NBC has renewed all three of its One Chicago series. Chicago Med will return for season eleven, Chicago Fire will return for season fourteen, and Chicago P.D. will return for season thirteen. 

Adult animated comedy series Long Story Short, from the creator of BoJack Horseman, premieres August 22 on Netflix. The voice cast includes Lisa Edelstein, Paul Reiser, Ben Feldman, Abbi Jacobson, Max Greenfield, Angelique Cabral, Nicole Byer, as well as recurring guests Dave Franco and Michaela Dietz. The series is about one family, over time. Jumping through the years, we follow the Schwooper siblings from childhood to adulthood and back again, chronicling their triumphs, disappointments, joys, and compromises. 

BET+ has ordered Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas. A fresh extension of the Sistas universe, the series will premiere on June 9, on BET, the day of the 2025 BET Awards, and will be available to stream on BET+ starting Tuesday, June 10. The series follows five close friends – Rasheda, Geneva, Naomi, Tiffany, and Bridgette – as they navigate life, love, and the challenges that come with divorce, marriage, and dating. As they lean on each other through heartbreak and healing, their biggest test comes from within their own circle, challenging their loyalty, character, and true bond of sisterhood.  

The third and final season of Squid Game premieres June 27 on Netflix. Picking up where the second season left off, Season 3 explores the choices Gi-hun will make amidst overwhelming despair. As the Front Man plots his next move, the surviving players find their decisions leading to increasingly dire consequences with each round of the deadly games. This season promises to push the limits of suspense and drama, keeping viewers glued to the action. 

All ten episodes of Motorheads premieres May 20 on Prime Video. The young adult action drama series is about first love, first heartbreak, and turning the key in your first car. Set in a once-thriving rust-belt town that’s now searching for a glimmer of hope, the series is an adrenaline-filled story of a group of outsiders who form an unlikely friendship over a mutual love of street racing, while navigating the hierarchy and rules of high school. 

NCIS: Tony & Ziva will premiere this fall on Paramount+. The series picks up after Ziva’s supposed death when Tony left the NCIS team to go raise their daughter. Years later, Ziva was discovered alive, leading her to complete one final mission with NCIS before she was reunited with Tony and their daughter in Paris. Since then – and where we find them in NCIS: TONY & ZIVA – Tony and Ziva have been raising their daughter, Tali, together. When Tony’s security company is attacked, they must go on the run across Europe, try to figure out who is after them and maybe even learn to trust each other again so they can finally have their unconventional happily ever after. It stars Cote de Pablo, Michael Weatherly, Amita Suman, Maximilian Osinski, Julian Ovenden, Nassima Benchicou, Lara Rossi, Isla Gie, Terence Maynard and James D’Arcy. 

Docuseries Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour premieres June 4 with back to back episodes. The series follows TV personality Kristin Cavallari as she takes her hit podcast “Let’s Be Honest” on the road. Each episode of the series will feature candid conversations with famous friends, Bravolebrities, memorable exes and other notable celebs from Kristin’s life as they unfold the stories behind their buzziest headlines – and make new ones – with jaw-dropping revelations that set the record straight. With stops in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and New York, the series also follows Kristin and BFF Justin Anderson off the stage as they explore local hot spots in each city with friends and podcast guests. 

Season five of LEGO Masters premieres May 19 on Fox. Hosted by Will Arnett, the fifth season features a new batch of talented teams and unique themed-out episodes throughout the series. LEGO Masters brings imagination, design and creativity to life when teams of LEGO enthusiasts go head-to-head, with infinite possibilities and an unlimited supply of LEGO bricks. In each episode, Arnett, alongside expert Brickmasters and LEGO employees Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard, will encourage the builders, introduce incredible challenges and put their creativity and skills to the test. Once again, teams of two will compete against each other in even more ambitious brick-building challenges such as a masquerade party and a colossal wedding cake build in the hopes of taking home a $100,000 cash prize, the ultimate LEGO trophy and the grand title of LEGO Masters.

Caught in the Act: Double Life premieres June 3 on MTV. Tamar Braxton hosts, helping to guide suspicious individuals as they uncover hidden lives led by their loved ones. Armed with cutting-edge technology and covert surveillance, Braxton, and her elite team of specialists hack through deception, unearth hidden secrets and unleash every tactic in their arsenal to catch those leading a double life red-handed. Following their investigation, a heart-pounding sting operation forces the double-lifer to confront their deceit and reveal the shocking truth behind their dual identities. In the end, the double-lifer faces a life-altering decision: which life is ultimately worth living? 

Kyla Pratt, Punkie Johnson, Reagan Gomez and Tammy Townsend will guest star in the upcoming new season of The Chi. Kyla Pratt will play “Angie,” Hannibal’s tough as nails wife, who doesn’t tolerate anything less than her home being happy. Punkie Johnson will play “Shawnita,” a career restaurant manager who’s here to whip Smokey’s into shape. Reagan Gomez will play “Candace,” a textbook lover girl gone bad who’s spicy new love interest is keeping her on her toes. Tammy Townsend will play “Nora,” a charming and scrappy entrepreneur who dreams of helping people through her business. They join Phylicia Rashad, Wendy Raquel Robinson and Karrueche Tran as guest stars. The new season premieres May 16 on Paramount+ with Showtime and May 18 on air. 

Kevin Pollak has been cast in the upcoming third season of Tulsa King. Pollak will play the series regular role of Special Agent Musso, an FBI agent who has an axe to grind. 

Nickelodeon has canceled Tyler Perry‘s Young Dylan after five seasons. Young Dylan’s grandmother decides to send him to live indefinitely with her affluent son’s family. The Wilson family household is soon turned upside down as lifestyles clash between aspiring hip hop star and his straight-laced cousins.

Teenage Euthanasia has been canceled after two seasons. The adult swim series aired its final season in 2023. 

NBA legends Udonis Haslem, Steve Nash, and Dwyane Wade, and WNBA legend Candace Parker, will join Prime Video’s inaugural season of NBA coverage, which tips off in October 2025. These additions build on the previously announced studio team of host Taylor Rooks, and analysts Blake Griffin and Dirk Nowitzki. Prime Video’s new NBA studio show, which will be shot in Culver City, Calif., on the Amazon MGM Studios lot, will complement game broadcasts and provide fans with comprehensive live NBA coverage all season long. 

