joy and the rest of the Core Emotions send them to Dream Productions. Acclaimed director Paula Persimmon (voice of Paula Pell) faces a nightmare of her own: Trying to create the next hit dream after being paired up with Xeni (voice of Richard Ayoade), a smug daydream director looking to step up into the big leagues of night dreams.

Season three of Southern Hospitality premieres January 2 on Bravo. After 35 years, Pamela Hayden, who has given voice to Bart’s best friend Milhouse on The Simpsons, along with many other characters, has opted to retire from her character voice work. Her final episode airs November 24 on Fox. Milhouse first appeared in a Butterfinger commercial in 1989 and was named for the former U.S. president Richard Milhous Nixon. 

LEGO Masters: Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular returns for season three December 17 on Fox. Host Will Arnett returns alongside Brickmasters Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard as judges for the third installment of the holiday-themed event special. The two-night event series, airing over two weeks, will coldly go where no snowman has gone before, with unpredictable twists and surprises. Special celebrity guests include Sophia Bush, Holly Robinson Peete, Eric McCormack  and Lil Rel Howery pairing up with fan-favorite former contestants – Christine Blandino (Season 3), Stephen Joo (Season 3), Aaron Newman (Season 1) and Corey D. Samuels (Season 1) – to compete in jaw-dropping holiday-themed challenges for charities of their choice. In the end, one team will earn the title of LEGO Masters: Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular champions and leave with the coveted trophy. Raise a glass and make a mistle-toast to the holiday season! 

Storm Reid will not be returning to Euphoria. Reid had appeared in the first two seasons of the HBO series which will begin production on the delayed third season in January. 

Gabriel Macht will recur in the upcoming Suits spinoff series Suits: LA. Macht played Harvey Specter in the original series. The spinoff will premiere February 23 on NBC. 

Kids Baking Championship returns January 6 on Food Network. Hosts and judges, Duff Goldman and Kardea Brown, welcome a new field of talented kid bakers to the kitchen for challenges inspired by creatures big and small, including a few fluffy, furry and feathery friends who drop in to the kitchen for live appearances over the course of the season. From sea creatures to jungle dwellers to farm animals and more, the twelve kid bakers must craft creative and delicious animal-themed treats for a chance at winning the grand prize. 

The Sidemen, one of the biggest YouTube groups in the UK, are coming to Netflix. Earlier this year, The Sidemen launched Inside, their first long-form reality show on YouTube. The series featured ten influencers and reality stars confined to a house for a week, vying for a prize of up to £1 million. Season two of Inside will debut exclusively on Netflix. Production has already begun in the UK with 12 content creators. A US version of Inside will also air on Netflix in 2025. 

Season two of The Flipping El Moussas premieres December 26 on HGTV. Real estate power couple Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa will continue to grow their working relationship while juggling the addition of a rambunctious toddler to their busy family life. Tarek and Heather Rae will face a wildly tumultuous year of flipping in Southern California due to high interest rates and severely limited inventory, forcing them to select the nastiest houses full of unspeakable filth to keep their business on track. Medical drama Brilliant Minds will return Monday, January 6 at 10.

The season premiere of Deal or No Deal Island will air Tuesday, January 7 at 8 followed by The Irrational at 10.

The One Chicago lineup of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. will make its return Wednesday, January 8.

St. Denis Medical and Night Court return Tuesday, January 14 at 8 and 8:30. Deal or No Deal Island will make its timeslot debut at 9.

Thursday’s lineup of Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU and Found returns Thursday, January 16.

The new season of The Voice will kick off Monday, February 3 at 8. It will be followed by the series premiere of The Hunting Party at 10.

NBC will fill its Sunday lineup with a two hour series premiere of The Americas at 7 starting Sunday, February 23. The series will settle into its regular timeslot at 8 the following week. Also debuting Sunday, February 23 are the series premieres of Suits: LA at 9 and Grosse Pointe Garden Society at 10.

Also held for midseason are new travel competition series Destination X and a new season of The Wall. Additional premiere dates will be announced at a later date.

“GROSSE POINTE GARDEN SOCIETY”

The series follows four members of a suburban garden club who find their lives intertwined by scandal, mischief and a shared secret – a murder no one wants to talk about. As dark truths begin to rot their lives under the surface, they struggle to remain as perfect as the flowers blooming in their garden above.

The cast includes AnnaSophia Robb, Melissa Fumero, Ben Rappaport, Aja Naomi King, Alexander Hodge, Nancy Travis, Matthew Davis and Felix Wolfe.

Co-showrunners Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs are writers and executive producers. Casey Kyber also executive produces.

“THE HUNTING PARTY”

A high-concept crime procedural about a small team of investigators who are assembled to track down and capture the most dangerous killers our country has ever seen, all of whom have just escaped from a top-secret prison that’s not supposed to exist.

The cast includes Melissa Roxburgh, Nick Wechsler, Patrick Sabongui, Josh McKenzie and Sara Garcia.

Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor from New York, has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both Ted and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives. All of this is going on while we slowly unravel the events that years ago led Ted to leave behind everything and everyone he loved.

The series stars Stephen Amell, Lex Scott Davis, Josh McDermitt and Bryan Greenberg.

Season two of Tell Me Lies premieres September 4 on hulu with the first two episodes. The new season picks up as Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco return to college, not speaking after their dramatic breakup at the start of the summer. Yet while very much at odds, they find themselves in a new version of their addictive dynamic – which is as infuriating as it is inescapable. Meanwhile, the story expands deeper into the lives of Lucy and Stephen’s friend group, as the fallout from Season One impacts all of their lives in unexpected ways. 

Season three of Bel-Air premieres August 13 on Peacock with the first three episodes. In season three, school’s out for the summer, and Will is doing Bel-Air his way. Being a part of the Banks family has given him a new perspective – it isn’t just about wealth, it means that Will now has options to lean into other things that excite him and has the privilege to dream bigger. As Will makes an exciting pivot, he finds a partner in Carlton, who desperately wants to leave his life of addiction behind and rebuild his damaged reputation. TBS will honor Bob Newhart with its The Big Bang Theory  “In Memory of Professor Proton” marathon July 21. The marathon featured the Best of Professor Proton episodes. It includes six classic episodes from various seasons including “The Proton Resurgence”, “The Proton Displacement”, “The Proton Transmogrification”, and more. 

CBS will also be honoring the life of Bob Newhart with Bob Newhart: A Legacy of Laughter airing July 22. Hosted by Entertainment Tonight‘s Nischelle Turner, this one-hour tribute honors the late comedian with a look back at his 70-year career, featuring never-before-seen interviews, and his final interview from his home in Los Angeles. The special takes an in-depth look at his journey from accountant to comedian to Hollywood icon, with rare behind-the-scenes footage of Bob on the set of his sitcoms and feature films, from the Entertainment Tonight vault. Included are new and archival interviews with some of Bob’s closest friends and co-stars, including Jim Parsons, Will Ferrell, Reese Witherspoon, Jason Bateman and Michael Weatherly. The show takes an intimate look inside Bob’s personal life and his marriage to the love of his life, Ginnie, with newly revealed stories about how he changed American culture through comedy. 

Netflix has ordered a docuseries on the death of Boston police officer John O’Keefe in Canton, Massachusetts. O’Keefe was found unresponsive in the snow in the early hours of January 29, 2022 and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. His then-girlfriend, Karen Read, was charged with second degree murder, manslaughter while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Read pleaded not guilty to all charges, with her legal team arguing that she was framed as part of a conspiracy by civilians and law enforcement to protect the real killers. On July 1, 2024, the jury in Karen Read’s trial was unable to reach a unanimous verdict, and a mistrial was declared. Norfolk County Prosecutors have announced that they intend to retry the case, while the Defense have filed to dismiss two of the charges. 

Season two of Ms. Pat Settles It premieres on BET July 31. Ms. Pat brings her brutally honest brand of comedy to the courtroom — along with a jury of family, friends and fellow comedians — to preside over real-life cases and deliver just verdicts with humor and heart.

Jessie Prez and Dougie Baldwin have joined the cast of Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage. The two will be series regulars joining Montana Jordan, Emily Osment, Rachel Bay Jones, and Will Sasso in the CBS Young Sheldon spinoff series.

Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen premieres July 27 on FYI. A lifelong outdoorsman and chef, Andrew Zimmern demystifies cooking wild food over an open fire, creating delicious and easy meals, while sharing tips for sourcing, butchering, and preparing game meat and fish.

VTuber Legend: How I Went Viral after Forgetting to Turn Off My Stream will premiere on Crunchyroll July 21. Yuki Tanaka is a VTuber at Live-On, one of Japan’s largest VTuber companies, as the polite and ladylike Awayuki Kokorone. One day, she forgets to end the stream, and viewers see her real personality—irreverent, improper, and prone to imbibing after a long day. Yuki is surprised to find that her accident caused her rankings to multiply, so she doubles down and gets to work. She’ll be a star yet!

Gold Rush: Mine Rescue with Freddy & Juan premieres August 16 on Discovery Channel. Gold recovery experts Freddy Dodge and Juan Ibarra help struggling mine owners. With increased stress on small-scale miners from inflation, they will only take a cut if they can double a miner’s recovery. The odds are tougher than ever. 

Fatal Affairs premieres July 22 on ID. The six episode season will chronicle stories of love triangles turned into mysterious whodunits when one of the three ends up dead. From workplace flings, secrets between schoolteachers, and even Tinder-trysts, in this risky game of illicit love and secret sex, one lover ends up paying the ultimate price. Psychologist Dr. Michelle Callahan serves as a relationship expert through each story, leading viewers through each fatal affair.