Carmelo Anthony will join NBC Sports as a studio analyst when the NBA returns to NBC and debuts on Peacock this October. When Anthony joins NBC Sports in October for the start of the 2025-26 NBA season, he is expected to be in studio one or more nights per week through the playoffs. 

ABC News announced a daily show on the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, Burden of Proof: The Case Against Diddy, premiering May 9, at 5:30 p.m. EDT on ABC News Live. Hosted by GMA3 co-anchor and senior national correspondent Eva Pilgrim, the 30-minute show will be an in-depth look into the high-profile federal trial of the music mogul. The series will deliver real-time updates and analysis of the defense and prosecution as Combs faces federal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. The first episode will examine the science behind jury selection and explain the charges against Diddy. The regular, daily cadence for the show will commence on the day of opening statements, currently slated for May 12 and airing daily on ABC News Live at 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. EDT through the end of the trial. Joining Pilgrim are chief investigative correspondent Aaron Katersky and legal contributor and attorney Brian Buckmire, who will be inside the courtroom during the trial. Their firsthand insights and expert commentary will bring viewers behind the scenes of one of the most consequential celebrity trials in recent memory. Pilgrim will feature additional guests and experts throughout the series to provide audiences with the full scope and impact of the trial. 

Roundball Rock, one of the most beloved and iconic theme songs in sports history, will make its long-awaited return to the NBA when NBCUniversal’s 11-year media rights agreement with the association begins this October across NBC and Peacock. Starting in October, the legendary theme will be heard again across NBC and Peacock throughout the regular season and playoffs leading into matchups featuring modern day stars such as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Steph Curry, Luka Doncic, Kevin Durant, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, Donovan Mitchell, Jayson Tatum, Victor Wembanyama, and many more. Roundball Rock will also be used in promotional campaigns leading up to and during the season.

Keith Urban will be honored with the coveted ACM Triple Crown Award and honored with numerous performances of his songs by fellow artists at the Academy of Country Music Awards Presented by Carnival Cruise Line. Travel competition series Destination X premieres May 27 on NBC. Hosted by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Europe is turned into a real-life gameboard as complete strangers are invited to participate in the trip of a lifetime and the ultimate geo-guessing contest. These adventurous players will traverse each country on a blacked-out “Destination X” bus with the goal of figuring out where the “X” they are each week. In each episode, the players disembark the bus to visit unique and unfamiliar tourist attractions that have been gamified into experiential challenges. They will need to rely on their knowledge of pop culture, history, geography and observational skills to win clues to their current location and earn an all-important advantage. Contestants must tap into their own personal expertise, identify hidden clues that are disguised as artifacts and discern intentional misdirects from competitors to ultimately determine their whereabouts. 

Love Death + Robots Volume 4 premieres May 15 on Netflix. David Fincher returns as a director with his episode “Can’t Stop” featuring the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Cast includes MrBeast, Kevin Hart, John Oliver, Niecy Nash, John Boyega, Rhys Darby and more. 

Docuseries Not Her First Rodeo premieres May 22 on Freeform. All episodes will stream June 6 on hulu. The six-part docuseries goes inside the adrenaline-fueled world of professional bull riding. The series follows the Elite Lady Bull Riders, five remarkable women battling in and out of the arena, risking life and limb for a shot at a championship buckle, eight seconds at a time. The women highlighted are Jorden Halvorsen, Catalina Langlitz, Renata Nunes, Athena Rivera and Alexia Huffman. 

Earnhardt premieres May 22 on Prime Video. The history of the Earnhardt family is the history of NASCAR – you can’t tell the story of one without the other – and at the center of the Earnhardt family was Dale Earnhardt Sr., the most influential figure the sport has ever known. Bleach: The Thousand Year Blood War will premiere on Toonami May 17 at 12:30 am. Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga will air after at 1 am. The rest of the night will remain the same with Lazarus at 12 am, One Piece from 1:30-2:30 am, Naturo at 2:30 am, and Sailor Moon at 3 am. 

Season three of Down Home Fab premieres May 27 on HGTV. Husband-and-wife renovation duo Cole and Chelsea DeBoer will hone their design and construction skills to become the go-to home renovators in their hometown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The eight hour-long episodes will follow the DeBoers as they grow their construction business, open a home store and coin a new cowboy contemporary design style. In each episode, Cole, the project manager and jack-of-all-trades, and Chelsea, the designer, will rely on each other to balance their busy family life including a newly driving teenager while managing a picturesque Midwestern farm full of animals. 

Bad Boy premieres on Netflix May 2. Inspired by true events, the series tells the powerful story of Dean Scheinman, a teenager imprisoned in a juvenile detention facility. Offering a gripping exploration of youth, redemption, brotherhood and friendship, the series follows Dean’s narrative from imprisonment to discovering his unique creative ability to heal deep wounds. 

Unknown Serial Killers of America premieres on Oxygen May 18. Each episode profiles the horrific stories of these unconscionable criminals, and delves into what transformed them into evil monsters. With first-hand accounts from law enforcement who worked the cases and stories from loved ones of the victims, the series sheds light on serial killers who evaded the spotlight and examines how they were able to get away with their gruesome crimes for so long. Crimes explored over the six-episode season include a case involving multiple unidentified bodies found in a barrel that are linked to a predator of women and children decades later; killings of multiple gay men; and an amateur sleuth who uncovered clues leading to a likely killer and a murderer of 12 black women who eludes authorities until chilling video evidence is found. 

Reba McEntire hosts the  60th Academy of Country Music Awards May 8 on prime Video. The monumental show will be expanded to two and a half hours and celebrate six decades of Country Music and feature performances by the genre’s most legendary and multi-award-winning stars, including Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Chris Stapleton, Clint Black, Cody Johnson, Kelsea Ballerini, LeAnn Rimes, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, and Wynonna Judd. 

Netflix introduced a new subtitle option, original language subtitles that show only the spoken dialogue. Until now, if you wanted subtitles in the original language, you’d turn on Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (SDH/CC), which includes not only dialogue but also audio cues like [phone buzzing] or [dramatic music swells], as well as speaker names. When you open the language picker while watching the new season, you’ll now see two subtitle options in English: English, which shows only the spoken dialogue, and English (CC), which includes both dialogue and audio cues like [door slams].The subtitles will be available on all new Netflix originals in every language offered in addition to SDH/CC going forward. 

90 Day: Hunt for Love premieres May 26 on TLC. The exhilarating rollercoaster ride features eight singles from the 90 Day universe who are ready to embark on a quest for love once again, joined by fresh, new faces and romantic hopefuls. Set in Tulum, Mexico, these love-hungry alums have loved, lost and learned a few lessons along the way. Whether they’re healing old wounds, chasing new sparks, or unknowingly walking straight into a love triangle, each of them throws caution to the wind as they jump back into the dating game. 

Football Parents premieres May 16 on Netflix. When it comes to their children’s amateur football careers, this group of parents has no shame, no chill – and a peculiar sense of team spirit.

Gold Rush: Mine Rescue with Freddy & Juan premieres May 9 on Discovery Channel. With gold prices surging to new records, the modern-day rush is on. Chasing gold fever, miners take big risks on poor ground with outdated equipment. Gold recovery experts Freddy Dodge and Juan Ibarra are back on the road in North America, turning small-time miners’ pitfalls into profits. 

Season two of Criminal Code premieres June 4 on Netflix. After helping the Ambassador escape from prison, Isaac and his Ghost Gang become the Federal Police’s main targets. Increasingly sophisticated robberies turn them into crime legends – and going after them will require everything the agents have got. During the challenging investigation, Suellen will have to prove himself as a leader. Meanwhile, Benício experiences a crisis after losing yet another friend and discovering that Soulless escaped from prison.

Season two of Twisted Metal premieres July 31 on Peacock. Following the revelations in the season one finale, John and Quiet find themselves entering the deadly TWISTED METAL tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.

Season four of Transplant will premiere May 22 on NBC with a two hour event. The new season finds Bashir “Bash” Hamed on the precipice of finishing his residency at York Memorial and officially requalifying as a doctor. With his future uncertain once again, Bash and his sister, Amira, are Canadian citizens now, but are still trying, with everything they have, to build a life in their adopted country. 

Netflix has renewed Temptation Island for a second season. Emotions run high when four couples, each at a crossroads in their relationship, head to Temptation Island to put their love to the ultimate test as they agree to live separately with a group of singles of the opposite sex. Will the choices they make push the couples closer together or farther apart into the arms of a new lover? 

Prime Video is developing a Pacific Rim TV series. The franchise currently consists of two films and an animated Netflix series. 

Peacock is developing a Clueless TV series. The followup series to the film will see Alicia Silverstone return. 

Season two of Daredevil: Born Again will premiere on Disney+ March 2026. The first season finished airing this season and is currently in production on the second season. 

Peacock has ordered a new Love Island spinoff titled Love Island: Beyond the Villa. The new series, set to premiere in Summer 2025, follows everyone’s favorite Season 6 Islanders around Los Angeles as they navigate new careers, evolving friendships, newfound fame and complex relationships outside of the Love Island villa. The case will include JaNa Craig, Aaron Evans, Miguel Harichi, Leah Kateb, Kaylor Martin, Connor Newsum, Serena Page, Kenny Rodriguez, Olivia Walker and Kendall Washington, with appearances from other former Islanders. 

The new season of BMF premieres June 6 on Starz. In season four, Myles Truitt returns as “B-Mickie,” who was exiled for his perceived betrayal of Meech and Terry, and who is determined to win back the brothers’ trust. Also returning to the series is Grammy-nominated artist Saweetie, reprising her role as “Keeya,” a former college athlete who is now on the streets of St. Louis; and Sydney Mitchell as “LaWanda,” a beloved and integral part of the Flenory family, who raises Terry’s children. Roberto Sanchez also returns as “Loco,” Meech and Terry’s plug, who they’re on the run with in Mexico. Joining the cast in a recurring role is Jordan Alexander as “Purdy,” a rising music artist whom Meech and Terry sign to launch their first music label. Guest stars this season include Kofi Siriboe as “Sheik Mooney Bey,” leader of a religious organization in St. Louis, Tyler Lepley as “Demarcus,” a man who threatens Tee’s territory and Skai Jackson as “Ashleigh,” a new character who changes Meech’s future. Clifton Powell also joins the cast as “Pastor Coleman,” head of an Atlanta mega-church congregation; Rockmond Dunbar as “Cornell,” a man fighting for his son’s future, Aketra Sevillian as “Maria,” an alluring make-up artist who catches Meech’s eye, Karina Willis as “Aisha,” who’s welcomed into the Flenory family and Stacey Sargeant as “Cecilia” a waitress who complicates Charles’ dreams. 

Production on Emily in Paris season five is set to begin. Returning for the new season are Lily Collins, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie and Lucien Laviscount. Absent from the list is original star Camille Razat. 

Piper Perabo is set to appear on Grey’s Anatomy this season. Perabo will recur in the final three episodes as the mother of a sick child. 

Docuseries Not Her First Rodeo premieres May 22 on Freeform. Champion bull rider Jorden Halvorsen — joined by rookies and returning pros — begins a new season of her women’s bull-riding league, with each cowgirl hoping this will be their year to win the championship buckle.

Docuseries The Furry Detectives: Unmasking a Monster premieres July 17 on SundanceTV and Sundance Now. Season 27 of South Park premieres on Comedy Central July 9. The series last aired its 26th season back in 2023. 

Star Wars series Tales of the Underworld premieres May 4 on Disney+. The six episode series consists of shorts. 

Fox has given four-season renewals for The Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers, and announced the return of American Dad! to the network. The renewals encompass the 16th through 19th Seasons of Bob’s Burgers, the 24th through 27th Seasons of Family Guy and the record-setting 37th through 40th Seasons of The Simpsons, extending its standing as the longest-running scripted primetime series in television history. American Dad! debuted on FOX in 2005 and was a part of the network’s animation lineup through 2014. The animated comedy will return to the network for Seasons 20 through 23. 

Apple TV+ has ordered comedic drama series The Husbands. The eight episode series stars Juno Temple. When Lauren returns home to her flat in London late one night, she is greeted at the door by her husband, Michael. There’s only one problem – she’s never seen this man before in her life. As Lauren tries to puzzle out how she could be married to someone she can’t remember meeting, Michael goes to the attic to change a lightbulb and abruptly disappears. In his place, a new husband emerges. Realizing that her attic is creating an infinite supply of husbands, Lauren confronts the question: If swapping lives is as easy as changing a lightbulb, how do you know you’ve taken the right path? When do you stop trying to do better and start actually living? 

Food Network has renewed Wildcard Kitchen for a third season. In the series, Eric Adjepong welcomes all-star chefs to his underground poker game where they cook, bet, bluff and backstab for cold hard cash and bragging rights. Wildcard Kitchen is currently in pre-production, with shooting expected to commence this spring. 

Production is underway in Texas on the second season of Taylor Sheridan’s Landman. The series stars Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan and Colm Feore. It is set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas and is a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast “Boomtown”, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics. 

Deborah Norville will be leaving Inside Edition. Norville will depart at the end of the current season. 

Season four of Clarkson’s Farm premieres May 23 on Prime Video with the first four episodes. Two additional episodes will be released a week later on 30th May, followed by the final two on 6th June. Join Jeremy and his team as they navigate new challenges, ambitious projects, and hilarious moments at Diddly Squat Farm. After rounding off series three with the Diddly Squat gang toasting a tumultuous year, we return a few months later to find life on the farm has changed. Kaleb is on a nationwide tour, Lisa is working on a new product line, and Jeremy is left to run the farm alone. In Kaleb’s absence, Jeremy must keep Diddly on track and comes up with an idea.

Docuseries Fake Life, True Crime examines the murder of young Ana Páez, committed by María Ángeles Molina (“Angi”) in 2008. This case was dubbed “The Almost Perfect Crime” by the media, and Angi is currently serving a sentence for it. It also sheds light on Angi’s past, her marriage to Juan Antonio Álvarez Litben, and the businessman’s death in 1996. The documentary miniseries arrives on Netflix on May 1. 

WrestleMania IX: Becoming a Spectacle premieres April 11 on Peacock. Featuring never-before-seen footage from the WWE archives, it follows the making of the Las Vegas WrestleMania in 1993 that paved the path forward for the company. The second and final season of Andor premieres April 22 on Disney+. Christian Siriano, Nina Garcia and Law Roach are set to join Heidi Klum for Season 21 of Project Runway. The series begins production today and will air this summer on Disney+, Hulu and Freeform. Additional special guest judges will be announced at a later time. 

Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms has been renewed for a second season. The series streams on Crunchyroll in the US. For Mona Kawai, winning hearts and turning heads comes naturally. Linda Cardellini is set to star in Peacock’s Crystal Lake. She will play Pamela Voorhees in the Friday the 13th prequel series. 

Tom Everett Scott has been cast in Prime Video’s Elle. He will play Elle’s dad in the Legally Blonde prequel series. 

Robert Patrick and Beau Knapp have been cast in season three of Paramount+’s Tulsa King as series regulars. Robert Patrick will play ‘Jeremiah Dunmire’, a powerful, forceful man with deep pockets in the liquor business. Beau Knapp will play ‘Cole Dunmire’, Jeremiah’s son and a trust fund country boy with crazy in his eyes. 

One Piece Egghead Arc officially resumes simulcast on Crunchyroll, starting with a double episode drop for the first weekend of its return April 5 and 6. Additionally, an 83-minute Egghead Arc Part-1 Recap Special will air to catch fans up on the story before diving into the new episodes on April 5. 

Blake Shelton, Eric Church, and Lainey Wilson kick-off the performance rollout for the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards. Hosted by Reba McEntire, the country music celebration 60 years in the making returns exclusively on Prime Video live from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX on Thursday, May 8 at 8 p.m. EDT / 7 p.m. CDT / 5 p.m. PDT. Many more unforgettable performances will be revealed in the coming weeks. 

YouTube series Alan’s Universe season one will begin streaming on The Roku Channel March 24. The high school anthology series is about love, friendships, and heart. The series follows Alan and his classmates, who face off against bullies and villains, emerging victorious through the power of love. It has over 80 million subscribers on YouTube and boasts over 50 billion overall channel views.

Syndicated game show Flip Side has been renewed for a second season. The series is hosted by Jaleel White. New syndicated game show The Perfect Line will premiere this year as well. Deborah Norville hosts the new series. Flip Side pits two teams of players against each other to test them on how they think two different groups of people feel about the same issue. The teams compete for a shot at $10,000 by guessing the top answers based on anonymous surveys—which can be provocative, surprising, and laugh-out-loud funny. The Perfect Line is trivia game that includes questions about from world events, pop culture, sports, science and other topics. Contestants are given a category and then arrange events, items or people order – such as arranging six actors in the order of their worldwide box office gross. Winners are able to create “the perfect line” via that correct order, and try not to be eliminated after every round. The last person standing plays a final round for a chance at $10,000.

ESPN begins its 36th season of Major League Baseball coverage with an exclusive MLB Opening Day doubleheader on Thursday, March 27, and the 2025 Sunday Night Baseball debut on Sunday, March 30. Both of ESPN’s MLB Opening Day games will also be available for the first time on ESPN+ and Disney+. ESPN’s MLB Opening Day doubleheader begins at 3 p.m. ET as the 2024 American League Champion New York Yankees and Aaron Judge host the Milwaukee Brewers and Christian Yelich from Yankee Stadium. Joe Buck, the voice of ESPN’s Monday Night Football and a veteran of 24 World Series, will call his first national MLB game since the 2021 “Fall Classic.” Buck will be joined by guest analysts Joe Girardi (YES Network) and Bill Schroeder (Milwaukee Brewers) on commentary. 

On Sunday, March 23, the 26th Mark Twain Prize for American Humor celebrated Conan O’Brien at the Kennedy Center. Lineup of leading performers included Nikki Glaser, Will Ferrell, David Letterman, Kumail Nanjiani, Tracy Morgan, Adam Sandler, Andy Richter, Reggie Watts, Bill Burr, John Mulaney, Sarah Silverman, Stephen Colbert, Sean Evans, Robert Smigel and others. A red carpet was held in advance of the program. With music direction by Max Weinberg, the program paid tribute to the humor and accomplishments of O’Brien and featured a host of his admirers, friends, and collaborators. The Mark Twain Prize for American Humor Celebrating Conan O’Brien will premiere Sunday, May 4, only on Netflix.

David Letterman will interview WNBA star Caitlin Clark for an upcoming episode of Season 5 for Netflix’s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman on April 8. Combining humor, curiosity and in-depth conversations with extraordinary people, the series has Letterman back in the host’s chair, following a 33-year reign in late night.

My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON will premiere on Crunchyroll this October. The new season  will be the exciting conclusion of the anime series based on the popular manga created by Kohei Horikoshi, which was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump and reached its final chapter in August 2024. It is set in a world where about 80% of the population has a superpowered Quirk. Heroes protect people and society from accidents, disasters, and villains—criminals who use their Quirks for evil. The story of Izuku Midoriya and his classmates at U.A. High School and their growth, fights, and friendship unfolds as they aim to become heroes.

Docuseries Spy High premieres April 8 on Prime Video with all four episodes. The series explores the story of 15-year-old Blake Robbins, who filed a lawsuit claiming that his prestigious public school was spying on him when he was accused of selling drugs. Beneath this juicy suburban scandal lie more troubling revelations, with implications in a larger war over digital privacy being waged in schools today. 

ESPN is continuing its Masters Tournament campaign rendition of the iconic “Georgia On My Mind” featuring 2x GRAMMY nominated, multi-platinum singer-songwriter Noah Kahan. This is ESPN’s sixth rendition of the hit 1960s song “Georgia On My Mind” by Ray Charles to be used in its annual marketing campaign leading up its coverage of the prestigious event. For the 18th year, ESPN will have live telecasts of the first two rounds of the Masters Tournament from 3-7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday, April 10-11, on ESPN, with live streaming coverage of Featured Holes, Featured Groups and more on ESPN+ for all four days of Tournament play. The annual Masters Par 3 Contest on Wednesday, April 9, will appear on ESPN and ESPN+ and for the first time will also be available on Disney+. 

When Life Gives You Tangerines Volume 4 premieres march 28 on Netflix. The series follows the adventures of Ae-sun, “the remarkable rebel,” and Gwan-sik, nicknamed “unyielding iron,” through four vibrant seasons on Jeju Island. 

ESPN announced it is soundtracking Sunday Night Baseball in collaboration with the Jonas Brothers and their new unreleased song “I Can’t Lose.” The song will be used as ESPN’s season-long anthem for all Sunday Night Baseball promotions, featured across the broadcasts and weekly tune-in commercials. The Jonas Brothers highlighted the collaboration during their 20th anniversary Jonascon celebration at American Dream in New Jersey on March 23. The trio will be touring in honor of their 20th anniversary with performances inside MLB stadiums throughout the summer.

CBS has canceled S.W.A.T. after eight seasons. The series was previously cancelled in its sixth and seventh season, yet made it to its current eighth and final season. 

Netflix has renewed Running Point for a second season. The renewal comes a week after the first season premiered on the streamer. When a scandal forces her brother to resign, Isla Gordon (Kate Hudson) is appointed president of the Los Angeles Waves, one of the most storied professional basketball franchises, and her family business. Ambitious and often overlooked, Isla will have to prove to her skeptical brothers, the board, and the larger sports community that she was the right choice for the job.

Netflix has canceled The Recruit after two seasons. The cancellation comes a little over a month after the second season premiered. In the second season, CIA Lawyer Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo) is pulled into a life-threatening espionage situation in South Korea, only to realize that the bigger threat just might be coming from inside the Agency.

Hallmark Channel has renewed The Way Home for a fourth season. The series tells the story of three generations of women – Kat Landry, her teen Alice and Kat’s mother Del – who are all strong, willful and independent. More than 20 years prior, life-changing events prompted Kat to move away from her small, Canadian farm town and she remains estranged from Del to this day. At a crossroads in her life, Kat moves back with Alice to her family’s farm though the reunion isn’t what Kat envisioned. When Alice and Kat unwittingly discover the ability to travel between the past and present, mother and daughter are determined to unearth the truth around the earlier tragedies as they try to change the course of events. Kat’s childhood friend Elliot is there for them in both eras as they navigate their journeys across time, helping the three women find their way back to each other.

All eight episodes of Etoile premiere on Prime Video April 24. Set in both New York and Paris, the new, original series follows the dancers and artistic staff of two world-renowned ballet companies as they embark on an ambitious gambit to save their storied institutions: swapping their most talented stars. The dance-world dramedy comes from television supernovas Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino.

The final five episodes of season two of Gremlins: The Wild Batch premiere on Max April 10. Taking place one year after the events of season one, the series follows Gizmo, Sam, and Elle as they travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing even more magic, mystery and Mogwai mayhem. Hot on the trail of a new brood of evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, coming up against new supernatural creatures and picking up a few mysterious characters along the way. 

Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX will premiere on Prime Video April 8. Amate Yuzuriha, a high school girl who lives a peaceful life in a space colony floating in space, meets Nyaan, a war refugee girl, and gets caught up in the illegal mobile suit dueling competition ‘Clan Battle.’ Using the entry name ‘MACHU’ Amate pilots a GQuuuuuuX and throws herself into fierce battles every day. At the same time, an unidentified Mobile Suit ‘Gundam,’ pursued by both the space army and the police, and its pilot, a boy named Shuuji, appears before her. And the world is about to enter a new era. The series will air with bot an English dub and Japanese with English subtitles. 

New episodes of Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa premieres on HGTV starting April 3. Real estate expert and busy dad of three Tarek El Moussa will coach more amateur flippers when Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa returns to HGTV. During the new 11 episodes, Tarek, who has nearly 1,000 flips to his credit, will teach novice renovators how to turn a profit and avoid the pitfalls most flipping newcomers face. 

Prime Video has ordered Bloodaxe to series. The series is an epic historical drama that chronicles the rise of one of history’s most famous Viking warriors, Erik Bloodaxe, and his formidable wife, Gunnhild, Mother of Kings. As they fight for the throne of Norway, the land is torn apart by fierce rivals, shifting loyalties, and bloody betrayals. With war looming and chaos consuming the kingdom, drawing in the ruthless Kings of other Scandinavian countries, and even a powerful English ruler, the stage is set for a thundering, cataclysmic, compelling and utterly magical new Viking Saga. 

The Stolen Girl premieres April 16 on Freeform. Episodes will debut on hulu the following day. The five-part psychological drama is based on the novel by Alex Dahl. A seemingly ordinary decision turns the world of Elisa, mum to two young kids, upside down in this tense thriller. When her 9-year-old daughter Lucia excitedly asks to go on an overnight playdate with her new best friend Josie, Elisa agrees. After meeting Josie’s mother, Rebecca, she’s put at ease by her charming nature and their impressive house. But when she says goodnight to her daughter, she has no idea that she is about to be thrust into every parent’s worst nightmare. The next day, when Elisa goes to pick up Lucia, she discovers that the beautiful house was a holiday rental. Lucia is missing. Rebecca and Josie have vanished. What started out as her daughter’s first sleepover has turned into an abduction. As an urgent manhunt unfolds across Europe, Elisa and her husband Fred find themselves the object of police and public scrutiny. Elisa’s perfect family begins to unravel under the pressure, and long-buried secrets come to light. Rebecca took Lucia for a reason. And as viewers learn more about the tangled lives of these women, the question of whether Rebecca was justified in kidnapping the little girl arises – and if she might be better off staying hidden.

Beyond The Gates grew to 2.28m viewers with L+3, up +78% from The Talk last year. 3-day streaming alone of Beyond The Gates is up +7411% from The Talk’s streaming. L+3 streaming provided a lift of +13.6% over its linear only audience, stronger than The Young and the Restless (+10.9%) and slightly stronger than The Bold and the Beautiful (12.6%). L+7-day viewing for the premiere episode alone garnered 3.0m viewers, higher than the last daytime drama debut, Passions, on July 5, 1999 with 2.96m viewers. In its first week on air, Beyond The Gates reached over 5.2m unique viewers (6 mins of viewing). It was in a virtual tie with General Hospital among Total viewers (vs. 2.02m) and finished ahead of the long-running drama in key demos (A25-54). Beyond The Gates audience is 55% Black viewers, higher than other soaps The Young and The Restless (29%), The Bold and the Beautiful (30%), General Hospital (22%). On July 5, 1999, Passions was the last new soap to premiere, garnering a 7 household share. While TV viewing levels have changed since 1999, the premiere of Beyond The Gates had a 9 share – meaning a larger portion of people viewing television watched Beyond The Gates premiere than Passions premiere. 

Night Court will air a musical episode March 11 on NBC. The episode features an unforgettable song and dance that answers the question – what if “Night Court: The Musical” was actually a real thing! At the behest of producer Sy Hoffman (guest star Richard Kind), Dan and Abby work together to turn Dan’s memoir into a musical. Wyatt tries to help Julianne stay cool when her ex-lover turns up at the courthouse.

Korean series Wish Your Death is coming soon to Netflix. The YA horror series is a thrilling blend of the occult and suspense. The story follows five friends in high school who receive a death warning from a mysterious wish-granting app. As they struggle to escape their fates, they uncover chilling truths that connect the app to the sudden death of a classmate. 

Prime Video will host a special global Digital Watch Party beginning March 8 at 10am PT, inviting fans of The Wheel of Time to be among the first to get an advance sneak peek at Season Three’s entire first episode, in addition to other exciting content. Debuting in advance of Episode 301 during the Watch Party will be Unraveling The Wheel of Time, a unique two-part behind-the-scenes look at the making of the first two seasons of the series. Additionally, right after the episode ends, fans will be treated to a Q&A with series stars Rosamund Pike, Marcus Rutherford, Ceara Coveney, and showrunner Rafe Judkins that was moderated by Matt Hatch of The Dusty Wheel. Their conversation was taped during a recent in person fan screening event in London, and has never before been shared outside of that venue. Fans will also receive special messages from Pike throughout the digital event. 

Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano will air live on Netflix July 11. Taylor and Serrano will shatter records once more when they headline the first-ever all-women’s professional boxing card at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

ESPN announced an update to its 2024-25 NBA regular-season schedule. On the March 16 edition of ABC’s NBA Sunday Showcase Presented by Popeyes, the Orlando Magic and Paolo Banchero will visit the 52-10 league-leading Cleveland Cavaliers and Donovan Mitchell at 1 p.m. ET. The game will air exclusively on ABC and be simulcast on ESPN+. This matchup replaces the previously scheduled Philadelphia 76ers vs. Dallas Mavericks game broadcast. NBA Countdown Presented by Papa John’s will precede the Magic vs. Cavaliers game with a 30-minute pregame show at 12:30 p.m. on ABC. All ABC and ESPN NBA games and shows are also available to watch on the ESPN App. 

Alan Jackson, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Jamey Johnson, Keith Urban, Post Malone, Ricky Skaggs, Steven Curtis Chapman, Terri Clark, Travis Tritt and Yolanda Adams have been added to the roster of performers on NBC’s Opry 100: A Live Celebration. Bill Anderson, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Jeannie Seely, Lauren Alaina, Sara Evans and Scotty McCreery will also make appearances. Additional performers will be announced soon. Hosted by Blake Shelton, the special will air March 19 on NBC. 

VICE Sports announced that it will add a bonus seventh episode to docuseries Pitino: Red Storm Rising, currently airing Tuesdays in primetime on VICE TV. Initially slated for a six-episode run, the series follows Hall of Fame head coach Rick Pitino in his second season leading the NCAA Tournament-bound St. John’s University men’s basketball team (26-4 overall, 17-2 BIG EAST), now ranked sixth in the nation. A team that on Saturday captured its first BIG EAST Conference regular-season championship in 40 years. Episodes five and six air on Tuesday, March 11 and March 18 (10:00 PM ET/PT), respectively, with the bonus seventh episode slated to run on Thursday, April 3 (10:00 PM ET/PT). The extra show will offer viewers a review of the Red Storm’s performance in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament leading up to the Final Four. 

The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and ESPN have announced a multiyear extension of their media rights agreement, increasing exposure for student-athletes from MAAC member institutions across all of ESPN’s platforms. Under the new agreement, select regular season conference men’s and women’s basketball games and Olympic sport contests will be featured on ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPNU and more than 500 MAAC events will stream annually on ESPN+ and on the ESPN App. The new agreement, set to begin in the 2025-26 academic year, is highlighted by the return of the MAAC Men’s Basketball Championship game to a primetime slot in a prominent national television window on ESPN/ESPN2 on Tuesday of Champ Week. Additionally, the MAAC Women’s Basketball Championship will now be a standalone event on Monday, available on ESPNU or ESPN+. The men’s and women’s basketball semifinals will take place on Sunday and stream on ESPN+, with the first rounds and quarterfinals also to be streamed on ESPN+. The full schedule for the 2026 MAAC Basketball Championships, including dates and times, will be released at a later date. 

Government Cheese premieres April 16 on Apple TV+ with the first four episodes. Starring David Oyelowo, the series is a surrealist family comedy set in 1969 San Fernando Valley that tells the story of the Chambers, a quirky family pursuing lofty and seemingly impossible dreams, beautifully unfettered by the realities of the world. When Hampton Chambers is released from prison, his long-awaited family reunion doesn’t go quite as he’d planned. During his absence, Hampton’s wife Astoria and sons Einstein and Harrison have formed an unconventional family unit, and Hampton’s return spins their world into chaos. 

Like Tears In Rain will premiere on Viaplay March 13. The popular, well-revered and charismatic Dutch actor Rutger Hauer kept the outside world at arm’s length all his life. Despite his iconic roles in Blade Runner and Turkish Delight as well as more than 170 credits including The Hitcher, Batman Begins, and Sin City as well as TV series like Smallville and True Blood, there is only a small group of people who truly knew the multiple award-winning actor. Through private, never-before-seen footage and candid interviews with family, friends and colleagues, his goddaughter Sanna Fabery de Jonge uncovers his intimate world in the revealing, acclaimed documentary. The title of the film is taken from one of the most famous scenes in sci-fi history: Hauer’s legendary monologue at the end of Blade Runner. Through conversations with his wife, friends, and colleagues including Whoopi Goldberg, Paul Verhoeven, Vincent D’Onofrio, Miranda Richardson, Robert Rodriguez, and Mickey Rourke, we see the person behind Rutger Hauer’s charismatic yet elusive character.

Love & Marriage: Detroit returns April 12 on OWN. Following a group of African American couples with deep ties to the city of Detroit, the series features Russell and Kolby Harris, Brandon and Kristina Bowman Smith, Anthony and Dr. LaToya Thompson, Marcel and Kimberly Dobine, and Bravo and Lakeita Samuels. The couples are determined to thrive in their community and are focused on building the best lives possible for their families in Detroit, where Black culture and excellence is thriving in a city on the rise. In the eventful new episodes, Brandon and Kristina take baby steps to reinforcing their relationship after their trial separation, while Kristina finally puts her musical career in the spotlight. Russell and Kolby struggle with balancing work and home life. Later in the season, a ‘staycation’ brings several brewing conflicts to a head, and the men all band together against Anthony. 

Mystery drama series The Last Anniversary premieres March 30 on AMC+. The series is based on the novel by Liane Moriarty. The series is set on the remote, but beautiful Scribbly Gum Island, a place of many secrets. The one that made it famous – the disappearance of a young couple decades ago – might have made the island a destination for true crime tourists, but when Sophie Honeywell inherits a house on the island, it’s the fresh start she’s craving. After the unwelcome reception she receives on arrival, she begins to investigate the mysteries of the island and finds herself drawn into a complex web of long-held family secrets spanning three generations of women, uncovering far more than ever expected.

BE@RBRICK premieres March 21 on Apple TV+. The animated series follows Jasmine Finch and her bandmates as they pursue their dreams and inspire others to do the same. Biblical drama series House of David premieres February 27 on Prime Video. Season 22 of Top Chef premieres March 13 on Bravo with supersized episodes all season long. The new season heads to Canada with host Kristen Kish, head judge Tom Colicchio, and perennial judge Gail Simmons who hails from Canada. This season, 15 rising star chefs will compete for the highly sought-after title, across the diverse and vibrant culinary scenes and ingredients of our neighbors to the north, highlighting Toronto, Calgary, Montreal and Prince Edward Island for a chance to win the largest grand prize package in “Top Chef” history. 

Limited series Long Bright River premieres March 13 on Peacock. The series is a suspense thriller series that tells the story of Mickey (Amanda Seyfried), a police officer who patrols a Philadelphia neighborhood hard-hit by the opioid crisis. When a series of murders begins in the neighborhood, Mickey realizes that her personal history might be related to the case. 

The sixth and final season of The Conners is set to premiere on ABC March 26. For over three decades, audiences have followed along with the Conners as they navigate the daily struggles of life in Lanford. Dan, Jackie, Darlene and Becky grapple with parenthood, marriage, financial pressures and aging in working-class America. Through it all—the fights, the coupon cutting, the hand-me-downs, the breakdowns—with love, humor and perseverance, the family prevails.

MGM+ has ordered comedy series American Classic. The eight episode series centers on Broadway star and notorious narcissist Richard Bean, played by Kline, who suffers a spectacular public meltdown and returns to his hometown and the family-run theater where he first became aware of his own brilliance. When he arrives, he is shocked to discover that his father, the former artistic director, has lost a step and that the once-respected theater, now run by his brother Jon, played by Tenney, and his wife (now the town’s mayor) has become, by necessity, a low-rent dinner theater serving roast beef and murder mysteries. He decides to save the town, the theater, and the world by presenting a great American classic on the dinner theater stage, directed by and starring, of course, Richard Bean.

Netflix has ordered Quiztopia, a live action adaptation of the Japanese manga “Kokumin Kuizu”. Set in an alternate Japan, the narrative revolves around a government-sanctioned quiz show with supreme authority, as established by the Japanese Constitution. Contestants who win have any wish granted by the government, but those who lose face severe consequences, such as fines, forced labor or conscription. This deadly game tests participants’ resolve to pursue their deepest desires. 

True crime series How I Escaped My Cult premieres February 21 on Freeform. The riveting 10-episode series takes viewers into insidious modern-day cults through the unique lens of members who endured unspeakable trauma and the shocking investigations into these oppressive groups. With detailed, firsthand accounts from former cult members, their loved ones, and the investigators who helped bring these tormentors to justice, each episode follows the unique and harrowing journey of a survivor from their earliest cult experiences and revelations all the way up to their heart-pounding escapes. The full season will also be available to stream February 21 on hulu.

Roboforce: The Animated Series is set to air on Tubi this April. The series is based on the Roboforce toys from the 1980s. 

ESPN’s ongoing celebration of Black History Always will feature the inaugural all-Black staffed NBA game broadcast on Friday, February 5, at 7 p.m. ET as the Atlanta Hawks host the San Antonio Spurs on ESPN. ESPN’s coverage will be led by an all-Black staff in all key positions, including production, operations, transmission, social media, graphics, stats, commentators, and more. Reelz has renewed On Patrol: Live for a fourth season consisting of 90 new episodes. This renewal extends the show’s run through at least January 2026. The network also ordered 90 new episodes of spinoff series On Patrol: First Shift. 

Roosters premieres February 28 on Netflix. What does it mean to be a man? In this cheeky comedy series, a group of friends deals with midlife crises as they try to adapt to the complexities of modern masculinity. 

Two true crime docuseries are set to premiere on hulu. Wicked Game: The Devil in the Desert premieres February 4. After a sheriff’s deputy found a woman zip-tied and frantic on the side of the road in the Mojave Desert in 2012, authorities discovered this may have been a grisly crime in pursuit of a suspected buried treasure. This discovery kicked off a years-long investigation that spanned sting operations, an international search, a prison break captured on cellphone, and a courtroom showdown between lead prosecutor Matt Murphy and the man authorities believed was pulling the strings in a twisted game of greed and violence – Hossein Nayeri. The Fox Hollow Murders: Playground of a Serial Killer premieres February 18. In the wealthy suburbs of Indianapolis, husband and father of three Herb Baumeister led a double life – businessman by day, serial killer by night. Throughout the 1990s, he targeted gay men, amassing a victim count possibly surpassing that of Jeffrey Dahmer. “The Fox Hollow Murders: Playground of a Serial Killer” is a four-part series that follows Hamilton County coroner Jeff Jellison as he launches a new investigation decades after thousands of bones were found in the woods behind Fox Hollow Farms, Baumeister’s stately home. Using new DNA technology, Jellison and his team work to identify the human remains, bringing long-deferred closure to victims’ families and unearthing unsettling questions about potential accomplices, missing evidence, and a key witness whose story keeps changing. 

Investigation Discovery will air an exclusive sit down with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former assistant, Phil Pines, expanding the finale of ID’s four-part docuseries The Fall of Diddy. The 30-minute interview, conducted by journalist Mara S. Campo, who is also a featured contributor in The Fall of Diddy, will premiere January 28 beginning at 11PM ET on ID.

Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie will premiere in 2025 on Disney+. In the movie, Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families.

In this juicy new drama from the creators of Good Girls, everyone’s got dirt… but some secrets never stay buried.

Season three of Dark Winds premieres on AMC March 9. The expanded third season, featuring eight episodes, picks up six months after the events of season two and follows Lt. Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee as they investigate the disappearance of two boys, with only an abandoned bicycle and blood-stained patch of ground left in their wake. Meanwhile, Bernadette Manuelito attempts to settle into her new life 500 miles from home with the Border Patrol, but stumbles across a conspiracy involving human and drug smuggling with far-reaching implications. 

Season three of Will Trent premieres on ABC January 7. Based on Karin Slaughter’s “Will Trent” series, Special Agent Will Trent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was abandoned at birth and endured a harsh coming-of-age in Atlanta’s overwhelmed foster care system. Now, Will uses his unique point of view in the pursuit of justice and has the highest clearance rate in the GBI. 

Season four of Shoresy is set to premiere February 26 on hulu. The series explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs contend with the distractions of summer in Sudbury. The series has been renewed for a fifth season in Canada. 

HBO has canceled The Franchise after one season. The series follows a hopeful crew who finds themselves trapped inside the dysfunctional, nonsensical, joyous hellscape of franchise superhero moviemaking. 

Season four of Godfather of Harlem premieres this spring on MGM+. Bumpy Johnson continues his bloody war for control of Harlem against New York’s Mafia families, while contending with the emergence of a potential rival in newly arrived Black gangster Frank Lucas. After Malcolm X’s tragic death, Bumpy must also grapple with his daughter Elise’s involvement with the Black Panthers. 

Solo Leveling premieres on Crunchyroll January 4. Jinwoo has become a formidable necromancer with an army of loyal shadows at his command. But he must master these abilities while keeping them hidden from other hunters, all while racing against the clock to save his mother. As he faces humanity’s toughest foes, Jinwoo pushes his body and mind to the limit, and the full extent of his newfound power is revealed.

Heidi Klum is set to return as host of Project Runway. The series will be moving to Freeform for its new season. The ten episode season is also set to stream on hulu and Disney+. 

Season two of Funny Woman premieres February 2 on PBS. The new season promises more laughs and heartwarming connections as we see Gemma Arterton return as Sophie Straw, the nation’s favorite TV comedy star. She is navigating her newfound fame and career, has a group of good friends and her romance with Dennis is full of promise. However, with new opportunities come new challenges; will Sophie be able to embrace her real life and challenge outdated cultural conventions? 

The 2025 United Football League (UFL) schedule was announced today across ESPN/ABC and FOX platforms. A combination of ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes will showcase 22 games, including the first Conference Championship (June 8 | 3 p.m. ET | ABC) and ABC and ESPN+’s inaugural presentation of the UFL Championship in primetime (June 14 | 8 p.m.). The full 22-game slate on ESPN and ABC platforms is also available on ESPN+. Select games in Spanish will air across ESPN Deportes and ESPN+ with details to be announced soon. 

Season seven of The Rookie premieres January 7 on ABC. John Nolan, once the oldest rookie in the LAPD, has used his life experience, determination and sense of humor to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. Now recovering from a gunshot wound and feeling the effects of his age, John and the team welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous escaped prisoners who have very personal vendettas. 

True crime docuseries The Bunker premieres January 16 on Viaplay. The three episode series  follows a woman revisiting her past trauma of being abducted, held captive in a bunker, and making a shocking and daring escape unlike any other. In 2015, following a date with Dr. Martin Trenneborg, Isabel woke up in a bunker that the doctor had spent years building. He planned to keep her and other women locked up in this horrific place and although Isabel survived the terrifying ordeal, she is still haunted to this day. Battling PTSD, Isabel bravely faces her fears as she revisits her past and tries to come to terms with what the vile kidnapper did to her.

ZENSHU premieres on Crunchyroll January 5. It will premiere with both English subtitles and an English dub. After graduating from high school, Natsuko Hirose starts her career as an animator. Her talent quickly flourishes, and she makes her debut as a director in no time. Her first anime becomes a massive hit, sparking a social phenomenon and earning her recognition as an up-and-coming genius director. Her next project is set to be a romantic comedy movie themed around first love! However, having never been in love herself, Natsuko struggles to understand the concept of first love, and as a result, she’s unable to create the storyboard, causing the movie production to come to a standstill.

Survivalist competition series Extracted premieres on Fox February 10. The series features 12 untrained competitors attempting to survive extremely grueling conditions, perilous terrain, and the threat of fearsome predators in the unforgiving Canadian wilderness. Meanwhile, some miles away, their family members are locked down at a secluded headquarters watching them navigate their dangerous surroundings alone via a 24/7 live feed. The fate of each untrained contestant in the wilderness lies in the hands of their family members back in HQ. Each amateur survivalist’s family has the power to decide whether their loved one has what it takes to brave the elements and fight to be the last one standing, or whether the family will push the ominous “Extract” button and remove their loved one and their whole family from the competition.
